Manager Jason Wilke is always awesome to deal with. Every truck I ve purchased, he s fair, gives me fair trade in value, and no nonsense. Salesmen Ariel and Sherman were very professional, transparent, and quick to get me into my new truck. Highly recommend Corwin.

I recently purchased a 2018 Ford explorer from Luis Gonzalez. He was very nice and gave us a great experience. We were picky at first but he made sure he attended us to our needs and really helped us choose what was best fitting. I love my purchase and couldn t ask for a better salesmen! Definitely recommend Corwin Ford and Luis Gonzalez has a salesmen.

Once again, my wife and I were just walking around dealerships holding hands trying get a feel for what s out there and we end up driving off with a vehicle! They gave us a great deal on our trade-in and a super great deal on this 2020 Ram Rebel 1500 Hemi Beast! Chris and Jake made sure we were happy with every aspect of this purchase! Corwin made the entire process such an easy and seamless experience. I worked with Caesar and he was 10 out of 10, very genuine guy who worked out such an amazing deal. He walked me through the process right up to handing me the keys. I am extremely happy with the service. I was in and out in no time. I want to thank Caesar, Jason, and Jake for taking care of me the whole way through.

UPDATE: The sales manager contacted me after seeing my review below and asked what that they could do or could have done to get 5-stars. If you read this long review you will understand why I would buy from them again but am not upgrading to a 5-star review.FULL REVIEW:If Corwin FORD has the right vehicle next time I buy, I would buy again.Corwin is a typical dealership that does typical dealer things to maximize their profit. Dealerships are in business to make money and do all they can to maximize their profit.Corwin Ford went above and beyond on earning my business by by letting me take a truck for a 2-hours test drive so I could it take measurements at my shop to make sure it would work for me. In the end I ended up buying a larger truck.I never felt pressured or harassed. This is a big deal to me an I really liked that about they salesman and the sales manager that gave me the pricing. I took almost a week before finally closing the sale with them.Sales person: Ariel was the salesman that closed the deal. It was quick and painless and he did a good job doing a walkthrough on the truck functions. I very much appreciated that it never felt like a high pressure sale. I took over a week and visited several other dealers and brands before returning to buy from Corwin.Pricing: The final price was market fair. The final price was equivalent to the pricing I found around the valley; nothing special but not terrible either. They had the truck I wanted at a fair price so I bought it. The dealer discount was on par and the rest of the deal came from Ford incentives.Trade in: Trade in for my 22' Tundra to purchase a 23' F150 was quick and fair.Things to watch out for (any dealer):Pulse is a inexpensive add-on dealers (unethical in my opinion) place on the work sheet after the price is negotiated. Corwin wanted to charge almost $399 for this $30 piece of garbage. If you catch it before the sale you can have it removed but if you don't do this before the sale then it's too late. I told them I didn't want this and they took it off before closing the sale. They aren't the only dealership in the valley that does this and many will make it sound like it's not an option. Thumbs up to Corwin for not make a big deal out of this..Sold above online price: They sold me the truck for $2000 over the online sale price but $6007 under MSRP. The online price applied a manufacturer discount that didn't apply if I took the promotional financing rate (1.9% vs 4.99%). In the end I bought the truck for $6007 under MSRP which was on par with what others were offering as a dealer discount. My truck was a 'new 23 left-over purchased in Feb of '24Document fees: Corwin is higher on their doc fees ($499) than the last two new vehicles I bought in the valley a little over a year ago. I felt the other dealerships were overcharging @ $399 for doc fees but Corwin has them beat by $100. Not a huge deal on a $67k purchase but noteable.Use of Anchoring bias: When offering the extended warranty the finance guy showed me a rediculous high price and then told me how much he respected me and how he wasn't going to play any games and then offered a price less than half of the price shown originall which was still a very high price.I don't like people playing games with me, it's insulting, minus 1 If you want to finance an extended warranty into your loan do your research before you show up so you can negotiate a fair market price.All in all they are a typical dealer looking to make money but I like the low pressure environment. If it wasn't for the finance guy and the pulse lights I would have given them If you read this entire review I hope this helps you negotiate the deal you are hoping for. As I mentioned I would buy from them again if they have the right vehicle at the right price next time I buy a Ford.

Chad did a great job taking car of us. We were looking to make a deal and Chad made things happen when other dealers wouldn t. He worked so hard to get our business that we bought a color of vehicle that we typically wouldn t have even considered. We really appreciate his service. Thank you Corwin!

My sales associate Jason Stom did a great job working to get me into the 2021 F150 I wanted at a fair price, with the tire swap I requested, and without the stress of pressured sales pitches etc. All the staff I interacted with at Corwin Ford were pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Just bought a 2017 denali I found there. Chad Cindell the internet broker did an excellent job for me. He was on top of taking care of things and made sure to secure the deal I wanted. I highly recommend going through corwin for a good deal and excellent service. They are loaded with good people. Thankyou to all at corwin. You do a very good job.

My experience at Corwin Ford Service Department has been top tier. From scheduling the appointment. To having my truck picked up from my work and dropped back off after service. Riding with the tech to confirm issues... its all been beyond amazing.But what really put my experience over the top has been my service advisor Amy. As someone who was a service advisor for a decade I can not speak more highly of her. From documenting my laundry list of issues with my Raptor to getting EVERY SINGLE ISSUE taken of by Ford has been incredible. My truck was back to me before the promise date and everything went so smoothly. Her communication is top notch! I never felt out of the loop.THIS is how it s done. Communication. Professionalism. Putting yourself in the customer's shoes. Under promising and over delivering. If you live in Southern Idaho you would be a fool to go to any other dealer. You would be a fool to get any other service advisor. I own 4 Ford Performance vehicles. They will all be coming to Corwin Ford Nampa and I will always get Amy as my advisor.

Rob Sherman is hands down THE BEST sales associate in car buying we have ever worked with!!! We purchase a NEW truck every 4-5 years for our business, trading in the prior one, and we know exactly what works for us. I hate the pushy, up-selling, fake sales people who just care about their commission. Rob is the exact opposite. He spent time helping us find the right truck for us. We had genuine conversations, he listened to what we needed and worked with other staff to insure the financial piece of our experience was smooth and respectful.We LOVE our new Ford F-350, it s perfect! Rob has earned our continued loyalty and we look forward to doing the rest of our Ford purchases with him at Corwin in Nampa! We just can t say enough good things!!! Thank you Rob and everyone at Corwin that helped us!!

Had an outstanding experience purchasing from Corwin Ford! Dylan Bonds was excellent to work with from the start, couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism he provided. Due to production delays, I didn't receive my Maverick for over a year from when I ordered, and Dylan was great keeping me up to date on my order. I had read on Reddit that others at other dealerships arrived just to be told there would be large dealer markups, but Corwin was the exact opposite and honored the price we agreed to at the time of order. That was such a relief! The actual purchase process went smoothly, they did an excellent job preparing the truck, and they beat the pre-approval financing I came in with. Couldn't be happier with my truck. This was my first dealership-buying experience, and I went in prepared to counter all the dealer gimmicks and undercutting you read about, but I didn't have to utilize any of that because they were honest and transparent. Moreover, I enjoyed talking with everyone there. Just a good group of down-to-earth guys. Thanks for a great buying experience, I will be back one day!

We were extremely happy with our experience buying a new car after mine was totaled. I hadn t planned on being in the market and really didn t need to be pushed into anything. Jeff Rick was awesome; he was very knowledgeable but did not put any pressure on me whatsoever. At finance, they made an awesome deal work, with an extended warranty that matched up with the amount I drive. I am really, really happy that the car I wanted was at this dealership.

WORTH THE DRIVE! We drove 6 hours, each way, to get our truck and it was worth it! All of the staff we encountered went above and beyond: Jeff Rick in Sales helped us ( initially we just called him) to meet our specific needs with the right truck for our HEAVY truck camper. He has the expertise to understand all of the features of the Super Duty trucks and found us a perfect match when our factory order was not going to be done in time. He also took time to explain and set up some of the features that we might not have figured out on our own. Daniel in service gave us key information (like how taking off the tailgate affects the 360 camera system), really important details that saved us time, money and frustration. Jake in finance has been great dealing with us as newbie truck owners, overnighting paperwork for our out of state registration. No matter where you live, this dealership is the place to go for a Ford vehicle. HIGHLY recommend!

I think this pic says it all.After an extremely painful buying experience and six trips to the Corwin Ford dealership between sales and service, my brand new 2023 Ford F-150 sits dead in my driveway with an unknown problem.Unless you ve got tons of extra time & patience, buy a different brand. My wife bought a new Subaru the week before, and the experience and car performance of her Outback is flawless.

This review will certainly be unique. I work for a large national auto group that has zero locations anywhere near my home base here in Idaho where my family is. I spend a lot of time in the road working with our stores on both coasts to constantly improve operations and sometimes make uncomfortable changes. I say this as there was apprehension as it was time to get a new truck and wasn't interested in shipping one long distance from one of our locations. I wasn't sure if the local Ford dealer, Corwin Ford would even want to talk to me. I first made contact with the sales consultant, Rob Sherman. I was completely upfront about who I was, what I did and who I worked for. I was also upfront that if it didn't work, if I wasn't happy, I would politely thank them for their time and move on. Rob completely assuaged my concerns, was very respectful, and a total pro. Next, the sales manager, Jason Wilkey became involved and completely worked with me as professionally as anyone could possibly do. The process from soup to nuts was great and if anything, I didn't have the proper paperwork in order. Yet, they were completely understanding and the entire process was an excellent experience. I am happy with my new truck and couldn't recommend this store any more. The rest of this review makes me nervous as I really hope it does not get flagged for what I am going to say. I make my living managing stores, people, condition of the property, environment of the staff. I can tell you unequivocally the Corwin team is dialed in. I believe a quality store has three P's. People, a process and a passion to execute it. This group has a positive vibe that reverberates through the showroom. Now my particular pluses I liked. There was no evidence of litter, gum on the sidewalk, discarded water bottles, dirty ceiling tiles, inappropriate music, lights burned out and best of all the restrooms are resort quality. The water feature with the nature scene in the showroom adds to the serene atmosphere. The employees are all trained to an eye contact greeting, walking a guest to where they need to go and being positive. No evidence of smoking salesmen standing on the corner glued to their phones ignoring guests. Congratulations to Jason, Rob, the finance team, and the Corwin family for having a first rate store!

I have worked with Ryan Rife on a number of vehicles purchased from Corwin Ford. Ryan is professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. A few phone calls for information, and then I only spent an hour at the dealer and drove away in the new truck. Thanks Ryan! See you when I need another vehicle.

I had a fantastic experience at Corwin Ford. Lyssa did a super job helping me with my trade in. She explained the entire process in detail. Chad was my salesperson. He did an outstanding job selling me my new Ford Edge. He took the time to explain every feature of my new car. He checked in with me through the entire finance process. Steve in finance did an excellent job explaining the entire finance process. He was very easy and great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Corwin Ford is a beautiful dealership. I would highly recommend Corwin Ford.

These folks need a reset. Went in on a whim to check out a F150 raptor. The offer for trade in for my truck was 15k below Kelly bluebook. Their appraiser should likely search for a job as they are honestly not close to qualified. Go elsewhere. These folks are the typical scum dealers that prey on folks. Go anywhere else for a fair deal. Sales guy was a nice guy but was completely screwed by a clown of an appraiser. What an embarrassment. Laughable. Never again will I step foot into this cesspool.
