I recently trusted Steve and his team with my RS5, applying XPEL Ultimate. The team did not disappoint. Not only did they do what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, but the quality of work was outstanding.I submitted a request via the online portal on a Sunday night and Steve was replying with more information within the hour! His level of enthusiasm and information about the process and product really spoke to his commitment to excellence.Do yourself a favor, don't go anywhere else. Steve and his team are the best and you want these guys working on your vehicle!

Steve does a phenomenal job when it comes tint and vehicle protectant. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm having him come out and do my house windows in my office to help keep the heat out. I've seen a lot of the cars he does, and most of them are high end vehicles, so you know he knows how to take care of very expensive cars!

I had Steve and the crew at Garage Slick tint my 22 VW Atlas with their top of the line XR Plus ceramic tint. Full vehicle with windshield and I loved it. Made my car so much cooler, looks and temperature wise! They did such a great job I brought my new GMC truck to them for a full body Stealth PPF wrap and full XR Plus ceramic tint again with windshield. They are the go-tos for all my friends and family!

I live in Reno and bought my 4Runner in Boise. Not being familiar with the area, I researched different shops to do my PPF and window tint before driving my new car back to Reno. Steve (Garage Slick) had the best reviews and after our first conversation I knew I was going to have him do the work. He s patient, honest, fair and an all around stand up guy. All questions were answered, he s quick to return calls and messages, and gives updates on the progress of the car so you aren t left guessing. He worked with me on my vision for the 4Runner and was understanding as I made changes. In the end, it came out even better than I had hoped. This is our second vehicle project with Garage Slick. Steve and his team are incredibly attentive to detail on PPF and tint work and are very affordable compared to other shops in town who don't come close to their expertise. Don't waste your time with the other overpriced and sub par shops...these guys are the real deal! Customer for life!

Steve and I conversed before my appt, and talked price. Very transparent and upfront about it which was super nice! I took my car in at 9 am and it was done by 1pm. I ve had it for about two weeks and it still looks brand new. No bubbles, nothing wrong with it whatsoever. I definitely felt that they cared for my car as if it were their own. You definitely get what you pay for here and it is well worth the money!Service: Window tinting

From outta state and passed thru Boise a month ago and Steve made time to get my car done and did a fantastic job. Xpel xr black 15 definitely what I was looking for. Waited months to find the right tint and place and this is most definitely the spot.

So I was in search of installing some PPF on my 2018 Honda Civic Type R, and after inquiring in three different shops, i decided to go with Garage Slick. Steve gave me the best price I could find for wrapping the hood, front bumper and partial fenders on my vehicle. What made me lean more to his shop, was the attention to detail he pays on the vehicles he works on. Prior to me purchasing the ppf, he showed me some of the vehicles he had wrapped and I was very impressed with his work. He s very meticulous on making sure every edge and every corner gets lined up perfectly. Which carried over to my vehicle. He kept me updated through the process by calling and letting me know the status of my vehicle throughout the installation. Upon picking my vehicle up, I have to say I was pretty blown away after seeing the end results. Steve did a phenomenal job! The ppf is hardly visible! Which is great and the fact that it helps against rock chips, I won t have to worry about getting anymore on these rocky Idaho roads. To anyone in search of getting any type of paint protection film installed on their vehicles. I definitely recommend Steve. He will not dissapoint you!

I'm so happy with the results, my Jeep looks so good! I had the mid grade ceramic done. The price was right and after reading other reviews I had to have it done by Steve. This picture is from the day it was done. My Jeep is so much cooler on the inside.

Garage slick installed 20% tint on all my windows except the windshield. It had ceramic coating so it helps keep the heat down. He did a great job.

Update:Just had my truck done, second vehicle done there, and once again a great job! More repeat business.I've had a lot of cars tinted and highly recommend GS. Good prices, great work, attention to detail, and final result.

These guys tinted my 2002 Acura and my 1997 Thunderbird. They got me in quick, out quick, and did an amazing job. These guys are genuinely very friendly and skilled. I ll definitely be recommending them for this work.

This guy is SO RUDE and his prices are way too high. He does offer higher quality tint film than most of the other local tint shops, but his rudeness and very high prices are NOT worth the higher quality product in my opinion.

This was my second experience here at Garage Slick, and I couldn t be happier in both instances, I had windows tinted.Steve is obviously very well-versed in his work, but furthermore is the type that keeps up on the latest technologies and remains interested in current offerings. He is well informed, but doesn t pretend to know things he doesn t. This makes asking his recommendation very valuable, as you can actually trust his feedback and experience.My first tint job from Steve is still flawless (and that was installed about a year ago). In fact, I remember after installing one of the windows, he immediately pulled the tint off and redid it. I asked why, and he said he wasn t happy that the tint edge to glass edge wasn t exactly the same as the opposite side window. We re talking like a millimeter or so Now, I m a rather meticulous guy myself and it was so close that even I found it hard to notice but Steve s mindset was, this can be better and so he redid it. Talk about genuinely caring about the quality you put out.On this more recent job, I asked him to match my front windows to the rears (which were tinted by a previous owner). He found a nice match, offered some options, and went for it. I couldn t be happier.He and his team member Brian tackled the work on time and had it done quickly while I waited. Mind you, I had made an appointment about a week prior. I don t think walk-ins would be able to get work done same day, as these guys are always very busy So call ahead, or stop by!I ve seen this shops paint protection film work as well on other customer cars, and knowing a little about the wrap industry, I can say they are true professionals with their technique. Many shops will cut corners (literally) or stretch film to the point that it will eventually fail but the work I ve seen from Garage Slick looks high quality and uncompromised. It s the type of work that will last.So if you ve got a new car you re looking to paint protect or tint, give Steve and his team a call and get setup with a shop that you can trust to look out for your ride just as well as you do!

Steve did great work for my window tint. He told me I had to clean my car out so the tint would stick properly. He didn't want to charge me for film that was going to fail. Professionally, he rescheduled me after the car was clean. And now it's great!Just make sure to have your car detailed, at least clean when taken here. Even if it's vinyl on the outside. I had Steve and his crew tint the windows on my 4Runner about a month and half ago. They did a wonderful job. Before I made an appt with them, Steve took time to explain all of the tint options. Would definitely recommend them

I've lost count how many cars my husband and I have taken to Steve and Garage Slick to get the window's tinted. From our personal vehicles, race cars, tow trucks, ect. Steve and Garage Slick always do an amazing job. Always helpful with questions, and info on all the available products. There are so many tint options these days!! The jobs are always done efficiently and I haven't ever had to take anything back for any reason. The price was right in the ballpark for competitors, and the work was done very well!I usually take my vehicles to Boise Tint, but I didn't want to make the drive this time around.Boise Tint got more work done in less time, but the quality is just as good either way.This isn't the type of place where you can stay with your vehicle and drive it home after a couple hours, so just remember to have a friend pick you up!Thanks Garage Slick!

Steve and Dustin at Garage Slick are true professionals! I was able to get my new Tesla Model 3 in quickly so I could get the paint protection film put on immediately to protect my car and they did a fantastic job!! They also did window tinting and it looks flawless and matches the car very well. I highly recommend Garage Slick for all of your needs. Steve was great with the whole process of tinting our windows. Our children are sensitive to the bright sun so he gave us his professional opinion on what would be best. That customer service alone made us feel at ease. The tint he installed on our truck looks wonderful and if we have any problems he will take care of it free of charge. It s been a year since we had tint done on my wife s new Jeep Cherokee right after we bought it, he did an amazing job! The ceramic tint still looks awesome after year. Just took my work truck in to have it done also. It definitely wasn t a straight forward job but Steve knocked it out of the park! 100% recommend Steve for any and all tint needs! I m not super happy with the tint that was installed previously by someone else on my truck so I ll probably have him redo the tint on that too!
