Found an ad they posted for a job didn t know much about them applied just to see what my options were had the worst communication with whoever it is that works There i could not get a legitimate response to the questions I asked, sent my rsum, didn t even bother to read it then asked if I could perform certain types of automotive work which was all listed in my resume they clearly had zero knowledge of repairs so I took it upon myself to read some of these reviews, and the photos of the establishments, and I would not do business or ever in 1 million years work at this place how they are still in business is beyond me extremely unprofessional

Thanks Tara for going above and beyond to locate an Airbox assembly and all the parts. After noticing one of the parts was cracked, you ordered the replacement part so everything would work great in our vehicle. I greatly admire your work ethics, taking care of us and how much you cared! Thanks so much for everything!

I worked there for a bit couple years ago. I don't have any bad things to say about them. Their prices aren't bad. They're pretty fair & will get you what you need if it's in inventory there(which is pretty substantial). They're pretty good guys imo. I'm not paid for this. I just have respect for them.

On a Monday, I have them order a part for me, I'm promised it will be there by Wednesday of that week, they(Leo) take my number and promise to call when it arrives. Thursday night rolls around, still haven't heard from them, so I call(Leo again), "yeah, it got here this morning. "I drive 45 minutes on Friday to pick up my part, only to find out it's the wrong part. Nobody bothered to verify if it was the correct part. They tell me ill have to wait until the following Monday for them to call the parts supplier and get it replaced. I call on Monday, get a different employee(Dave) with a bad attitude, he says "yeah, we already called and ordered the replacement", I have to ask when it'll arrive, "probably Thursday. "Wednesday rolls around, I call to ask if it's arrived, it hasn't, I ask for a tracking number, Leo promises to call back after he can ask another employee to find it for him. Thursday rolls around, I call and Leo tells me "well, the delivery guy just did a drop off and your part isn't here, call back at 2pm, that's usually when the second deliveries come in." Still hasn't arrived by 2pm. I call Friday at 6pm, part still hasn't arrived. I call Saturday at 2pm, this time Dave answers, part still hasn't arrived. I explain that I'll need a refund due to the unreliability of their parts chain, and another supplier can guarantee me the part by Monday. Dave hangs up on me. I call back, Dave answers again and says "can you hold please", I reply "no, you just hung up on me, you can deal with my refund", he hangs up on me again. I call back, this time I get Leo, I explain what just happened, Leo starts processing my return and the phone somehow gets passed to Dave. I explain that I won't be dealing with Dave because he hung up on me twice after giving me an attitude, and he needs to hand the phone back to Leo.This is the longest explanation I have ever written for a 1 star review that didn't involve being blatantly ripped off. There is only one decent person who works at this place, the older guy Leo. I legitimately feel bad that he works with scummy people who don't care about their customers one bit.

Have been doing business with All Hours for over 15 years. Dave is your guy. They excel at finding hard to find used parts. This is not the kind of place that will waste time on your average dumpster diver looking for parts for next to nothing on their always-in-progress restoration project. They support the automotive repair industry with excellence. They charge completely fair prices and will bend over backwards to help you, just don't go in there being a jerk looking for free stuff, that will get you a fast track out the door with nothing.

Bruh the guy at the front desk was bricked out. Went in and asked for an obd1 wiring harness. he asked if my engine was 1.5 or 1.6 i told him neither because mine is 1.8 he told me he couldn t help me then. i litterally asked for a wiring harness it doesn t matter what liter the engine it just needed to be an obd1 wiring harness

We ordered a transmission from them and in less than 2 hours it was ready for pick up. They are generally nice people, but the front office / lobby could use some cleaning. I got the transmission installed and it is working good.

These guys are great. We drove from Boise to see them because on a Saturday their hours are pretty terrific--and they're open Sundays, too, which is unusual for the area (and it's usually on those weekend projects when you find out the floor's so rusted out, you can see pavement below your seat). We needed a hard-to-find floor pan for our 2002 E450 shuttle bus RV conversion, and the team was not only able to help us locate a donor vehicle, they even cut the part out while we waited, staying a little later than they had planned to just to help us out. We paid more for the part than we would have had we gone to a do-it-yourself lot, but for not having to cut out the part (that would have taken us half the day), the service, the selection and supporting a local business made it more than worthwhile. They even had a cow and a goat on the property for organic weed control, which is pretty legit. We'll definitely be back.

Original post was 2018I've edited this review.I'm a 55 y/o woman, in a mostly man's world. (Can't forget the sisters out there that work their hiney's off! ) So, maybe I'm stereo- typing the guys, But it does happen. They were very knowledgeable, but not super people, people if you know what I mean ! They could smile when u come in the door or tell u to have a nice day when you told them to first, just my opinion! All in all a pretty good experience except for the attitude! They did go out of their way to find the Exact part I needed. Thanks guys!

from the get-go, these guys are not customer oriented. The lady that answered the call, was so rude and disconnected to me as potential customer, she was so cutting and not courteous at all. Then the so called expert on batteries, did not even give me the time to explain the kind of battery, I was looking for. A simple show of courtesy would have been nice. Instead they acted as tho i owe them something. Where has the times of greetings and welcomes have gone............

Bad experience so far. Bought a 2003 Hyundai Sonata for $ 1,000 and I should have known better. 1st day getting it home it sprung a leak in the radiator. I got it back there where they replaced it. Interior lights didn't work, replaced a fuse, then the engine light came on. At Autozone their tester said it had a bad misfire in # 5 cylinder. I had the spark plugs and spark plug wires replaced by my friend mechanic, and car is still misfiring. Because of their policies, I will never get my money's worth on this car. Don't buy a car here. You are better off finding a good car elsewhere. They knew they sold me a lemon and I should have known better. Bad business practices they have.

I bought a motor from all hours turned out to have problems after i got the install done. Even though it was past my return date, Leo himself came to my house and looked for himself, he then told me he had already found another motor and would be willing to trade me, Thank you Leo for being an honest man!

Leo was a nice guy, came to get a pickup that they had. The pickup matched the price (a little rough, but priced accordingly) Drove it up and down the BLVD than purchased. 5 minutes into the drive home check engine light and air bag light come on. Which means this place is obviously clearing codes to sell vesicles which is dishonest and earns a 1 star from me.

Leo hooked me up with a great deal. He s an old school, no nonsense, honest guy. They re not super customer service oriented, but if you re looking for a smile from a dishonest salesman, go elsewhere!

This place is a total wreck. Filthy, disorganized, and some of the staff have no idea what's happening around there. I understand that people may be doing their best but this place needs help big time. Prices are too high, in my opinion. This is a 'last resort' type business, in my opinion.

Honest, polite, hardworking folks. Had the part I needed at a very fair price for being in such great condition. Always enjoy being able support locally owned shops like this one.

If time isn't an issue, I'd recommended checking eBay first...(All Hours Auto Salvage) $90 for a pair of salvaged 03 Chevy Impala headlights.(eBay) $72 for a pair of brand new, upgraded 03 Chevy Impala headlights with bulbs included and free shipping...

Evidently, we had a much different experience with this company than some other reviewers. We found them knowledgeable and friendly, went WAY out of their way to help us find what we were after. We will be back.

Had the parts I needed for my classic car. They had the parts shipped across country for a fair price. Polite and quick service.

Not terribly professional service, but great deals and the best place to sell your totaled car. They also have fantastic deals on their car sales and the parts always work.

Website showed part I was hunting in stock, went there and found out otherwise. Place is a mess. Office is cluttered and filthy. Disorganized mess in general. Parking is limited. Not wheelchair accessible. Will not be returning.

I would never go back to this place. Poorly run business. They told me they had the parts I needed and after a two hour drive and sitting there for 2 1/2 hours, they didn't have the correct part.

One of the old school wrecking yards still around. Very knowledgable and priced reasonable. I love this this yard!
