My sales associate, James, was really nice. Not at all pushy. Like some. He answered all my questions and if he wasn't sure he took the time to find out. He was able to work around my schedule with no problem. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and upbeat. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family

Found an awesome Honda Trail 125 and submitted a request online. Steiner gave me a call within 5 min. Showed up and put a great deal together super quick. Steiner and the team were awesome to deal with. This is my second toy I ve bought with Dennis Dillon in the last couple years and could be happier.

I found exactly what I wanted to find,even better than what I was looking for. However The Detailing of the vehicle needed to be done In the back seat and the sunroof I could not get to close Without someone's assistance. I feel that that should have been checked prior to the sale. I paid for the vehicle outright and after spending the amount of money that I did, I feel that a full gas of tank should have been provided as a customer courtesy, especially when I took it out on a test drive on an empty tank. Jorge was my salesman and he was very professional, very friendly, and after I told him what I was looking for he pointed out every other luxury feature that came with this vehicle.I am in love with this vehicle thanks guys!

I think that overall Jorge is a great salesman. He was very friendly to me and my father and in general was comfortable and familiar with the industry. He was helpful and gave off the feel that he wanted us to have a good vehicle as well. Unlike most salesman who just want it off the lot.My only gripe is that Jorge has the I know I'm a car salesman but, lines. Which added doubt to the purchase for me. Honestly my only complaint. Great worker who frankly deserves a raise.

Made an inquiry about a 2015 Ford Taurus SHO. Had several interactions to get some details about the vehicle as I told them I was a remote buyer out of AL. Contacted them yesterday to purchase only to be told this morning that they won't sell to me as I am a remote buyer and I have to come in person to sign the paperwork. They indicated that is their policy from 2 years ago due to fraud. I expressed my disappointment and frustration to them why didn't anyone tell me about this upfront so I wouldnt waste their time or mine and it is offensive to suggest I am a fraudulent buyer when I would be sending them proof of ID and full payment UPFRONT before they would process the paperwork and ship the vehicle. WHAT A POOR WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE!!!

I just bought a Transalp from Dennis Dillon Canyon Honda and I couldn't be happier. Dan was excellent at going over the bike with me, showing me the out the door cost upfront and helping me throughout the process. I highly recommend anyone looking at getting a Honda powersport that you go there. Everyone there is very helpful and professional and makes you feel welcomed there from the moment you step in till you leave. I will definitely be coming back for anything I need for the bike and when it's time to get a new one.

Bought many machines here, always been well taken care of. Matt the sales manager has personally taken good care of me including the sales team there. The parts department is knowledgeable and always supplies me with fair pricing on all the parts I get there. If you ever have any Honda needs, make sure you contact these guys!

Got my first service on my motorcycle there. The staff was polite and helpful. The work was done extremely fast. I feel they are a little high on their prices, but the over all experience was good. Not sure if I will continue servicing with them only because of the cost.

I deal with the parts department and appreciate Greg, he is helpful and what I'd expect from a great parts guy! Some of the other parts guys are pretty lazy they don't seem too excited to help. I'd put them in accounting! Honda doesn't support much of the older stuff which is a total shame! E Bay has more parts for my bike then Honda.

Took my 2014 honda shadow in for a 5,000 mile service. They broke my bat cowl headlight fairing. 2 weeks went by, no response. Finally got a hold of the service manager. Instead if having them attempt to fix it, potentially creating a nightmare, I instructed them to discount the cost of repairs on a pair of new mischellin commander 3 tires. They ordered the wrong tires, they ordered commander 2s. Changing 2 tires took 3 hours. I tried hard to like these guys, I really did, but I won't be bringing any my bikes back. Do better.

I came in from AZ to purchase a car. Needed to be picked up at the airport. Dealers Fly & Buy program provided a shuttle right to the cars location. Every one was helpful and transaction was smooth and quick. Was able to get on road same day. Thanks to Dan at Canyon Honda and Luke from internet sales for making it a great buying experience.

Amazing staff. Steiner literally embraced my 4 year old son and made the sale so effortless. He walked my son around and showed him all the four wheelers and dirt bikes while I completed the paperwork. So grateful for such support, I have never experienced a car salesman that actually engages with my child and offered to walk him around so I could finalize paperwork. Thank you!!

This dealership is not interested in selling anything that not on the floor. I went in to look at a Honda Shadow Phantom and was told the motorcycle that their website said they had was still in the box. When I asked if they had any Shadows that I could look at they showed me a Fury and a Rebel. Neither are Shadows.If they were interested in selling Motorcycles they d have the bikes they claim to have in stock ready to be sold.

** DO NOT BUY HERE** I went into the car dealership to check out a car but wanted to have it inspected by a third party mechanic. Initially was told it d be harder to do so, RED FLAG. I was told they set up the appointment but the car was never taken to the car shop for inspection. I waited a day before calling them because I had not heard anything back from them, or the shop, and the car had sold already. I asked them what happened with the inspection and why wasn t I informed about it being done and they said they d look into it. I called the shop that was to do the inspection and they said they never brought it in for inspection. This is even after they told me that they would the next day. They even called the shop and told them the same thing about bringing it in the next day. I WILL NEVER come to this dealership or any of its name. It seems to me they do not have the customers best interest in mind and shady dealings are always a no in my book. If I could give ZERO stars I would!! It d be cool if it just shut down all together to prevent people from being taken advantage of.

I have always liked this shop - owning an older Honda they are my main destination for replacement parts.While getting a new battery for my 1979 Honda CX500, I took a look at the new bikes. No intention of buying one at all.Then left - did some research - and decided to look deeper.I did the chat, and sure enough, very nice guy (Steiner) was there to respond. I asked if they had the 2022 Honda Rebel 500 as all the other places I spoke to didn't. He went and checked and said they had just got one but it still needed to be assembled which takes 5-7 hours. I requested if they could build it so I could test ride it.Sure enough - I came after work and it had just been completed. 0 Miles on the odometer. I took it for a spin and fell in love instantly. The weight difference and EFI was so much more dramatic than expected.I went through their Honda financing, which approved me (although 18% APR which is high, and not able to get all accessories I wanted, just had to pay cash - no biggie).Steiner was extremely kind and not obnoxiously pushy - even when I was hesitant / impressionable. I respect that a lot and it makes the whole experience way better.Ended up getting the bike and drove off with it same day. I highly recommend this place for not just sales - but OEM parts - and service.I have gotten my oil changed before and they do a great job for a reasonable price - and it is all 'official Honda' parts which is nice.Absolutely stellar group of guys!10/10
