I needed a bulb for my break light. So I came to O'REILLY'S and purchased one. I wasn't sure how to install it, so, the young guy, took time to put it in for me. I'm very grateful for the help. Thank you so much.

I would just like to say... these guys and gals are awesome! Any time I have needed a part, I ve always gotten exactly what I have asked for quick and easy. Customer service is on point! Andddd always at the right price. They are the best part store Around hands down!

Friendly staff. Had a check engine light on a multi thousand mile road trip and they helped pull the code right away. Staff was even helpful in trying to figure out what it was! Great guys in here for sure!

Amazing service! Wouldn t go anywhere else for my car parts!! Service clerks know a lot and ever came out to my truck when it was being a pill and took and look and recommended the parts and wall-la it started working again!! 10/10 would recommend! Keep up the fantastic cust service!

Was helped by Stetson, they ordered all axles seals that my vehicle could possibly need and let me choose which one I actually needed when I brought the old one in to compare.

The staff here is always willing to help and the store layout is easy to understand. Even if you cant see what your looking for the staff will always help out with that. Conveniently located and easy to find as well.

I m in mountain home for temporary military duty, I attempted to purchase 2 CV joints for a Silverado. The first part they sold me was completely wrong, not even a CV joint. I returned it. The actual CV joint they sold me was for a different model Chevy, (they were exactly identical but the one I purchased was 1 inch shorter) after installing the part correctly within two days it completely destroyed my front differential costing over $1300 in repairs that oreilly will take no blame for! They haven t even so much as apologized and they told me it was my fault for not triple checking the part. Don t shop here! These guys are not professional. They know they messed up and won t take any blame.

Come in all the time for parts and such, everyone is very friendly and helpful, love to come in and joke around with everyone there, staff was very very helpful with my questions, they were able to get my parts in very fast and on time (with-in 2 days) parts fit and worked perfectly!

The staff is always very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. And they usually have what I need and if they don't they are very good about getting it as fast as they can. They are my go-to for Auto Parts in Mountain Home.

Good store. Most of the staff are pretty knowledgeable. Others know where something is but may not have a clue what it is for which handy as well. Good small town parts store with a good selection

Good if you need the quick part or tool. Don't count on the staff being very friendly or knowledgeable. Prices have been sub-par when compared to its competitors.

Customer service is a hit or miss.There is a Hispanic guy in there that doesn't seem to care much about the customers or his job.Other than that seems to be a well stocked store.I'd rather go across the street

We had faulty wiring in our headlight and are driving to Dallas from Seattle. Todd went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue. How lucky we are that we found him! Our road trip now will be safe and sound.

The employees were helpful and knowledgable. Prices seemed a little more expensive than other similar stores in town, but not obscenely so.
