Posting this review a week after my rear tires blew out on 84E heading to Denver from Boise, ID. Fortunately, no one was injured! My truck spun out and the trailer tipped over in the median. This was zero fun at 6am with clear roads and sunny skies as my dog (in my truck) and trailer full of personal belongings had to wait for assistance from the Sheriff, Ambulance, and Tow company. I d like to thank and recognize Hern�ndez towing for providing excellent service during such a destructive and traumatic event. Edgar and team carefully towed my vehicle and trailer keeping in mind my personal belongings in both vehicles could be damaged further in the process. At the tow place, his staff assisted me further with getting assets off my vehicles, provided me and my dog water bottles, and helped me find a Uhaul company so I could transport my belongings. I ve never seen a tow company take so much care pulling an already damaged vehicle into their tow trucks. Furthermore, at the tow shop they expertly used a forklift to stand my trailer up slowly and carefully to mitigate any additional damages that could be cause inside (vs simply flipping it over). Thieves nothing more...car broke down a few miles before town and was completely off the road...(had pictures for proof). Isp tagged it with a 24 hour notice and these Thieves came and towed it after 6 hours just so they could get some money for it then lied on their paperwork and said it was there for 2 days. I have never known a more crooked company...be careful of these guys sometimes they won't even admit to having your vehicle till they have had it for several days so they can charge you for it

Best towing company in Elmore County!! I can t tell you how hard working, family oriented and all around phenomenal service they provide! They re always on time and working all hours of the day/night. Very professional business with excellent customer service! I recommend Hernandez Towing 100%!! Fast easy and reliable!! This review is coming much after I had to deal with this company. I would have left it sooner, but due to the traumatic experience I went through I am just now getting to it (I just came across the card I still had in my wallet from the sherif so I knew where my car was towed) I was moving across state and got into a car accident that should have left me dead, but it luckily it did not. A couple days later whemy mom and best friend took me to get my things out of my car we had a hard time finding the tow shop. We aren t from the area and maps was taking us to the wrong location. My mom and my friend contacted the business for directions, but he was of no help and simply stated we weren t in the right place. When we finally got there he continued to be cold and rude to us. I told him that I had just experienced a near death situation and if he could find compassion in his heart for us in his heart it would be appreciated. He then kicked me out of his store and would not let me help my mom (who has weight restrictions due to back and neck issues) or my friend get my things out of my car. He said if I did help them he would call the cops. This man has no light in his eyes, no kindness or compassion, and I truly believe he hates women. I will never forget how awful of a person he is. Despite this, I do hope he gets well and grows a heart and that people are kind to him in his times of need.Service: Car towing

CODY FERRIER! the only thief here is you this is not even your vehicle, your sister called us crying saying she had no idea you had taken her vehicle and abandoned the vehicle on the freeway! The vehicle was towed per Idaho State Police order due to it being a hazard to other motorists...SO NO YOU DON'T GET TO CHOOSE A TIME FRAME IF ISP FEELS IT NEEDS TO BE TOWED IMMEDIATELY IT WILL GET TOWED IMMEDIATELY! You are not my customer nor do I have to deal with your disrespect this is not your vehicle. Our community knows the type of people we are and we certainly are not thieves!!

The owner was so rude. Wouldn't let my BIL take his stuff out of his car before towing it. Charged over $400 for the tow. He also said he would sue if the car was left for too long at his business. Then he threw a fit when the car was picked up and refused to help load the car. Would never recommend this company! Stay far away!

Can t begin to say enough about the kindness and professionalism of Edgar Hernandez and his team. Like many of these reviews, we were in a time of need and WELL off the beaten path, on the 4th of July, with a pickup, slide in camper, and a loaded 20 cargo trailer. Not only did Edgar get us taken care of, he used his network to get us the additional help we needed. Phenomenal service and just a really good guy.Service: Special vehicle towing

If I could rate lower I would! This man stole my property and verbally abused my wife. I would not trust this company for your safety and well being are not remotely on this guys list of priorities! Don't get me started on fair business practices. The story being I needed a tow, this hernandez guy denied the tow job then I'm the middle of the night came to my broke down trailer and took it without permission and is now holding it hostage on his property. Beware!

James Dzimitrowicz we remember you! As for your hateful words we d like to remind you this was an ELMORE COUNTY POLICE request and police were present. Your property is also not held hostage it is certainly not on our property as it was arranged you had it go somewhere else. We also received and apology from your wife because of your poor treatment towards us please stop lying! We are hardworking locals who have given much back to our community your words are not only false but also ill-mannered.

This is the best towing company out there. We had to have a large tow truck for our truck and camper and Hernandez towing was there. Also fixed our truck, replacing the part that was brokenSimply Amazing service

BEST TOWING COMPANY IN MOUNTAIN HOME!! I called Hernandez towing and the guy showed up within 15 min or so. I could tell he was busy when I called...it was on a Saturday! He was so nice and helpful! He helped us with our truck for free and his customer service is outstanding! We will definitely call him again and refer him to everyone!

If I could give Edgar more than 5 stars I would. He was a hero in our time of need. Seriously, the most professional and clean tow truck driver I've met. He handled my emotional state and took control of everything. If it wasn't for him taking charge and going above and beyond we would have still be sitting on the side of the road. Would recommend him to anyone in need.

Hernandez Towing save the day for me! Nobody wanted to come and help us when our pickup and trailer burned police called every tow company and Hernandez was the only one willing to help. I blew an engine on my way home to Michigan and had no idea where I was at other than somewhere on the interstate in Idaho. I called 911 who identified my location and called Hernandez Towing. As a single female traveling with her dog, and being stranded on the freeway 2000 miles from home at midnight in the pouring rain, I was a nervous wreck!!! Thank God for Edgar!!! He was kind, courteous, and professional. He was my hero!!! He had me and my dog sit in his truck while he worked in the pouring rain to load my SUV on his flatbed and to hook my camper up to be towed. He then offered me a few options on where he could take me. I chose option # 1...to have him take me back to his place. Once we got there, Edgar hooked my camper up to electricity and allowed me to stay for about a week free of charge while I worked with my insurance company. He and his wife, Ruth, checked on me every day to see if I needed anything, and even offered me the use of their car if I needed to go to the store. Who does that? He also offered to take me to a campground if I wasn't comfortable at his place, but I was very comfortable being around Edgar's family and crew, so I stayed. When I finally got confirmation that the insurance company would not pay for damage, Edgar bought my vehicle and helped me secure a uhaul to get back home. I tried to give him a $50 tip for all he had done for me but he would not take it. I cannot say enough good things about this company and its owners. Anyone in need should definately call HernandezTowing!!!

Broke down and called the insurance company roadside assistance. 3 hours later no tow truck. Called this company myself and boom! Tow truck within minutes.They also make quick and affordable repairs. I was assuming it would be around $1000 plus and was scrambling to get a personal loan. Repairs finished and was only a fraction of the price. If we went to a dealership in town we would have got ass raped twice.Mechanic was so good I might bring my vehicles to him for further repairs if I didn't live 2 hours away.

Fantastic shop. I called him for a tow and he reminded me to check with my insurance to see if I have roadside assistance, and I did, so that saved me a bunch of cash right off the top. Other shops were like a week out, but he replaced my idler pulley and serp belt in a couple of hours. Got some great advice as well. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

I broke down right outside Air Base road and he picked me up quickly. I couldn't find a way to fix my truck, and he was already too busy to take it, but he heard my situation and took it anyway. My truck was a pain in the butt, but he did his best to take care of me. Thank you

Sunday afternoon... No one in Mountain Home answered their phone.. Hernandez was fast, professional and took us to Boise.. Great service!
