Dear All Automotive Center Owner,We see your picture in the listing but it looks a good twenty years old. You appear about 50-75 lbs heavier on site.We spoke with your son who works on site after he had broken part of our vehicle. He became disgruntled when we attempted to address the issues that he had caused. Then we asked to speak with you only to find that the young man was your son, despite you hiding this fact. That young man should not be allowed to work at your site as we have now spoken with more individuals that have damaged vehicles because of this young man. Please remove your son. He causes you to become irrational and lash out at customers. We didn't appreciate being treated so poorly or be-littled. We will assume you were having a bad day that day but your son gets the best of you and lowers your integrity and reputation. Nampa doesn't need any more businesses like this.Sincerely A Long Time Customer....who has ended it's relationship with your business after our recent experience this year.PS we do expect a refund and will be following up at the appropriate level to acquire one.

Great service... No fuss, no muss!These guys are just good, down to earth, real people who are focused on providing excellent service in a prompt, efficient, and pleasant manner... without the time wasting bureaucracy of so many of the "other guys" out there. You just feel good when you deal with them, before, during, and after the work is done. Thanks guys!

I have gone to All Automotive for several years now and have been treated fair and square. Steve is a good man.... and also funny! The team at All Automotive is a great bunch of guys. As is Chris..the shop manager. They have all been great to work with and I will continue to use them and send other's their way. Thanks guys

I have gone to this mechanic for over 15 years. Even as a single mom, I felt respected and received quality service without a huge expense. They have helped our family with five different vehicles over the years. Get your emissions testing done here quickly, too.

Chris is an excellent owner. He has helped us thru some issues that we had with our vehicles. I would recommend him to everyone! He is a genuinely great person. He's the only 1 that we trust.

I've been going to All Automotive for a very long time. Close to 20 years even before it was All Automotive. I took my car to them after dealing with some local dishonest people who called themselves car service people.All Automotive are the only people I will let touch my car. They get you in as soon as possible. Give you complete diagnosis to what is wrong with your car. Quick fix or longer. They tell you what they will do; then do it. No hidden or surprise fees to come later. I always recommend All Automotive to anyone who might need car care. I've had co-workers and family tell me they are very happy with the work done by All Automotive. Its a nice feeling to know you can depend on a honest mechanic and that's where you can find them ~ ~ at All Automotive. Thanks for keeping my car running. I've had it for a very long time. Still runs great. Very friendly people, honest, good working and prompt. What more could you ask for?

I would highly recommend you try them. The service is great, Chris is awesome and as far as prices go they are reasonable. I would pay double for the same service in California. They also stand by their work. You can't get this type of service from dealers who will charge you 100 dollars just to tell you what is wrong.

Chris, the manager showed me how I had messed up my oil pan. It was dented and scratched, which although I did not remember at first, now recall bottoming out, which dented the oil pan. He took the time to explain everything to me, and fit me in without an appointment when I told him I was leaking something. Steve and Lois, the owners, hired an awesome manager in Chris, and I really appreciate the honesty and competence of their business. Highly recommend the business, and besides how good they are, as a plus to me personally, they are Christians. :) Thank you.

Had my car all day and never called to tell me they had no one to do the work. Dropped off at 8 in the morning and I finally called at 5 to someone who didnt know there wouldnt be anyone there to do the work. I had made the appointment on monday and this was a friday.

I have been a customer for several years and All Automotive has the best service I have ever had. Honest, competent, friendly and good prices. Great value with the knowledge that they care about you and your vehicle.

I moved here in July and left all my mechanics in Washington . I went here and paid $90 to have my truck diagnosed cause it was throwing sensor lights and was running rough. They diagnosed the problem 100%. They gave me the option to fix it my self even showed me how to do it! These guys are freaking AWESOME!!! I expected to be nickeled and dimed to death... but that wasn t even close to the case! Chris the manager is Fantastic he even gave me a ride home free of charge while they checked my truck out. I could say a million more nice things about this place but no one has enough time to read it all lol. I can say with out a doubt I have found my new mechanics!!!

This is our opinion only, this review is not fact and represents pure opinion of the services rendered:Serpentine belt was changed for routine maintenance. When vehicle was returned the belt was squeaking. Also noticed that vehicle did not idle. Vehicle would shut off when idling. Brought to mechanics who performed work and was rushed off site. Upon further investigation we believe the mechanics had broken the oil pressure sensor when replacing serpentine belt. These two are located right next to each other and a crowbar is required to replace belt.We attempted to have this shop perform the repair and they would not respond. Over the course of several months we attempted to address this with the owner however, our phone calls were not returned. We were concerned about physical retaliation and did not return to the site.Oil pressure sensor was $600 to replace. Private mechanic has shows that oil pressure sensor was destroyed by a crowbar. The part has been examined for damage.This review is our personal opinion only, thank you.

Thank you Chris! My battery in my Ford Fusion was dead and we tried charging it and jumping it but nothing worked I thought it was the alternator. I had my car towed to All Automotive. Chris was great and said a light must have been left on the battery was just drained. He charged my battery and kept making sure it was holding a charge. I'm disabled and when I finally got a ride there to pick up my car and pay him he wouldn't let me he just said to keep him in mind if I needed any repairs in the future. I definitely will! If you want an honest repair shop since its such a scary thing when something goes wrong with your car go see All Automotive in Nampa for honest and caring service!

If I could give negative stars I would, this place is a ripoff. Took vehicle in for brake replacement and was quoted $1,030 dollars to replace front and rear brakes and rotors. I also had them look at the ac since it wasn't blowing cold air and was quoted $800 to fix it.We took the car to another shop and they tell us we only needed rear brakes and the ac only needed Freon, total bill was under $400.I should add that All Automotive claimed we had a leak that the shop we had do the repairs couldn't find any evidence of...Avoid at all costs.

Gave me all of the options including doing the job myself. Explained the costs, the parts warranties, the labor cost, what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. I walked away feeling completely confident that I got a fair service. Highly recommend.

The lady that was there was very personable and very nice very good at doing her job. That was the easiest emissions test I have been to.

I have known chris for about a year or so he had always sold me parts from the parts house he works at on the side of here and i do my own mechanic work on my vehicles unless i cant and one day chris had told me about all automotive center and even offerd me a job there took my ford explore in to get driver wheel hub done because i could not fix it my self took my part and expoler in and had chris fix it for me he had his mechanic mika i think thats how his name is spelled if not sorry for burchering your name. Went in at 2pm out at 3pm 100 dolloers and he could not do the aliment because i needed the camber and caster bolts so they can do the aliment because i still have the factory bolts in my upper control arms all in all chris keep up the good work and honsty. Highly recommended to others that need a honset mechanics shop not all are as honest like you are chris thank you so much for the experience that others are missing out on that dont come here ill be sure to send more to your shop

After a disappointing visit to meineke Nampa, All Automotive Center has restored my faith in great Automotive service. Took me right in had AC and brakes replaced in under 2 hours. Thanks guys

Easy in and out for emissions testing. Prices have increased from the $11 to $16.50 but thats ok I only go in every 2 years.

Came in expecting a huge bill for an ac repair, ended up just needing service, others may have gone ahead and taken advantage. I highly recommend Chris and his team!!
