IWS Sales is a true 5 star business. From first contact to delivery the entire IWS team is there to help you. If you re in the market for a Renegade or Newmar super-c, talk to IWS. I came from Atlanta, GA to buy a new coach from this company after watching their thorough YouTube videos. The customer service matched the videos.

This is definitely a top-notch RV Dealer and Service Location.The staff are both friendly and knowledgeable.The on-site RV pads for use by people having their rigs serviced is an amazing feature.Your rig goes in at the time scheduled. You are kept informed of progress throughout the day and when you return your rig is back on one of their RV pads, ready for the night.Highly recommended location.

Marty and the whole staff made us feel so welcome! He was so excited to show us around and make us feel at home. There wasn't any time that I felt like we asked too many questions or took too much of his time. If this is what it's like to have their dealership behind your motorcoach, I know where we want to buy from.

We want to let people know that if you are looking to buy an RV we highly recommend IWS in Mountain Home, Idaho. Jeff in service goes out of his way to make sure the customer is taken care of with attention to detail and excellent customer service. Heather in sales took the time out of her day to go through our RV and answer any questions we had. Jamie was was very accommodating with regards to appointments for warranty work. All of the employees were very friendly and we enjoyed our time there.The mechanics were very knowledgeable.

Chuck, Ben, and Steve went above and beyond to not only explain everything on our new-to-us Renegade motorhome, but they had it prepped with water and fuel, even RV toilet paper, for our mini camping trip through the Tetons on our way home to CO. These guys understand what customer service means and I/we will definitely be back to buy from them again. Thanks guys!!

5 years ago we sent $$ for a down payment to a man we never met for an RV we never set foot in, sounds crazy but (Marty/Sales) was so honest and genuine, we knew we chose the right place to purchase our 2018 Verona even though we live in the Seattle area!From that point on, IWS has shown their loyalty and sincere desire to make our purchase worth while and enjoyable!Which leads me to yesterday while we were traveling back to Seattle from Arizona..................We called Jamie the IWS Service Manager and told her we had some issues we wanted them to look at if possible since we only had 1 day to spare for the service.We arrived at IWS (Mountain Home, Idaho) at 12:30 and by 3:30 pm, we were on the road again with all issues addressed PLUS the added attention they suggested we consider which proved to be amazing and much needed.Dave and Jay (The Tech Service Experts) pointed out what they felt were important issues and we had them fix those and 500 miles later, we are pleased and grateful for everything IWS did for us!It is without hesitation that, IWS has proven they are the best RV dealership who stands behind their words and no matter where you live, you should consider giving them a call, you'll be glad you did.Special thanks to Jamie, Dave and JaySincerely,Tony and Ramona Mills

The crew at IWS, specifically Mike Hurt and the person behind the counter at the parts section were outstanding. I phoned ahead to ask about stopping to see some of the Renegade coaches.Ben said come on down! When I arrived much to my surprise the reader board had my name on it welcoming me to IWS. After a short wait and some great conversation with the counter person. Mike came out and introduced himself. He asked a few questions about my needs and what I was looking for. I explained that I had never seen a Renegade coach in person and needed some education. As we walk around and through some of the coaches Mike took the time to explain the different models, floor plans and levels of the coaches. Never rushed, answered all of my questions and was a wealth of knowledge. Really appreciated it. Even when I wanted to buy a couple of fish tighter T shirts the level of customer service was top notch. Bottom line for me if this is level of customer service I received after a visit to look at coaches and buy two T shirts, this is a company I want to do business with and a company to build a relationship with to buy a coach. Really great experience. Just a note of interest. I live in Renton Wa and was in the Middleton area to look at houses. Not a short drive but well worth it.

( Not all dealers are the same !! IWS IS ABOVE average !! )In April Me and wife took a tour of the Renegade Factory.Danny was amazing and patient . When We walked in We were NOT planning on making a purchase . But Danny treated Us like the most important customer He has ever had. Wow what a great product !It took us a bout one day to decide to buy. We drove a long way to find a dealer that had one in stock that fit our needs.( What a Unbelievable disappointment from the salesman (NOT IWS) ).We believe in the product . so We called IWS and talked to Scott . What a difference . Scott is amazing !! We ordered our rv and could be happier.ALL of the staff at IWS that I have talked with are Great .

We bought our motorhome from IWS Motorcoaches and we couldn't be happier with our experience! Their customer service is top notch. Sales department was extremely helpful, even sending someone to Boise to pick us up from the airport. They also had a loaner car for us to go shop at War-Mart to pick up essentials for our 12 hour drive back home. I couldn't be more impressed with this dealership! I highly recommend them!

My husband and I traveled from Northern Washington State on short notice. We contacted Steve via email late in the evening and by morning he responded back to us and although the dealership was closed he made sure we where accommodated. Once at IWS we met with Ben who was extreamly helpful showing us trailers on his day off. Once we decided that we liked the Cargo trailer and wanted to proceed with the purchase Ben and Marty and Steve pulled out all the stops and made it happen... WE can not express just how great of an experience we had and will ABSOLUTELY recommend IWS to everyone we can.

The best customer service ever! I bought my RV there and could not have had a better experience. They helped me figure several things out and made sure I understood. Literally everyone there knows how to treat a customer. At IWS, it is not a thing of the past.

IWS Motorcoaches is an absolutely amazing and super clean facility that will bend over backwards to help customers even if they didn't purchase their Renagade coach from them. I was on my way up from AZ to Washington state and lost a wheel bearing on my stacker trailer and they dropped what the were doing to get it in the shop and get me back on the road after I explained to them I was in a time crunch to get to my next race. I didn't purchase my coach/stacker from them but after my experience I wish I had. I will travel to IWS if I ever need service or repair work performed on my Renagade rigs. It is worth the travel to get to these guys where ever you are located if you need service or would like to make a purchase. Thanks again for everything IWS! #Ateamforsure

Steve and Chuck are fantastic at what they do - they follow through and continue to be available for anything you may need or what to discuss. I love the renegade I purchased from them.

RJay provided great customer service and walked us around and showed us the trailers we wanted to see. There was no feeling of being rushed. RJay was a great help.

We couldn t have had a better experience anywhere else. My wife and I shopped a few other places and IWS by far spent more time and care into selling the proper RV for your needs.
