I've been going here for years. The staff had always been super helpful with all the issues I've come across, and if they were unable to help, they always point you in the right direction. I just found out yesterday that they dispose of tranmission fluid and for free, which is awesome. I feel their prices are reasonable

Oh my goodness. My card died at the car wash across the street. Cassandra walked over with me and gave me a jump. She tested my battery and I needed a new one. I m beyond grateful. She literally saved my afternoon!!!! Soooo nice!!!! Above and beyond!!! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!!

Kassaundra Cash put in my cabin air filter for me at the store. It wasn't easy to get to but she got it done. That was beyond customer service. Great store and great employees.

Went to this store at 9:42pm on October 6th 2023. 18 full minutes before it is posted that they close. I walked up to the store, the open sign was aglow I grab the door handle give it a tug and it is locked. I see a guy in a gray shirt counting his till I over exaggeratedly stood looking at the hours sign and back at him we looked at each other he looked extremely annoyed and then a young girl working there steps out from the back he instructs her grumpily and she peps over, unlocks the door and pokes her head out and asks what I need and I counter her question with a question Did you guys close early? And I get ANOTHER QUESTION are you paying with cash or card? I say cash and she tells me she s sorry she can t help me 18 minutes before close I was blown away. Idk who that manager was that particular evening but he lost you a customer. I will never go back to this autozone. I m not one to really review especially negatively or to call someone out but this dude set something off in me

Well staffed for a Sunday friendly help to get new parts and battery for my truck. I don't understand the core charge if I'm going to change it out in the parking lot but it's all good.

The person that helped me was very humble, friendly, and knowledgeable. I m new to town and tried to fix my issue solo but decided to visit the pros. I wanted to give a tip to this kind person but this person said we are here to help others. Thanks so much for turning my view of this town around.

Props to the employees working the counter today. I had come in and spilled an oil jug on the floor and they handled it professionally while continuing to work with me as a customer.

Got fast friendly service, the entire staff was very helpful and polite. Not much more to say other than its a great place and my #1 go to for parts, car wash & and some aftermarket stuff.

Knowledgeable employees, clean, typically have what you need in stock to fix a automotive issue. If not, it most likely will be online or they will refer you to a place where you can get the parts you need.

Got what I needed but very awkward experience. I placed an online order and after a few hours still hasn t received notification that it was ready so stopped in. The girl asked the name in my order then says oh ya the one with millions of things I said that I should only have 3 things on my order. She then said ya we are just short staffed and you ordered a lot more than normal Now I completely understand being short staffed but I felt like an inconvenience and nuisance. I also find it odd that s 3 standard items is a lot more trouble than a typical order. I d assume most orders are a few items but maybe I m wrong. I ll know not to do online pick up at this store again.

Aaron at AutoZone is always very kind and has taken time to help me every time I need to change a headlight bulb, always finding the lowest price for me and helping me with the bulb even when I make dumb mistakes he has gone so far to change very difficult bulbs for me. Thanks Aaron for being a fellow Christian and encouraging me in the Lord too!!God bless you!

I once bought a motorcraft spark plug from here. A week later I tried buying another motorcraft spark plug with the same part number. They told me they didn't carry motorcraft plugs. They told me that autolite is "the same thing". I tried to explain to them that I wanted motorcraft, not autolite or any other brand and that I had bought motorcraft from them a week prior and I had the part number for them. They didn't even let me finish my sentence and they told me they don't have motorcraft and I would be "better off shopping at Oreillys". I'm like yeah I know I would be they just didn't have any in stock. Autozone will always be the last resort.

Every time, never fails.. parts are available at this store and if not they will call another store and have it delivered to your store, unless you want to cruise to the other store. Staff always busy keeping up with any problems a customer has with the vehicle. Thanks winning team, you make it possible to make it a better day.

I always am helped and given the proper parts/ supplies needed.As a pretty uninformed and clueless woman when it comes to cars, I feel pretty comfortable visiting this location and being treated respectfully and not trying to be upsold on products I don't need.

AutoZone has been the place to go to for all my equipment and parts for my vehicles I've already service more than 5 to 6 vehicles from this location I appreciate the understanding of the situation at hand the urgency the professionalism the kindness and the cleanliness because of the people there thank you I will continue to visit this establishment in the future

Been here 4 times. Terrible customer service every time. Won't be back. They always seem to have something more important to do besides selling product. I've stood in a one man line for 20 min just trying to buy shop towels. Oreillys is a block North and they help customers as soon as they walk in the door.

A pretty good place for your car parts its clean and the staff is friendly although I reay with the prices were alil lower,wished the prices were alil lower and be great if they priced matchSo heres a new review for tues feb 8 2022 man the customer service was off the hook so im changing this 4 star to 5 dude helped me over the phone and awnser my questions thoroughly I wish i got the guys name but hes a great employee 1:23 pm!

Helpful staff and fair pricesThe store is always clean and there is plenty of parking. If they don't have the part you need, they are always willing to order it in and it usually gets there pretty fast. They also sell some other things besides just car parts. My daughter likes to go with me to get a candy bar.
