My partner and I needed a new work vehicle desperately after seeing the perfect truck at their location we were approved for it! I walked up asking about a specific car and when told the price I asked how much if I paid cash. The car is priced twice over book. The guys response was, is your credit good ? I said I will be paying cash and he said if your credits good this isn t the place for you ! They clearly prefer to cater to folks who have had some hardships as well as easier to take advantage of. Wouldn t recommend!

Byrider of Nampa. I took my car in that i bought. Engine light came on and they found the problem and replace the problem fix it it was still under warranty no hassle at all. Jennifer who works there in the service department handled everything professionally and was kind to me and explained everything good . Byrider really did an amazing job and got my car back to me and running good .

When my old car finally gave out on me, Byrider helped me out. Dragan took care of my approval all on the phone and even offered to come pick me up to choose my new vehicle. This is what your vehicle will look like after having a repair done under warranty and still be charged for it. A band-aid to leave you stranded 10 miles later. They even cut off my exhaust bracket because "it was in the way of a bolt". Wow..

When I came to nampa byrider location I was greeted with a bright smile snd a very positive attitude by a Mr. Jay sprik. I felt welcomed and knew right away that I made the right choice by choosing nampa location. I explained my stuitation I delt with the Boise location. Mr. Sprik was very patient nd respectful.
