HUGE shout out to Jason, Mike and the team at Tri-County Towing from Mtn. Home ID! They got our RV & 5th Wheel unstuck from the road at Anderson Ranch Reservoir. They were very thorough & professional as they were deciding how to recover our two rigs. Thanks again for all your hard work! I highly recommend them.

We was stranded on the highway and our road side assistance was of no help. I called Tri County Towing from Mt. Home Idaho and they responded quickly. I felt bad it was Super Bowl Sunday. Trevor and Brandon arrived loaded the truck and hooked onto our trailer and delivered it to our home several hours away. It made for a long day for them, but there service and attitude was superb. This is intended for the repair shop, but because Google will only allow me to edit my previous review and because I have hired their superb towing staff before, I will post it here.Prior to March 25th 2021 I had only been a customer of Tri-County Towing and Repair on one occasion, and that was nearly a year ago. I was very impressed by the service and communication from the entire staff and I knew I could trust them to work on my vehicles again. I was not disappointed.I still own the same tow rig and camp trailer, but we've begun venturing out further away from home for our weekend adventures so I decided an upgraded transmission cooler was in order. I trust this shop and their technicians enough that I never even called a shop in my home town.It was explained to me that the shop was getting quite busy, but they managed to slip me into a spot just a few days away.Mike is the technician that drew my work order that morning and I have to give him a huge shout-out. The shop bays were full, so the install was done outside with occasional snow flurries and wind that morning. He was extremely thorough and I'm honestly shocked at how quickly and methodically he worked, despite the weather.Jason happened to be in the office that morning and I was pleasantly surprised that he remembered me a year later. It is obvious that they care about their customers and the level of service I have received has been unmatched in my experience.I don't live in Mt. Home, but I will not hesitate to share my opinion that it is absolutely worth the drive from Meridian. My appointment was at 9 am that morning and I was back home before 12:30 pm. As expected, the customer service and technical service were five star!

Totaled my truck in the middle of the night, 18 degrees out. Their driver was out on another call, but Jason went above and beyond to call in a driver and get him to my location and get me out of the cold. Much appreciated.

Tri-County Towing is excellent in service! My car broke down outside of Glenn's Ferry and Skip was there in 30 minutes, towed my car to his shop and was able to help me get to a place to meet my ride. They were very helpful as I was trying long-distance to get my car to the closest dealer ship for warranty coverage. I would recommend them to anyone in need of tow! I got stuck in some snow while heading to go hunting. Tri-County Towing was fast to pick the phone up and help me out. The driver was personable and brought the right equipment to help me. If you are broken down or stuck in the Mountain Home area I would recommend giving these guys a call.

I was driving on Christmas from Boise to Ketchum, where I live, when I got a flat tire just outside Mountain Home. I was panicking that no one would be open or able to help me because of the holiday, but Tri-County answered on the first call and had Bryce out to tow me within 10 minutes. A Christmas miracle! Tri-County Towing was awesome to take our call on a holiday weekend when others were not calling us back! We were broken down on I-15 between Hammett and Mt. Home, nearing the end of a 2k mile cross-country trip, and they quickly came to our rescue. Brandon and Rob were very professional and friendly. Hopefully we won't need to be towed again anytime soon but we highly recommend them!Service: Car towing

Jason and Michael (Father son) literally rescued my truck, my dog, and myself from a hairy situation this evening in the snow up in the back country North or Mountain Home. Both of these boys were to my vehicle far outside of Mountain Home within a 30 minute window. Even quicker than Elmore County Search and Rescue. Jason and Michael did an extremely professional job with recovering my half ton truck in an area where a factory Ford F-150 should not belong. I cannot recommend these fine gentleman highly enough. I havent used a towing/recovering service in many years. But these guys hit it out of the park!! I am humbled that they are even so concerned to ensure that I am taken care of long after the initial recovery was complete. Truly top class when it comes to recovery/towing. 10/10 recommend to any of my personal family/loved ones/friends when a terrible moment happens. Much as it did in my own life tonight. I'm so very grateful for these gentlemen. I was preparing to go to my Dad's funeral and discovered that my vehicle was locked. These gentlemen answered their phone and was at my door in 30 minutes and quickly opened the vehicle. I was on a road trip from Colorado to Washington to visit family when I got stuck out on I-84 because my tire blew. I called and at first Tri-County didn't have any availability. Something opened up and they called me back! I very nice young man (can't remember his name) came out and helped me. He was very polite and allowed me to sit in his vehicle to stay safe. He was quick and efficient. I don't remember his name but it was on 8-27-20 around 1-1:30 in the afternoon. Thanks Tri-County for taking care of me!Services: Tire change, Battery

My car was stuck on Mountain Home AFB and they were able to come out as soon as possible with a reasonable price estimate for the tow. Fortunately my car happen to start when the tow truck driver came out and attempted to start my car. They were extremely kind and didnt charge me. I was very grateful they were so helpful.

Mike was awesome! He arrived 30-45 minutes after calling the company. Gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. Towed my car to the dealership an hour away. Very convenient and easy going.

Quickly towed and quickly repaired my car and at a fair rate as well. Even went out of their way to answer my plethora of questions, some not related to the service I was receiving. I got my car back in 3 business days, which is almost unheard of. As an out of state customer, this was awesome, polite service that I am very grateful for.

Me and my family which includes a 20 month old and 2 week old, got stranded 3.5 hours away from home in 20� weather due to 3 of 5 wheel studs breaking. We called our Roadside Assistance which helped us get in contact with these saints! Such nice people! They came to tow the car in a record 20 minutes and even helped me get the babies carseats out for my kiddos. They were also extremely helpful fixing my car and helping me get it back on the road within a day or 2! I would highly recommend them, time and time again! Thanks guys!

My daughter and friends rolled their vehicle on the freeway and thankfully Mike happened to be close by. He first helped take care of the occupants, and then took care of the vehicle. They were easy to work with to get the vehicle back home. Very impressed with the company and Mike, good people.

Jason and his staff at Tri-County are AWESOME to work with. They have shown me and my family nothing but courtesy and reliability from just small jobs like an oil change to major engine repairs. His prices are reasonable and up front. Can't ask for a better bunch of people to trust working on my vehicle(s).

I was stranded waiting for a tow truck that was never coming because my roadside service company messed up horrifically. I was stranded for 3 hours. I called Tr-County Towing for help and they went beyond and above their duty. They talked with my insurance company and got them to pay for me to get towed safely. I reccomend them highly. They are a family oriented company.

My family and I were traveling through when our truck broke down. Jason responded very quickly and prepared to tow not only my truck but my fifth wheel as well, in the same trip. Saving us time and money. He was very professional and courteous. I definitely recommend Tri-County for all your towing needs

Great company with humble employees! Called Tri-city Towing and Mike got to me in about 20-30 when my car broke down on the side of I-84. Dropped of my car at the local o reillys while I figured things out and also dropped me off at the nearest Hampton hotel down the road.Would recommend these guys to anyone!

My car broke down are Heading towards Boise I called around and try county was the closest to me they got to me within 20 minutes the tow truck driver was very nice. Shorty's towing wouldn't pick up my vehicle up when my fuel pump when out. Called the guys at Tri-County and Mike came out within 20 minutes. Took me and my vehicle back to the shop and got everything taken care of, even repairs! Great Job guys!

They were very helpful, kind and professional. Are vehicle broke down on our way back from a camping trip. We called our insurance for road side assistance. Our insurance company made the mistake of not telling them that there were passengers needing a ride home, so the tow truck driver called the insurance and got that straightened out for us. They were very friendly and helpful.

My car broke down while on my way to Boise from Rexburg and I was stressed out on what to do. I called tricounty towing and they came to pick up my car and assist me at midnight. I was appreciative of their service and the driver Mike was very respectful and helped me through the whole process. They are genuine people who care about their customers.

We were on our last leg of homebound journey after 14 days on the road. Stuck at the Fairgrounds in Glenn Falls ID with our slide out unable to retract. Jason & Bill were booked solid until following morning, but they "swung by" between calls as soon as they could after we called, went far above and beyond to get our slideout back in and us and our horses safely back on the road. They pieced together the right tools to get the job done, after the OEM's "manual retract" tool broke. We could not have been more grateful.
