What an Incredible Experience. Such cool people who genuinely care about their customers and want what s best for them. I am a mom of 5 and was in an Auto Accident back in January and my car started making a horrible grinding sound. I called our Insurance and was sent to three different places that all said they didn t do the kind of work. We reached out to Butler Auto on our own and Then our insurance was trying to say that the accident didn t cause the damage. Brandon the owner was able to explain exactly what happened and turns out the Adjuster was not current with where the transfer case and transmission were located in the Ford Explorer . Butler was knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and efficient. My vehicle runs awesome and I am so thankful. We will work with them again absolutely!!

Brandon and his team are top shelf, I have been into Butler Auto several times and all have been good experiences with fair prices. I would highly recommend Butler Auto for repairs or upgrades to your vehicle.

Wow! Diagnosed the issues with my car and explained what needed to be done. Showed me so I could understand the problem. He ordered the parts with my input as to OEM or aftermarket, and got my car back in only 3 hours. Excellent customer service. I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything to me. Was also a reasonable price. I will be going back to have him look at my other vehicle as well.

Brandon and his crew are the best. They do great work at a great price and take the time to make sure everything is done right and follow through on all the small details. Don t look anywhere else for your auto needs. They do it all. I had a lift, wheels, tires and brakes down now I m setup running right and looking good. They did so well for me I m already going back to get new auto running boards. Not only did they do a fantastic job on my 2021 Chevy (full lift, wheels, tires, etc), they have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE VALLEY. I've had to call them for general questions about my truck non-related to the work they've done for me and they have gladly helped me. Brandon and Butler Auto were extremely helpful with diagnostic and repair work on my diesel truck. Several other shops were unable to take the time to diagnose the problem but Butler was willing to take the time to do it right. Absolutely love you guys we just got the husband's new car just a few days ago and he loves it and i love that i have my car back. Glad we do business with you guys this is the second car we have gotten and love both of them. cant wait to get a jeep with you guys as soon as we pay off both our cars.

Had these guys install a lift, wheels and tires. The communication was great, the work done is impeccable and they got it done in the time frame stated. Ended up here after getting my wheels and tires + lift kit from 208Tires. The lifts get done here and I'm glad they are. Top notch service and as simple as it could be. I took my vehicle into the dealer (I won t mention which one) and was given an estimate for two items that were going to cost me over $1900. After seeing the reviews Butler had online, I figured I d give them a call to give me an estimate for the work.Brandon was super helpful and walked me through what I d be experiencing if those repairs truly needed to be completed. Since I wasn t experiencing them, he said he d inspect it but gave me a quote of $800 which cut my repairs in half.I dropped the vehicle off and Brandon called me a few hours later stating that both of the items look good and don t need to be replaced. He found a couple of other things I needed to replace only costing me $180.Butlers earned my business for life and I ve referred them to my entire family. Being new to the area and feeling pretty vulnerable, I thought the dealership would be a safe bet. I was wrong and they re just as bad as some of the worst mechanics out there. To add to it, Butlers is a family owned operation and a business that still operates ethically and with honor.Service: General repairs

Brandon and Richard are fantastic mechanics and Cayla at the front desk is fantastic as well! They are very honest and reasonable. I know when they work on my vehicle I'm not getting a run around or being talked down to. Butler Auto did a great job on my pickup. It needed new injectors and the sump was having problems. He started troubleshooting and found pressure issues right away. He was in contact with Fass Systems asap getting the correct parts to replace. He maintained contact and updates with my pickup the whole way through.I highly recommend Butler Auto for any vehicle service or repairs. Easily the best staff and prices in the valley. I have done business with Mr. Butler In the past. He s always been the least expensive and I ve always had quality work done. Well when I went and bought my new 2020 Ram 1500 I wanted it lifted and I started shopping around. After getting a few astronomical prices for wheels, tires and lift kit I called Butler automotive. Not only was I able to save quite a bit of money collectively over the whole package, he gave the longest warranty out of the competitors. After the job was completed Brandon went over every single part of the lift and what I should expect and do over the next 12 months. Hands down vest mechanic and shop! Thank you Butler Automotive!!!

Car repairs. We all hate them. Our truck wasn't starting all the time so we took it to a recommended local shop so they could diagnose the issue and do a multi-point inspection to tell us if there were any other issues. According to them, we ended up needing a new engine for the low, low price of $11,000. GULP!Got a second opinion from Brandon at Butler Auto. Turns out, it was a bad fuel pump which caused the non-starting and the issue that caused the other shop to tell us it needed a new engine, well it wasn't an issue. Brandon found a Ford service bulletin that stated that the engine we have has normal condensation if the truck isn't driven a lot (which it isn't). We also had him do a tune up with new spark plugs and in total spent around $1,000 for everything saving us $10,000.Go see Brandon for all of your car issues. He is fair, honest, and timely. He may not be able to save everyone $10K, but you won't regret taking your car there!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, General repairs

I didn't have a lot to spend but Brandon put me in a dependable Honda Civic for less than I expected. Nearly two years later, that car still runs great. Brandon did some periodic maintenance for me during that time at a price his competitors couldn't touch. Very honest and fair. I would strongly recommend Butler Auto again.10 months later my brakes on the Sienna minivan went bad. We needed the brakes done same day without an appointment because we were heading up the mountain to Bogus the next morning. Unbelievably, Brandon took care of us and got us out of there with new brakes and costing much less than I expected. Great Job Brandon, keep up the great service.

Both Brandon and Richard were extremely helpful and as a Veteran they gave me a 10% discount. Other big companies in Nampa do not do this. I had visited Les Shwab and they did not have my parts and could not tell me on their computers whether they would have the parts that day. So I sat for an hour and a half waiting for these guys to get it together. At the end of the day you can t trust them. If you want quick service and want to be given the respect for veterans Butlers is a very good idea! Thanks again guys!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes
