Car came back in a worse shape then ever they did like 350 on work that was unnecessary just to tell me it was gonna be 5000 to replace the timing chain got the car towed back home just to find a big dent on the passenger side door and oil finger marks all over my interior of the car they left my air intake trowen under the hood and air filter and serpentine belt just laying there and the worse thing is that they wont accept the responsibility of them denting my car and damages don t recommend this place

These guys are awesome! They did an excellent job repairing our air conditioning system last minute and gave us a great deal. They have provided excellent and fast service when I'm in a bind and everyone's always really nice and helpful. The last time my car broke down I had it towed there and they were super flexible and accommodating to my busy schedule. I will definitely be taking my cars back to them in the future!

Timing belt snapped and Point S....got me back on the road in no time.....just like the commercial says no stress with Point S....thank you fellas

I've had these guys work on 3 of the cars I've owned and honestly they've been really good. Straight forward and I don't ever feel like they are just charging me to charge. We've also had our work truck worked on from here a couple times and it's been the best service I've seen in this area for a pretty competitive price. I'd definitely recommend these guys to friends and family.

Definitely had a great experience here!! I came in for a flat tire repair and they were so helpful and friendly! They were also very fast and efficient! Highly recommend for sure!

Have had awesome experiences here and definitely good prices I love the owner Steve. They make you feel very welcomed and go over and Beyond to get what you need for your vehicle. Would definitely recommend and we'll be going again!

This place is great. They get busy, but deserve your business. The staff called me by my first name numerous times, always checking in on me, very excellent customer service. It's the little things that make you feel taken care of, which makes you feel good about your car getting cared for. Totally recommend.

I should have done this post a long time ago as these guys are top notch. I've been in here regularly for 20 hours with tire emergencies and they always take care of me on the spot with no hesitation and fix my tires up. They never over charge. I'm so grateful they are 5 minutes from me. Steve always greets me with a smile and assurance that he'll take care of me.Thank you!

Can t say enough helpful and nice things about this shop. Our coolant sensor went out as we were driving through on the way to Washington and we had called three dealerships and two other body shops that had no availability for weeks. Steve got us in and fixed the sensor within two hours so we could continue on our trip .they really saved us and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

Always the best and fastest service especially on Caldwell Blvd. In Nampa ID. We've been going there for 8 years for oil changes, buying tires, fixing various engine problems,emergency repairs........

Appreciate the good, honest work. Went to a recommended Les Schwab for an alignment (from a tire place); they told me they couldn't do it because I needed new inner and outer tie rods. Would cost $700+ dollars. Talked to my regular mechanic, and he said tierods couldn't have gone that bad since last time at workshop. Brought it to Bruneel, aligned it without a problem. No mention at all of the tierods. Drives smooth and controlled out of the shop. Thank you for your work.

Steve Miller at the Nampa Bruneel Points S was very helpful and honest.Went in with a screw in a tire and he told me upfront that a repair wouldn't work because of it being in the sidewall.Most places that I have come across treat women like we're dumb. Steve let me know in no uncertain terms that because of where the screw was a repair wouldn't work so there was no reason to try.I appreciate his honesty and not taking advantage of someone most 'mechanics' would without hesitation.I'll definitely be returning for tires and minor repairs for my vehicle, and refer this business to anyone looking.

Had a nail in my tire on a newer vehicle with stock tires. Since I am a Point S customer and have purchased tires from them on my other vehicles they repaired my tire free of charge! Very kind employees as they dealt with me and as I listened to their conversations with each other and other customers while I was waiting. Nice waiting room and they asked my daughter what she wanted to watch on the TV while we were waiting.

Went there to get a flat fixed. I have never been charged to fix a tire. Point S charged me $33.00!!! To patch a hole! And the tire was off the car. I was shocked and disgusted and wouldn't recommend this place.

Always great service! I always see the same workers, which tells me the turnover rate is low. To me, this means a place is treating their employees right, in turn, results in good workmanship. Thank you for your excellent service. To Steve and Josh and the rest of the staff. I always feel well taken care of, and I have never had any hassle, no matter what my request is. Thanks again!

Went in and got new tires installed. Told Bruneel wanted to save the best two of the old for a buddy of mine. Got everything done went home and noticed a hole punched through one of the used tires. I feel it's pointless to go over there to complain about how the staff there thinks it's okay to do this so great job guys thanks for the high integrity service. I will never feel the urge to refer anyone.

At 50 yrs old and an avid DYI, I never thought I could find a mechanic that I could trust. These guys have went above and beyond to show me that they are great people and they are honest professionals. I couldn't recommend them higher.

I personally have not yet had the opportunity to be a customer, so this review may seem a bit odd at first. I have been into the shop a few times with a friend for various reasons with his vehicle, however, and the level of customer service the employees provide is excellent. It shows that customer service is important to the company and it is taught to the people they allow to represent the company. If/when I have need of repairs to my vehicle, I will take my vehicle there based on the experience I saw someone else have as a customer.

Steve and his team are amazing. He was able to squeeze me in recently to fix our AC in 100+ degree weather. Also, our front end started shaking badly when accelerating. I would have believed him if he told me I needed a new transmission. I was relieved to hear it was just a tire out of alignment. After some new tires and a great deal on an alignment, our family is riding smooth again. Thanks to Steve and his team for the fast and honest service.
