Easy, transparent, and fast transaction. Jeremy made this easy to do from home since the vehicle we wanted was 170 miles away. Jose brought the vehicle to us on a Saturday and was friendly and easy to work with. I liked how quick they were to get me all the information I needed to make this decision and we are very happy we chose to purchase from Mountain Home Auto Ranch!

I m usually not one to take the time and write a bad review but the lack of integrity the entire Auto Ranch chain of stealerships has is terrible. I bought a 2020 car from them a year ago for the price of a decent used car at 3 years old. Unfortunately there was a lot of hidden damage that was never disclosed to me. Auto Ranch and many other dealerships like to buy cars with salvage titles or accident damage and sell them as clean title cars for the price of clean cars. Moral of the story is be very careful when buying a car and don t bring your business to auto ranch. They do NOT put integrity first and do not care about selling you a safe or reliable car. Included are some pictures of the body damage, check engine light that they cleared before the sale not pictured.

From start to finish I was given false information. At the beginning I was told worse case it would be a week to replace the fuel pump. When I called for a status the day before expected finish the pump had not been ordered. By the end of that day I was told pump was found and would be shipped overnight. That didn t happen. It was a week and a half before it arrived at the dealership. Overall what was going to take a week it finally was finished in five weeks. Along with that the amount of parts installed was much more than I was told would be needed. I had been told that the fuel pump had not came apart and injectors were not damaged so the system was not contaminated. Even with that they through at the job. During that 5 weeks l made multiple phone just to get different excuses why they had not started the repairs from clearing snow to a tech taking a week off after having a baby. To not having room in the shop. Prior to the truck going into the shop over a weekend the police were called by onstar over an alert from the truck. Only after that the truck was put inside. I was also told I would get updates continually during the five weeks. I received only one the day the pump was located after picking the up the truck had a scratch in the paint that wasn t the when it was delivered to the shop. Also there were greasy finger prints on the hood and other locations. Upon leaving 9 miles out a check engine light came on I returned to the shop where they diagnosed a faulty NOX sensor. They replace the sensor and cleared the light. From there I left on my journey of 800 miles sat about half way there the engine came on again. I made it to my destination and had a diagnostic check done that identified the NOX sensor was faulty again. Appointment mad at the dealer in Parker Az to research further appointment set for Feb 8th. More to follow

Jose was awesome! Came in to look at a car and he answered all of our questions, the whole process from test driving to getting all the paperwork done and the setup done on the new car! Definitely recommend working with Jose!

Tyler in the service department was outstanding! We were "on the road" and found we had a likely battery problem. Our issue was diagnosed, and a new battery was installed in an hour or so. We were very, very pleased and appreciated the friendly and fast attention and service.

It's the fact that they care that sets them apart. They (especially Jeff, one of the managers) went to extraordinary lengths to make sure that we were happy. You simply don't get that level of personal attention and care from the big dealerships. I would absolutely shop here again.

I traded in my truck for a used GMC Sierra and had a great experience here. My sales person, Matt, was awesome. He was not pushy and was patient with all my questions. It was also nice to receive a message from him the following week to ask how I was liking the truck. So many sales people are super friendly until the sale is complete and then will barely say so much as a hello when you see them again. This was not the case with Matt. The sales managers there also took care of me and were very fair.

The communication between me and the service crew always has issue. I ve told my colleague to help me pay for the servicing fee as i am working on day time. And told the service crew to leave the car out at the garage for me to pick it up and leave the keys in it. Everyday afterwork i went over wanting to pick up my car, i realise the crew didnt do it at all for 3 days. On the last day because my work started late, i went over with my colleagues to self pick up from them and they told me they might have lost my car key and they have ordered it yesterday. I mean, if you think or already have lost my car key, why wasn t the customer informed immediately of what happen? I have to find it out myself when i tried to pick up the car. And i have to wait for additional 5 more days to get my car. 3 days + 5 days of my life wasted trip trying to get my car. Really bad experience for me. I m never going back again.

I scheduled for a fuel pump dash light. After 2 months of them replacing my fuel pump every couple of weeks (waiting for replacement part and scheduling). They decided to replace the pump with an OEM. Then they wanted me to pay for it again. I said no. My fuel pump dash light is on again , but I have lost all confidence in them.

We bought our vehicle and it ended up haveing some issues luckily we bought the extended warranty and the service team fixed her up good as new! With no charge! Mountain home auto ranch is great with a great team!

We had trouble getting parts to fix our truck. They were up-front and honest thru the entire process. Went out of their way to get parts, great communication with status of repairs. To top it off, bill was a less than quoted. Would highly recommend. Dana in service was absolutely great to work with. Thank you!

Changing my review. The people are nice, can't say they aren't professional, but I've had my truck for 2 months maybe, and have had to put it in the shop for 3 times now, spanning 2 days roughly each time. Albeit, it's a used vehicle, I don't see how you could sell any vehicle with major issues. From day 1, Tires weren't balanced, battery was worn out, and without a vehicle now because it won't run, and is throwing tons of codes, and I maybe drive 20-30 miles a day to work, so it's not like I'm running it hard. Thankfully they included warranty coverage, and are relatively quick with starting work on your vehicle, plus their Ford location offered to reimburse my tow charges at their location, so I guess we'll see how it goes.

Again the service department in this place continues to impress me with the level of customer service. I had the service manager Brian Holt helping me out. The level of communication was outstanding with Brian. They worked hard to make sure my issue was taken care of properly and to make sure I had my car by the weekend. My only complaint is that more people do not take as much pride in their work and have the level of customer service that this place does. Because of that I will continue to go there for what ever my vehicle needs.

Great customer service was not pushy at all was exstemly helpful answered all my questions if you wasn't some one that will go above and beyond go see Jediah at the mtn home ranch I drove 3hr that shold say something there will be back again when the time is right thanks so much Jed for helping me get in to my jeep and thanks Zach for helping all so you both are outstanding people
