I like this gas station much better than others.The bathrooms are very clean and nice! When I walked in, the smell of food greeted me. There is also a large selection of items to choose from if you're looking to buy anything. There's also a large selection of food. Would recommend! 5 stars!

Store and personnel very nice and frendly showers clean .But conditions on parking lot after freezing temperatures and snow is not accessible I can't get out of pilot property because slepry surface nobody spread salt and sand so I will be late delivery to Sisco in Boise today if Sisco will charge me late delivery fee I will send to to pilot Corp. One of pilot employees told me they ask Corp for snow removal equipment for so many years but cheep gridy Corp management refused to answer positive to stor employees

Really quite pleasant! Super amicable employees who said hello when we walked in and made conversation with our purchase. And it smells like Cinnabon in there, so dope!

Currently under construction, for now the place is only good for fuel & parking. I will be happy to edit my review when the construction is finished.1/11/2023Everything is all fixed up, the employees were friendly & everything was good.

A Deli Job would be cool here or any job at the moment I would love to work here to see the people that pass through kinda like a base likloves but in mountain home I wonder if another MTN home base will go east not thinking about casino there..,.yeah it be cool to work but that casino be coming east of pilot so that's gonna be a base to win win win here in mountain home Godbless you pilot and happy holidays

Great location right off the freeway. They are in need of an expansion. There are always people waiting at the gas pumps, Lines at the restroom because there's not enough stalls (especially women).

Average pilot. Median big, with the muffin stand if you have a sweat tooth. I like that is was not super full around the time 5:30pm. Good amount of showers.

The worse service. No coffee?? It's almost 4 am?? Nothing but dried bread and sugar to eat. Wow! Fuel is the highest here. There are other places that want your business here!

0300 this morning I went in for a coffee and there was no one running the store. I sat at the register for 15 minutes. No one ever came. No sign of life. 5 years in trucking I've never seen such nonsense.

It was bright, clean, and well organized. The store mimicked the vast majority of [Food-Fuel-go] stops all around the counties! We didn't have the need for the bathrooms at this stop. Our V8 Expedition was so tuned: our 2008 5.4L was being put to a public tour real world fuel economy (Test) to Sun Valley and from Meridian, Idaho Without refueling! The way I handled our suv with the 2 of us! Our newly purchased 2008 5.4L Expedition Eddie Bauer [ as you all should know: our 2008 Ford Expedition is a solid metal/steel suv with 16 year old factory part's down to Ford's assemblyline sparkplugs] took the entire trip " on a single tank of 28 gallons"; it only used 3/4 of the 28 gallons of fuel and still had 1/4 tank to spare!

Ive never been told or thanked for being a truck driver or being told im the reason for there job and company, the older lady working here at night deserves a Huge Raise she tells everyone that! Im from new york im kinda shocked and thrown off by there kindness but definitely worth talking about.Thanks for making my passing through from coast to coast a little sweeter and kind, we need more of that!

Stopping due to mess w/ road construction. Difficult to get in & out of pumps w/ F150 & little AFRAME-TT at rush hour. Busy, busy station. Semi s parked in auto parking & that s just a mess. Pilot needs to expand truckers parking lot - to that empty field (PLEASE). Arby s was great as always & so was service & staff. Pilot employees were "short to snap when asked questions or talked to - stress must be too much at this BUSY station.We saw many tired families leave & go back to driving - due to truckers in auto parking. Fumes and noise was intense. Drowsy drivers come in all types of vehicles . Hope Pilot takes care of semi parking issues SOON. We are Flying J family of over 20 years & we appreciate the choices in food, beverage & products!!! Keep up the great work !!!! AND I just noticed in my photo the price change in fuel ... that s a $2.63..... upped to $2.69 just while I took 2 photos. Um

They advised me to leave for parking by the scale . As soon as I moved, another truck replaced my spot. They said only 2 trucks can park by the scale, not 3.They never made the truck or trucks move..... this truck stop is fraud.

Pay for parking then idiot truck drivers just park in front of the slots so we can't get in or out and Pilot allows this.

Hello everyone.Let me share my experiences hereThis Truck stop is Nasty they never clean the shower and toilet.Customer service is so bad all employees acting so racist and unprofessional.And security and safety is another thing that make you uncomfortable to sleep.All the time gas so experiences than others places. I never stop here even if I die from hanger

5 stars doesn t cut it this should be 10 every time I come here it s fantastic from drink choices to parking but the cleaning of the store and the staff and hot showers seal the deal the staff they have here are incredible thank you pilot mt home Idaho for making my experience feel like home again and again

I am a truck driver and I had such a great experience with the friendly staff in this Pilot location especially the gentleman called Justin who patiently and professionally helped me with my rewards card when I didn t know how to process it . P.S. the showers are great I loved it !

Somewhere in-between one of the massive pilots and the smaller ones. I suck at reversing with a trailer, so I'm trying to avoid those situations. This one had pull through rv and camper parking, thankfully. The much bigger truck stop I was at last night didn't... Thank you, pilot.

Of all the Pilots across the U.S. I've been to, this is one of the nicest. Always very clean at the pumps and inside the store, and the cashiers are always a ray of sunshine.
