The whole team at 208 is top notch! Knowledge and probably one of the most honest fair shops I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't let any other shop touch my truck!

I was out of town had problems with my truck stranded in Caldwell it was extremely frustrating I took my truck to 208 diesel the customer service was the best Gary always called me and answered the phone with updates on my truck whoever the guy was that drove into Oregon to get the part for my truck I can't thank you enough and everyone else at 208 that worked on my truck it's running great again this shop really does care about other people's time and vehicles I would 100 percent recommend this shop and come back in the future thanks for getting me back on the road you guys rock

Paul and his crew always take care of us. Today we were on our way to go camping with our kids and my husband's POS truck started acting a fool, as usual. We called 208 Diesel and brought the truck in. They squeezed us in and fixed the rear brake caliper asap. I thanked Paul for saving my husband's literal life (joking, so if he dies it wasn't me). Paul said he wanted to take care of us so we could spend time with our kids camping. Thank you Paul and crew.Moral of the story: DON'T buy a Ford F350 6 liter, they suck harder than your mom but if you do, take it to 208 Diesel. :)

I can t speak to 208 diesels work, however one of the mechanics they now employ has a reputation in the valley as a parts thief and an absolute joke of a mechanic. If you want your vehicle to be serviced properly I urge you to make sure Justin doesn t have access to your vehicle. He has impacted the livelihood of numerous people in a negative way with his actions in the valley!

About 2 years ago I had an HPOP, injector, thermostat, and and ICP sensor replaced. They took 3 months before my truck was finally done. When I had picked it up, they did not put my intake back together and I had ICP no voltage a week later.The mechanic was very unprofessional and argued with me about it not being the ICP sensor, when I could clearly read 0 volts. After finally agreeing to warranty the part and issue was resolved.With that being said, I ve had 0 issues with my 6.0 since which obviously means they did the HPOP and injectors correctly. I do hope they customer service and mannerisms improved, as well as their turnaround time. 5/10 would not recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The guys at 208 are top notch. Not in it to upsell or make an extra buck. Honest, hard working guys who make sure you get what you need, and don t break the bank in the process. They installed ball joints on my 06 Dodge, and actually ended up making repairs faulted by a previously used shop, without hesitation. Will be my go to shop any time my truck needs work.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment
