En Route Tire Service is nice a business. I called about a tire and they were very professional and helpful. Once I ve made it, they made sure I got everything done that I needed in a quick timely manner. Even explained all labor work well. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tires. Oh last but not least their prices are very reasonable.

Excellent family owned and operated tire shop. Super friendly, experienced and reasonably priced tire service ive ever had ,needed some tires mounted ,pulled up they came out greeted me ,told them what I wanted and if they could help ,they did the job right away and I was on my way. Outstanding service .

I went in for a simple flat repair and had a great experience! They are very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. I had a nice conversations with them during the process even. I will definitely refer people here! It s a great family owned business.Keep up the great work!

Due to my daily commute from Mountain Home to Boise, I often run into a low of weird things on the road that tend to puncture my tires. I kid you not when I say that the people that work here are some of the most wonderful people you will ever meet.One can tell when someone cares about the services they provide, and there s no doubt in my mind that everyone in En Route cares about a job well done.Thank you so much for all your help!

I highly recommend this tire company. The lady at the front desk is friendly, has great customer service and makes sure to provide you with all the details. The men who helped us were very friendly and very quick! We were in there for less than 10 minutes. Their prices are very competitive!

I can gladly say that I had a great experience at this tire shop. They were super hospitable and friendly. The guys were very knowledgeable and willing to walk me through the process and breakdown how tires really worked. A wealth of knowledge this place. Has thumbs up!

I stopped by for a simple tire rotation, and Jose caught a problem with one of my tires. I ended up getting 10 tires from En Route, 6 for my dually and 4 for my trailer. I couldn t be happier with the experience. This family-run business is rich in experience, and there is simply no need to go anywhere else in Mountain Home for tires or anything related. Highly recommended.

I don't know what else to say besides expressing my gratitude. This is a true story that happened to me:We were exploring Yellowstone National Park, and on our way back to Seattle, my tire pressure kept decreasing. Eventually, we ended up in this small town. At first, we went to a larger tire store nearby, but they told us that they might not be able to check the tire until 5 PM , and it was only 11 AM at the time. So we decided to try another option and contacted this local shop. A very patient lady answered and told me, "Bring your car here, and we'll check it for you."When we arrived, they learned that we were just traveling through and needed to continue our travel. Without hesitation, they started working on my car. At first, we replaced the damaged tire, but soon realized the problem was more complicated. There was a 5 cm crack in my wheel rim, which caused air leakage even with a new tire. Feeling desperate, I contacted the nearest Mercedes dealership, which was about 50 miles away, only to find out they didn't offer repair services on weekends. I would have to tow my car to their shop and wait until Monday for them to start the inspection, and there was a good chance they wouldn't have the specific wheel rim model I needed. It could take several days after they fixed it for me to come back and retrieve the car myself.Everything seemed hopeless, but then Jos� said he could find a reliable person to repair my wheel rim and ensured that I could safely drive back to Seattle. So, after waiting for an hour, my car was rescued. Ten hours later, I successfully made it home.I am truly grateful to them. If it weren't for them, I might have had to spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars to tow my car to the Mercedes dealership, wait for them to fix it, and then fly back to retrieve my car and drive back to home after then. They saved my life. If you are facing a similar situation, do not hesitate to contact them directly. They will provide you with the best service and they are truly very warm-hearted people.Once again, thank you!

En Route Tire Service is a wonderful LOCAL FAMILY owned business. They will treat you with a great deal of kindness, fairness and honesty. I brought in a vehicle with tire pressure sensor issues today and they saw me quickly. I was kept informed of everything they were doing. I highly recommend you give them a call when you need anything tire related!

I called all the tire shops in town, they had the quickest turnaround time to get tires and they had really good prices. Some of the more popular tires (cooper discoverer true north) we're about 200 bucks cheeper here then the next best quote and that's counting the balance and tire rotation. It's ran by a son and father with lots of experience between the two of them. I was able to get an appointment same day as tire delivery too. Highly recommend these guys! Super friendly and very honest people. For my experience that's a rare trait with anyone in the vehicle industry.

Jose helped us a ton. We were stranded 10 hours away from home with a blown out jet ski trailer tire and we were close to losing the other. He told us he d make sure we got it figured out, and he did! 2 tires and wheels later and we were back on the road. We are so happy with the experience we had at En Route!

Jose and his wife SAVED THE DAY. After a blowout on our jet ski trailer, we drove 40+ minutes to Mountain home and were turned down by bigger shops . Jose told me he would make sure he got us back on the road, and he did!! I couldn t thank them enough for all their help and exceptional customer service. I would recommend them to anybody! Thanks again for getting us back on the road.

This is a family owned business with great customer service. They took the time to explain every detail. I called a bigger store for a tire repair and would of had to get in line and wait for hours. Enroute Tire got me right in and even gave me a free quote on new tires when I asked. They are not pushy and want the best for their customer. Thank you for helping out a retired veteran!

Amazing service. Dalliyn picked up his phone anytime of the day and helped me pick out the best tires for my vehicle. Even when I was super indecisive about which sizes to get, he gave me plenty of options and the pros and cons of each tire. He s very knowledgeable about his products and services. En route will not leave you disappointed and is always willing to help no matter the problem.

If you are looking for professional, friendly service by competent experts, this is the place to go. We found the techs to be efficient and knowledgeable and their willingness to meet our particular needs was refreshing to say the least. Loved our experience at En Route! We took our 2018 Dodge Ram 2500 here for a tire rotation and balance. Dalliyn was extremely professional and knowledgeable about all things tires. The service was timely and affordable. Would absolutely visit again for future needs.

your mom says that you wouldn't believe the customer service your mom received from these people. They went above and beyond to help your mom in a troubling situation. They may not be as big as other tire stores but they are the best.
