Had an apt at 9am on Thursday. I was there for 20 minutes. No one showed up to open shop and no one answered the phone. Waste of time!

Website says open 9am to 5pm. They are never open anytime before 2:30 pm. Do not waste your time with this company and if you need anything just remember stop by after 2:30 pm or you won t get any service.

Would have rated 1-2 star. Their quote was very high but their installer talked me out of having my cameras installed because he didn't like the rear camera mount.

It's 1:45 pm, Google says they're open, I show up and there's a sign that says they they'll be back at 230. I decided to wait. During this time 3 people that obviously work here (1 driving the company truck, 1 with keys to get in, and the last told me they're closed) start to show up and 1 tells me they don't re-open until 230 (got it, there's a sign). What kind of business closes in he middle of the day without warning when there are 3 people here to provide service??If you really want to go here, call ahead and make sure you're not wasting a drive. I'll spend my money somewhere else, thanks.

I spent over 1200 on a stereo, remote start and installation. I m getting ERROR-02-62, it powers off and doesn t turn back on for extended periods of time, also connectivity issues.I ve called at least once every day for the past two weeks and can t reach anyone. I m just Trying to schedule an appointment to get it fixed or get a replacement. I ve left 3 messages and no call back.It s really frustrating when you have an issue, you know what it is, and cannot seem to reach anyone to get it fixed. Reaching someone and not their voicemail has been an issue since two weeks after the install. Poor communication is the main issue with this place. I just want my stereo fixed!!!!

I've been coming to Tommy for more than 10+ years. He stands behind all his work and takes very good care of his customers. Nothing but top shelf from these guys! Quality knowledge, know how, and work from him and his crew. I will never go anywhere else!

Tommy is the best! I had my stereo disconnected due to a car accident and I went down to extreme sound told tommy I needed everything just put back together. He got me in and out so quick and he did an amazing job! Price was so reasonable! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you again tommy!

So i went here Saturday and the guy who installed my sound was by himself awhile. He did an awesome job of customer service and installing my music. He never lost a beat and kept a great attitude about having to go from installing music to helping customers who walked in until his help made it back. And the music system and sound itself is dynamic. Great customer service and great work. I love the feeling of going somewhere and the people are so cool makes it seem like friends. Makes you want too spend money. He said it would take a certain amount of time but when the other guy came he went right in helped and i was out of there way quicker. Thank guys keep up the good work

I took a 2006 Dodge Ram truck in to Extreme Sound. The factory installed DVD system was not working at all, the factory stereo was average at best, and the rear speakers wouldn't play. They installed a Pioneer DVD deck and ran the cables to the installed DVD system and got it all working. They fixed the rear speakers and while they were at it, they fixed the rear power windows (which also were not working). I thought their prices were reasonable and they did very good work. Where companies character can really be seen is if things go wrong. My truck had a particular challenge in that there was some sort of short in the system that kept shutting everything down. It took several trips to fully track down the issue but they stayed at it and resolved the problem.I am very happy with their work, their prices, and their follow through.System sounds great now and the family loves the DVD player for long trips.Thanks Extreme Sound.(edit: I read through many of the reviews. Indeed, the owner and worker at Extreme Sound aren't 'bubbly' people persons. But, they know their stuff and you will get solid, fair work.)

Had an amp, subwoofer and bass knob all put in my vehicle and it turned out awesome. Pricing was by far the best around town and service was great!

Well you guys didn t even get a chance to get another customer and you would have had a consistent one. First I called and got hung up on so I called back. Got an answer cool. I told the guy I d be there after work and he said cool. I got off early and fought through traffic and got there 15 minutes before close and asked if I could get someone to look at the back of my truck and your dude said ah too bad sorry. I ll take my money elsewhere.

Great service! Tommy took his time and made sure it was done right. My car was a little difficult to. My mustang looks amazing though I couldn t ask for better. He does in fact right his wrong don t be fooled we had a misunderstanding and it really wasn t his fault but Tommy took ownership and totally made it up to me and took great care of me. Because of this he showed me great leadership and that s Impressive! I will be back with my truck once I m done building it! Thanks Tommy for making my mustang beautiful again

I've shopped here for stereo equipment a few years back and had a great experience. I went in 6 months ago or so to get a quote on a new setup. The guy working there said he would need work everything up and figure out what they can do for me. They said they would call and never did. I will be going to the competition now to see how the service is there.

I had them tint my windows on a 2013 VW Passat and they did a great job. Super service, fair price and quality work. Tommy took great care of me and would refer him to all my friends.And the sound in his truck rocks...!!!!!

Had them install a pioneer stereo I bought online, that was an easy process of dropping my car off and picking it up. I noticed right away that there was feedback, I installed new speakers but the feedback is still there, it gets worse with bass. I came back in to ask about it, I was told there could be a bad ground and they'd look at it for 60$ an hour which I politely declined.

This place is doing my dynomat I ve heard good and bad things about them but with holding judgment till things are done, from what I have seen they are professional and honest, I m hoping this will become my place to do more business at, I will be giving a updated review once the work is done.

Maybe their customer service isn t top notch but maybe it doesn t have to be when your install is!!! Clean and professional I looked for flaws and didn t see one I got exactly what I ask for and they stand by their work!!! Thanks guys, more than happy!!!
