I called 30 mins before closing and needed all four tires changed, Micah was very nice and fit me in before closing. He gave me all the details I needed over the phone and was very nice and welcoming. It was a good price compared to others and I am very happy with the results.

Hands down the only place I go to get anything done on my vehicle! Had my vehicle towed over this morning due to it not starting. The team took a look at it and got it up and running in a few hours. Customer service and the techs themselves are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient to say the least. This branch and the one off Broadway in Boise are the best I've ever dealt with. I always recommend my friends and family to them as they are amazing to work with. Anyone that needs automotive help should go to them. Thank you Big O team for being around!

Big O Tires has become my "go to" spot for all my tire needs. I have 3 vehicles in my family and Big O has taken care of them exceptionally. From seasonal tire change overs to new tires to fixes... Plus they are one of the more affordable spots in town (they offer a military discount too). Thanks to Sam L. for always taking care of things for me!

Went to get two front tires and an alignment. Excellent service. Friendly staff. I was assisted by Molly and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a free alignment check with the install. Confirming the need for an alignment. Great place to go for tire/alignment services.

EXCELLENT service. I had a small leak in my front tire due to a tiny construction nail. I was able to get an appointment right away and Sam was awesome. Removed the nail and patched The Cranberry right up :)

I traveled from Texas to visit family in Nampa. We had an issue with one of the tires on my parent s travel trailer. Micah and the owner, Steve got us fixed up fast so we could get on our way to McCall. I could not of asked for better service! The waiting room was clean, and the coffee bar was nice.

Great store quick service 4 tire replacements they were fast and honest has some damaged valve stems on my BMW they replaced them also got 4 new (TPMS) sensors great deals big store plenty of room great quality work would recommend to family and friends.

Came here the other day looking to get tires replaced on my car. Micah in the front office was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding me some good quality tires at a reasonable price. Will definitely be coming back for future tire needs!

Place was clean, staff was professional and knowledgeable. Sam the manager made sure I got a ride to get my car. As a single mom with a special needs kid it was very nice, to not have to worry about getting there. If anyone is looking to get work done on there car come down to Nampa big O. Great service here at Big-0 in Nampa! My car broke down and Sam got it in and done fairly quickly, providing multiple price points and personal service. I always use them for everything from tires and oil changes to getting my car fixed. Thx Sam!

The Nampa team went above and beyond to help me. I had a slow leak in a tire that turned out to be worse than I thought and dangerous to drive on. They got me in and out same day and Micah went out of his way to come up with creative solutions to keep costs down for me. Such a relief to find a caring and honest shop thank you!

Visited the Big O in Nampa with a tire that had a screw driver in it, I purchased the tires at a Big O in another state Micah helped me the first day and was able to get my tire warrantied they had to order it in, so the next day I went in and seen Sam. They both were very helpful and had great customer service! I certainly will remain a fan of Big O!

Yeah, I am one happy customer. Great tires. Perfect alignment, I'm also very happy about the brake inspection. I told these guys what my budget was and what I wanted, and dang!, did they make it work! I didn't have a lot of money so I was hoping to get all season tires with like a 55K warranty? Nope, Roger went out of his way to find me much better tires than I was hoping for. Thanks Roger. The ride is fabulous. The whole experience with Big-O was just great. Thanks guys.

This BigO location is run with perfection. Well staffed, confident & knowledgeable, congenial & genuinely seem happy to be working here! From my call to end tire installation was exceptional. Micah helped me chose the best tire for my car, he checked and compared giving me good info. Plus checked for discounts/best pricing. Quick installation. 45 minutes. Waiting room is pleasant coffee & popcorn. I especially liked the large dining table as I used it to get some paperwork done while waiting.I ve been to BigO stores in several states over the years and this one is superior!!

These gentlemen were so helpful very efficient and very communicative. They weren't like the typical auto places that try to find things that are wrong with your vehicle just to charge you extra. They were straight into the point and.Fixed only what was asked of them And then informed me of what still needs to be done if I choose to do so.So thank you gentlemen! I shall forever recommend you guys over Les Schwab!

I went into Big O Nampa .I wasn t sure what was wrong just that my car needed help. Sam answered all my questions and had my car in and prepared in a timely manner. I m definitely going back and strongly recommend Big O Nampa for all ur tire needs
