I went into Les Schwab Tire because my tire pressure sensor went off. Tim helped me, he was very polite and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was safe on my way home. Great customer service skills so much appreciated

Thank you Nick for your service in getting our truck tires balanced correctly to eliminate a horrible vibration. We had previously had another company balance them at two separate locations and they couldn't seem to get it right.I've always had a fantastic experience with the folks here in Mountain Home.Helpful and knowledgeable customer service by Toni meant that we were not left waiting for the work done today. Much appreciated. Thank you!

So, we re not (husband and I) sure how to write this review. So we will start with the good. Good customer service, clean, etc.The bad (maybe?).We took our car in to get studded tires on in January , barely drove it, and a couple days ago walked out to a completely flat tire. Ok, things happen, we needed to get all 4 tires changed anyway. So a couple days ago, bring our car, get new tires on (we had had them for one season and did not drive them much, so less than a year). Drive home. Front right tire has a huge bulge. Ok, so bad luck?Well we could chalk it up to bad luck except in between this we had gotten a new car and took it here just to get looked at kinda thing, inspection They told us there was a leak in the shocks. Eesh. Took it somewhere else for a second opinion, guy at the place brought my husband under the car to show him and everything else, absolutely no leak. However, at Les Schwab they also adjusted tire pressure as well. At the second opinion place we were told and shown that the tires were WAY over what they should have been (and yes that s factoring temperature fluctuations).My problem is I feel like someone either is messing up on their work (sloppy mistakes, not paying attention), or just trying to get people to come back.I guess there s no way to completely *prove* or *know*, but three times, two different vehicles, out two tires, unnecessary anxiety, and quite a bit of money, not entirely sure if coming here is worth it. Tad coincidental .

Went in for a simple brake check and was told it would be a quick service. I waited for an hour and a half while my car stayed in the same place and other customers were helped.After waiting that long I finally decided to just cancel my service and go somewhere else. I will definitely not be returning.

Les Schwab is always extremely helpful anytime something comes up. In addition to that, Dave is extremely knowledgeable and we always know we are in good hands!

Dropped off my new trk for some personalization, these guys took excellent care gave me plenty of wheel options and lifted my trk and installed wheelz and tires same day!! Awsome crew , Great service!! Thanx Mountain Home Les Schwab!!

I've been going to les schwab for years, mostly great service until recently. They've been trying to upsell for parts that are fine, not doing the work I asked them to do, and outright lying to me about breaking my hubcap, claiming it was broken when I brought it in. Very annoyed, and will be going to commercial tire from here on out.

It took over an hour for two new tires. Was told thats normal for tires to be changed. It is not at any other store i have been to. Also sat in the waiting room after vehical was done for 10 15 minutes while tech never called our name to help check us out. Not pleased at all. Every other store is prompt and fast.

Do not get tires from this place. Bought tires less than 90 days ago and they would not do a trade in for new tires. Was not satisfied with first tires since I was hydroplaning all over the road and had no traction then my tire pressure sensors kept going off which I never had a problem with prior. The front right tire looked low and was the first tire to trip my sensors. Then the remaining tires followed in a few days. They told my husband nothing was wrong with the tires and refused to do any value of a trade in. Almost $800 down the drain for nothing. Had to buy a whole other set of new tire.

Just want to thank your for your outstanding service. We had one of our Goodwill box trucks blow a tire on the way to Twin Falls. My driver was stuck on the freeway as it was a front steer tire that blew out. I called Les Schwab in Mountain Home & they were on there game. They were able to take a tire out and get it mounted on the side of the road. My driver was rolling on his way within about an hour after placing the call to Les Schwab. Thanks again for the AWESOME service!!!

2023 has been a heck of a year for me and not in a good way. My "vacation" the last 2 weeks of July continued this theme, and I found myself frantically driving home in a rental car from Colorado to Seattle, to respond to an unexpected pet emergency. And of course I find myself on a Thursday morning in Mountain Home, Idaho with a warning light on my rental that says one of my tires going flat. At a recommendation from the nice woman at the gas station, I queued up in the line already forming at the Les Schwab at 7:45 am. At 8 am sharp, the doors opened. I was quickly greeted and my car put in the queue for service. I knew it would take a little while, but everyone was super kind and friendly. And Nick, who was the lead on my service, is my HERO! Not only did he have to break through the wheel locks on the tires (because the rental car hadn't included a wheel lock key in the vehicle), he found the two nails in my tire and fixed the flat, checked all other tires to make sure they were okay, and at my special request, checked my oil level (since I'd also gotten a warning light about the car needing an oil service). After all of that, Nick presented me with a bill for ZERO dollars. I was flabbergasted and amazed. I was on the road by 10:30 am and my tires performed beautifully all the way to Seattle. I cannot believe how amazing and kind all the people at this store were, but especially Nick. I don't live anywhere near this store, but if I can find a way to arrange purchasing my next set of new tires from them, I'm going to do it. They made a very stressful situation much, much less awful. They are GREAT!!!

Les Schwab will diagnose problems while they work. This has been so very helpful in many situations for us. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going back again and again.

This particular branch is amazing at their job. I had a tire blow out At mile marker 118 basically in the middle of nowhere this guy shows up within an hour of being called and changes my tire on my trailer within 20 minutes he was quick, professional and I highly recommend these people especially as a truck driver this is the kind of service you need to get you back on the road.

I put brand new shocks on my old box truck and drove 2.1 miles to les Schwab to get my tires rotated. After they got done, they told me my shocks were shot and definitely needed new ones before I drove on the interstate. I will not be returning to this business in any location.

My experience was acceptable, I have heard not so good things about this store, but my overall experience with them has been pleasant and mutually beneficial. They have always given me the treatment outlined in there business model, speedy service, honor all aspects of their contract with new tires, always give positive attitude and will answer all your questions. I can't say it's the same for all, but my experience has been well.

We got a flat tire taking our daughter to college in vegas we were supposed to be there by 8 and when we left home we would have been there by 7. Been sitting at the Les Schwab In Mountain Home for 4 hours e we watched it take 45 minutes to change tires on a pickup truck. Now they don t have 4 tires we need. Very disappointed this store brings shame to the name. Our store in ontario would have busted their tails to take care of someone right away. This store says they are under staffed, but we saw employees standing around visiting and not getting things done and the ones that were working didn t look like they even knew what they were doing or where things are. If I could give a review that weren t the other way this store would have a -5 at least.

I always have a great experience here! They were able to fit me in yesterday evening, even though they were quite busy. Also, they checked our brakes with no charge. They made my family feel at ease when we asked if we were good to drive to on the highway. Thanks for the awesome service.

I spent the morning trying to inflate my tires to the correct PSI since a surprise error light turned on before heading out of town for the day. After multiple faulty air pressure PSI readers and lots of waisted time, Les Schwab was recommended by a gentleman at the gas station I was at. Les Schwab not only correctly inflated my tires to where they needed to be, the gentleman gave me his PSI gage so I wouldn t have to relive the ordeal in the future all out of courtesy. Wonderful customer service! Thanks again!

Found a screw in one of my tires and checked into their store less than 30 minutes before close. Their employee Hunter did an amazing job communicating with me, refused a 5 dollar tip I tried giving him, and showed 0 indication that I was a bother or otherwise for making him stay late! I'm very impressed and they'll have my business for sure.

So, 3 of my rims were chipped during the process of installing. Wasn t told about it, I just found out. I wouldn t have complained if they were cheap rims.

Definitely had a great experience today. I am a new driver and somehow I ended up with a nail in my tire. There was a gentleman named Gus with a friendly smile and an amazing attitude that helped fixed this issue. Definitely worth visiting again.

I made an appointment online for winter tires. I showed up 15 minutes early they took the car right away and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Very efficient.

Terrible service! I blew a tire that was still under warranty. When I came in to get it repaired I found out that the phone number we used was linked to another person's account and that it was not changed in the system. Not only is that a huge violation of privacy for the other party as I now have his name and address; but it also took me 40 minutes to get it sorted out so that they would fix my tire. I sat in plain view of the front desk for almost the entire time I was there. No one called out my name or the name of the other customer who was on the account. They called out every other customer upon completion of service and the receptionist even answered letting the technician know if they were there or not. Finally after 2 hours of waiting I went outside for an appointment and found my car. Job completed. The job had been completed for over and hour and no one had let me know. I went to the front desk and she said oh yeah the technician even came to talk to me about your service. She didn't think to let me know that my car was ready?! I was in plain sight in the lobby the whole time. They called the number on file which is my partners number; talked to him yet the still marked it as no answer. He called the office to ask what was going on. They put him on hold, he got disconnected. What a joke! Zero stars would be more appropriate. I will take my business and any ones else's I can somewhere else!Edit: Funny how the reply from the owner says please give us more information via the link below yet somehow there is no link. It's Mountain Home so small town they could have easily found out some information but wait they probably still don't have any of my account info right. They didn't even bother to ask me about my contact information knowing I was the one waiting for my car for two hours!

(2020)Customer service is getting harsh, and I hate that they keep deleting my account (that has a negative effect on credit scores if you care about those things :/ )service has improved greatly in 2023. Much more friendly and prices have become much more competitive.

Excellent customer service and care given to my vehicle and I. The manager Jeremy was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Reception staff were prompt and courteous to help. Huge shoutout to the technicians, Mike R and Mike Y who took great care to get my fixes done fast and then explained what they found in an easy to understand manner and answered my numerous questions with patience and grace. Will be coming back for any issues for sure!
