William S went above and beyond. So knowledgeable about all the RVs. Helpful but not pushy. My husband and I bought a fifth wheel from him and enjoyed the experience so much my daughter and son- in -law bought one from him the next day. Great follow up too. Bretz is great. Ask for William S.

We loved our experience at Bretz RV in Nampa. Between Caleb, Cody, and Jordan (at the factory) we found a team with great product knowledge, answers to all of our questions, explanations of features etc. Then the numbers were presented our deal looked pretty good to us but soon got great with a bit more discussion about our needs. They literally fixed our top three concerns on the spot with zero cost increase. Very impressive. No ridiculous low ball offers on our trade, they showed respect for our trade-in that I think was fair for both of us. I'm sure they will make some good money on that trade-in, but when you factor in our savings on taxes and the lack of hassle factor was worth it to us. Thanks guys.

If you want the best customer service and trailer buying experience you must visit Bretz!!! We drove all the way from Central Oregon because they were one of the only dealers that had the floor plan we wanted. John was amazing through the whole sales process and we did the whole deal over the phone over the course of a week or so. Everything was seamless! As soon as we arrived to the dealership we were treated like family and it was amazing as we have had terrible experiences at other dealerships in our area. The whole staff was great and very knowledgeable and Taylor was amazing with all of the paperwork! We tell all our friends and family about this experience and will continue to do so! All future trailers will be purchased from Bretz!! A+ Team!!!!

I recently purchased an awesome fishing pontoon. Everything went smooth and as advertised. All emails were answered promptly and there were no surprises with all of the steps from arrival through finance and the delivery. I am very pleased.

This is our second time purchasing from Bretz and both times it s been a no stress and extremely pleasant experience. We can t say enough good things about our salesman Cody Griess! From start to finish Cody was able to answer all our questions, show us trailers that matched our needs, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable.

For all my RV and Marina needs I would definitely go to bretz they have some of the most amazing friendliest staff you could ever imagine they are willing to work with you all day even if you decide to come back I want to give a special thanks to my salesman Mike Schreiber for helping me get the boat of my dreams and to the rest of the staff that helped out as well thank you Taylor. My wife and I knew what we wanted and didn't want in an RV and in a dealership, and we made it known to the dealerships we visited. Camping World and other nearby dealerships ignored what we said, and we left to find others. In the end, Travis with Bretz was friendly and not pushy. Travis stayed the course and worked for us to our satisfaction. Bretz was the only dealership that came through for us and where we chose to buy our new home for our full time RV life. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and we will return. Photos to follow this review upon delivery.

So far, my experience has been awful! My boyfriend has had his RV in the repair shop since October 2023 with no answers as to what needs to be repaired! When we call to speak with someone in the service department the receptionist says " I can get them a message. " are they getting the message? We still have no idea what actually needs done nor do we have a quote for the repairs. Some answers would be nice!We bought our RV from Bretz less then a year ago. It's been in the service department three times for the same repair that was agreed on when the RV was purchased!

Are you kidding me? ... it was an amazing experience!What an absolute pleasure dealing with this team!From the front receptionist Bre and Josi, to Matt our salesman, who was very knowledgeable about RVs! to Cade who walked us around and showed us everything about the RV, to Bryce our service tech who I feel totally comfortable asking questions.. Darian was our finance person, she took us and explained everything when it came down to finances, and finally Diana who at the end, just asked...How was everything? She wanted to make sure everything was good.. I assured her everything was EXCELLENT!.... I give this team FIVE STARS! ..... EVERYONE has been absolutely amazing!Would I ever buy another item here?.... YES!Can I recommend this location?.... Without a doubt... Just bought a new Barletta Cabrio 22UC from Mike Schreiner at Bretz RV & Marine in Nampa, ID. By far the best sales experience I have had to date. Mike was Knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and great to work with. I highly recommend Mike and Bretz RV @Marine.

A Special thanks to Chad Reynolds our salesperson. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience working with Chad. He helped us find what we needed, and options we had not even considered. We are happy with our purchase and I believe it had a lot to do with Chad Reynolds being an understanding salesperson and all around good guy. We spent hours going through the inventory at Bertz and we picked the Forest River No Boundaries 19.3 series. It was light enough that our ford ranger could tow it without an issue.
