I had a glass repaired on my window and since getting it back. It doesn t open and close smoothly at all. It was also damaged in areas too. And to add on top of it, the entire window had blood on it. The obviously cut them selves and didn t mind wiping it all off my nice white window. Kinda gross. Wish I took it somewhere else.

Very quick repair. I made an appointment and got there early and they took me in early. Friendly workers. They vacuumed up all the broken glass that was inside the car. A golf ball had struck my windshield when I drove past a golf course. Very happy with the job they did.

I had my windshield replaced May 5, 2023 and all was good until it got hot. The trim started lifting up. I was afraid it was going to fly off and when looked at the trim was glued on and had been broken in half, some of the clips were tried to be fixed. The trim was not broken before.It's disappointing that no one from Fast glass mentioned or informed me about it.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Called Monday morning at 8am, they gave me the price instantly on the phone, then scheduled me for the same day, and had it done within an hour of dropping it off! That's pretty 5 star in my book. I would absolutely go back, and recommend them to anyone in the area. They did a great job!

Came in to have them fix the ~15 crack on the windshield of my 04 Durango. Girl at the front desk said $250 and scheduled me an appointment the next day. Showed up for the appointment and inquired how the crack repair would look like and the gentleman said it ll completely disappear because we re replacing the entire windshield, I was surprised that they ll replace the windshield for only $250. The appointment was for an hour and they finished the job a few minutes before the hour which was awesome. Had this done about 3 weeks ago and so far so good after all the snow and rain we ve had since then. Planning on bringing my other vehicle because it also needs a new windshield. So I highly recommend Fast Glass and they do offer a 10% military discount so go check them out!

Excellent customer service. They were able to get me scheduled same day for a vehicle windshield replacement. Friendly staff and will definitely recommend this shop to anyone that needs glass work.

Fast glass replaced my windshield, after 5 days I had my truck washed and had a leak. I returned it and they said it was my sunroof not the windshield. Strange ithe sunroof never leaked in the past 3 years. I put a bead of caulking along the top, no no leak. I would not recommend this company

Service is always excellent! Very friendly and happy staff. A pleasant atmosphere. Fast service. High quality products and work. And........... The best prices in the entire valley. It's my third time going there and they are simply the best choice for all of your glass needs. This is a well-run establishment with a standard that is almost too high to beat. I need to go there again to have a mirror cut down and I m looking forward to it. I don t know how many locations they have, but the location I m talking about is the �ampa location. May God bless all of you for being such wonderful people.So I m my five years in Idaho, I ve now been to Fast Glass at last five times. Wether it s mirrors, table tops, windshields or side car windows I know they do all that and MUCH more. Their service is by far the best and their prices are by far the best. Plus they do a TOP NOTCH QUALITY JOB. This place totally out performs all of the other so-called competitors

Had a part fly off a vehicle in front of us and it destroyed our windshield. Fast Glass was able to get us in that morning and done by noon. We can't thank them enough for their quick service when everyone else was a week out.

Excellent company to work with to replace some windows and screens in our barn. The owner and installers went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and the jobs were completed safely and thoroughly. Every detail was handled well with courtesy, kindness and respect.Their pricing was very reasonable and timing faster than expected.I would highly recommend Fast Glass for any glass/window needs.

The repair man replaced the front windshield as scheduled only taking 1hour as promised. The job was done the following day of my request due to next day delivery of glass. All the staff were professional and courteous. Will use them in the future.

They fixed a rock chip in my windshield. Thankfully it was small enough to be repaired with the rock chip sealant. They had great customer service, they made it easy to get the repair done, as well as being honest, fast and efficient. the service was prompt and I was told that it may take 3-4 hours but it only took 2 hours with all the glass recalibrations!! I went shopping at Fred Meyer s, came back and the car was ready shortly after. I called Fast Glass to get pricing for two windows that needed replacement in our home. Within a very short time I was called back with pricing that was extremely reasonable. I was traveling thru the Treasure Valley area when i had a windshield emergency and needed a replacement with no time to stop for a day . I called all around the towns I'd be traveling thru only to find out no one could help me in such short notice. When i called Fast Glass in Nampa, they not only took care of me as soon as i pulled in but had me back on the road within the hour. Might i say the cost was nearly half of there competitors.
