I went into Point S initially to get my alignment done. My car was in the shop about 5 minutes after I arrived. While the technicians were looking at my car they noticed that I had a nail in my tire. They offered to plug it up for me for no additional charge. 10/10 recommend this place!

I got my steering box replaced by the guys over at point s. Wonderful work, wonderful price, and great to work with they got it done fast and did a great job! Would come back!

Three times I ve had flat tires, not once has this location honored the warranty. Over inflated they say (they were the ones that put the air in the tire, we get our oil changed there to and have the tires rotated every oil change) which brings me to today had a flat, the rep said there was a puncture that flattened the tire. But they won t honor the warranty because they didn t get rotated enough, every 5 thousand miles it needs to be done. I bought the tires put 9,000 miles on them but because I ve only had one rotation at 5,000 miles they won t honor the warranty? I need an oil change in 1,000 more miles. Which would be 10,000. I don t understand. Especially since they said a puncture was what caused it! Took it to a different point s they are taking care of it. Won t go back to this location.

I took my car in to get brakes done. Spencer made sure my car got in and out. Bob who I believe is the manager seems to really care about the techs and making sure the business is running smoothly. I am also pretty impressed with their waiting room, probably one of the best I have ever been in. Cars been running smoothly since. Thank you Point S!

I brought my vehicle here on a Saturday morning for new tires. Jacob gave us the best customer service. They were able to get my new tires put on within a few hours. We ll definitely be going back with our other vehicle needs.

Fast and excellent service from these guys today... will definitely call them first in the future! So happy I talk to Spencer and it is so nice to have a tire shop staffed to handle the calls when the weather gets bad! They even had my tires in stock!

Best experience with a shop around. Jacob Helped me at the front desk and got me a good price on a new set of all weather tires. He was professional and went out of his way to find a set with a good deal.

Charged for a flat tire repair without prior notification. This was my first experience ever having to pay for a flat tire repair. They later tell me its because they only did the alignment, tire rotations and oil changes, but because we purchased tires elsewhere (we tried to purchase them from them but they couldn't get them in time for our trip so we purchased them from discount tire who doesn't do alignment and got the car aligned/inspected with point-s who didn't install the radiator cap back on properly resulting in breakdown on trip, luckily another point S did a better job than this one during our trip who did right by this shops mistake). We have had a far better experience with other point s on doing right by their customers. Hope $31 was a fair trade for loss of a customer. I recommend going elsewhere (The issue isn't the money.... the issue is not knowing until after the work was completed). Reflecting on multiple oil messes and other issues throughout the years is a wonder why we didn't stop doing business with them earlier.

Reliable and friendly shop! Most shops try to push a lot of other things on you to buy but the men at garrity do a great job just keeping it honest and straight forward! The service has improved every single time I ve gone in.

This Bruneel Point S store, is the single best. Period. Jacob and his associates at the counter are unbelievably helpful and will bend over backwards to serve their customers the way they should be served. I'm sure the other locations are just fine too, but this location is the greatest place on earth.

We had a tire on the verge of blowing out on our trailer when we were driving if we didn't get it fixed ASAP. We pulled in at 10 minutes to 6pm and Spencer didn't hesitate to help us at all even though it was so close to closing time. He was quick yet did quality work and the price for 2 new tires was a great deal. We will be going back in the future for our tires needs!

Went in for a flat repair this morning, I knew I didn t purchase my tires from here and there would be a charge. Great customer service and I was done in a timely manner. I ll be back when I need tires.

Yesterday we experienced a flat tire while on I-84 eastbound right in the middle of all the construction. The right shoulder was just wide enough to get off the road. We were unsuccessful in getting our insurance roadside assistance to assist us so I looked up tire stores close. I called Bruneel Point S Nampa and in only about 20 seconds of dialog, Bob said "we are coming to the rescue". In less then 10 min his service truck pulled up behind us, got our spare on and took our tire back to their shop. They found the issue, fixed the tire and got us back on the road for no cost. These men understand the value of customer service both at a time of need as well as after fixing it. Friendly, helpful, reassuring and solution oriented are a few words that come to mind......I will recommend this organization to any and all and encourage Bob and team to keep making people's day better! Thanks again Bob and to your team of professionals.

Everything about my experience was perfect! The wait wasn t long, they were upfront about everything. No hidden fees! Even the couches were comfortable! I felt really taken care of by Jacob Walsh and his team! Will be recommending this shop to all my friends!

Expensive, over priced no wonder they slow (no customers slow on Saturday)wowOil change price goodHad my existing tires (I bought from Point S) put on new rims 150 bucksThey broke a bold off taking lugs off extra 100 bucksOil change only $40. Oil change is only service I might come back for.Only customer in the building - Service took 2 hours. If you don't like to wait in line but have time to wait and extra money then this is your shop for Saturday service.... oil change anyway

Fantastic service! I have been here several times and have never had a bad experience! The management and service personnel are top notch! They always take the time to explain the service to me in layman terms, which I appreciate and more importantly treat me like my business matters! They are one of the few businesses that I have found truly cares about their customers... what a great concept! Other businesses should follow suit! It is a total pleasure doing business with this location. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I HIGHLY recommend them! Thanks Bob and crew for the exceptional service you provide! Keep up the good work!

Spencer was so amazing! He got me in so fast and being low staffed he jumped in and got me taken care of Ana out the door in 25 min! So amazing I would recommend point S tire on garrity for sure!

Let me tell ya, Spencer is an amazing service guy, 10/10 I can say with certainly he left a lasting impression, I don't think I'd be willing to come back if he wasn't the guy I talked to when I get there, I'd trust this guy with my cars life. And the manager Bob (I think?) Is a fun guy to talk to as well, he knows the business and he's great with people, same for Spencer. Absolutely loved my experience here 5 stars hands down.

Do not go here!! Absolutely awful!!! Try to scam you out of every single penny. All I can say is ask for a break down before you get it fixed and just look up what the parts average cost is! It s no where near the same! Quoted me an outrageous estimate took it to a different mechanic and they said it wasn t nearly as much as they quoted. They tried to say everything was a special part and that s why it costs so much and yet the other place found the parts with ease and WAY LESS!! If you are looking for an honest mechanic shop that s not just going to try to squeeze you for every penny I can tell you this is not the place to go.

We have had two bad experiences with them. A while back we took a tire to be fixed and they tried to sell my teenager a new tire. We also had them fix the power steering hoses, they did not complete the job. Put us on a lease? Instead of credit? " You must have really really good credit score to get credit with them." You are really renting to own the parts. For 90 days for $952. If you don't make extra payments beyond $90 automatically taken out of your account bi-weekly you will not pay this off in 90 days. Then you are on the hook to pay for the "rent" on the parts for a total of just over $2000. They did not work with us. And my daughter who has been saving for a car signed their "lease" had to pay $2000 for $952 worth of parts. This is not honest/ transparent business. We will never go back or recommend them.

Terrible customer service had a flat repair waited an hour an half and still nothing. I needed the flat repair urgently and I get having to wait and I did but making people wait an hour an half for a flat repair on a small car and still moving on to do oil changes on cars that been dropped off while I was still waiting so I can get to school in Boise really sucked. I ended up leaving with the flat and just getting air at the gas station. I never leave bad reviews but this was the last straw. This isn't the only time they do something like this. Also if you didn't buy your tires with them and need a flat repair they charge a hefty fee. I use to really like this place and it was my go to and I would recommend it to people at work because it was across the street from the hospital I work at. I will definitely be passing this on to my coworkers I misled before. Thank you Bruneel I hope you provide better service to others next time.

Great customer service. Needed an oil change and a few other yearly services done to my car they were able to get my car in right away and very affordable.
