After my husband had a tire replaced at Commercial Tire, I discovered the donut spare tire needed to be placed back under the car. We stopped back by, and everyone was busy, so the manager came out and put the tire back for me. I appreciate that so much as we are seniors and can't climb under the car to do that. Thank you for going the extra mile to make us happy!!

Yep yep these guys were super cool they took care of my wife's BFF and Patrick and Cody were number one I recommend this place for many many years and I'll be coming there soon with my mom's car thanks guys

This is the second time In a year I ve been to this Commercial tire location. They found my hummers first issue under the hood and fixed it, it s ran smoothly ever since (over a year). Matt was the mechanic I worked with this time for the 2nd visit, for the undercarriage maintenance. They took good care of my h3 as it needed a lot of work completed. They fixed the shocks, bushings, sway bar and recommended a new battery. Good communication and completed at the estimated time. Runs much smoother.I went to another competitor for new tires, a year ago. Asked Matt if the other tire center should have caught that my bushings were completely out, metal on metal. The competitors missed this easy fix/find.Before commercial tires I d been to about 6 different mechanics. All claiming they are the best and the work from whoever before was sub par/amateur. Then inevitably having new or continuing issues a couple months down the road, y all can relate lol. I didn t know commercial tires did mechanical repairs. I ll continue to come here as their work has been on point.

Always great service. I'm a truck driver and am in here 1-2 times a month. Always taken care of when in a pinch.

Had a wheel bearing fail on me, took it right to commercial tire and they fixed it , as well as runing other diagnostics on my vehicle and got us right back on the road ASAP. Very friendly customer service , shout out to Anthony Hoffman for walking me through what needed to be done and for getting my other tire on my vehicle. 10/10 experience

They were a 5 star customer service the first visit and when we called to drop off our truck for flat repair, we were told they didn't have time to get to it that whole day. Went to competitor's store. They gladly took care of it.

Very rude employees. Lost some of husband's lugnuts. 2 hours for a tire rotation. 5 different people had their hands on it. Finally the oldest and totally most experienced employee put husband's truck back together. Went inside, when it was done, all the employees turned their backs to my husband. NEVER SAID A WORD. EMPLOYEE OWNED the signs say, they need to learn respect, and maybe how to own it when they make a mistake.

Great place always have the tires I need in stock if not they can have them brought down from their warehouse semi truck access is a little tough with a trailer but it s fine fast service and price was great too

The tire store in Nampa I spent 750 getting airbags put in my Chevy Silverado. I had to go back five times in the same week and then again in another week because they just couldn t get them right they kept leaking so finally I talk to the general manager, and they worked on them again couple days later they started leaking a hole was somehow poked in it so finally, I just got so disgusted with that I quit going back because they didn t know what they were doing and they were in capable of doing these airbags so that was $750 down the drain now I m paying $250 to have the airbags taken out

Good group of people. Due to very tight parking at peak hours, and me lowering my tailgate not foreseeing in issue, my pickup tailgate was inadvertently backed into. The assistant manager, Will McFarland, was very helpful with getting me fixed up. I got an estimate from a local shop the same day and took it into Will, later that day I had the approval for repairs.I was very impressed and grateful for the willingness to help me so quickly. A really good group of hard working, professional people.

I scheduled an appointment online and they never got back to me. I went in at the time and day scheduled and they didn't have my tires, and couldn't do my service. Told me I would have to drive to boise to get my scheduled service done.

The Nampa Commercial Tire team did an awesome job of taking care of me once again. I had ongoing interstate battery issues that I had recently purchased there within the prior 2 years. The commercial team went above and beyond helping me get to 2 reliable batteries put into my truck. Everybody was extremely helpful from the manager, assistant manager, counter help and the guy in the shop changing the batteries... everybody was wonderful and a huge help.

They were so nice! I had never been in before and they got me in ASAP & they fixed my tire for free!! I am so grateful! Will definitely be going here from now on. I dread going to a car repair shop but this was stress free and a great experience! Thank you Once again you guys save the day! I appreciate you all!!

I ran over a nail and flattened my tire. Commercial Tire repaired my tire for free. It's a good thing too because I was in between paydays. Excellent service. Excellent employees.

I called to ask for a quote on a transmission flush. They told me how much it would be made an appointment and dropped off my vehicle. They called me 30 minutes later saying they couldn t do the flush but instead could do a drain and fill with a filter and charge me an extra $80. They were deceitful and dishonest, and tried to hide the fact that they could not do what I asked them to do. I would not trust them with my vehicle again.
