Wow - I just talked to my friend who had a flat tire - ran over a nail, and he could not get immediate service (at a few place including Walmart) and he is riding on spare donut as he is looking for some place to get it fixed. He came to Commercial Tire - talked the guy there - even though the store was going to close in 15 minutes, Jarrod and his co worker Jose helped my friend and fixed his tire. Not only that, they remove the donut and fixed tire and then placed the donut back. They are so dedicated and caring that the thing that matter to them is that if my friend is a happy customer, he should leave a good review for their establishment and come back to to them next time. We were in discord when my friend came back really floored and excitedly told us what happened. So thank to you Jerrod and Jose from Commercial Tire for generously and selflessly helping my friend. I might be moving to Boise in the future and its nice to know that there are reliable tire place that I can go to. Thanks for being awesome. Cheers!

As a 15 year patron of Mountain Home 330 S Main location. I ve had 3 serious incidents involving 3 vehicles. Neglecting to secure the oil filter 6.7 diesel and replacing the oil filler cap on an Explorer . Both occasions soiled and saturated the engine compartments under carriage including the cabin filters. Between pressure washing and detailed cleaning the Explorer still smells of synthetic burnt oil inside. The delo puddle stain inside my shop will be a permanent reminder of my dissatisfaction of the staff and Jarrod the manager. These incidents were over the last 6 months and Jarrod and staff were aware of the seriousness and I ll take my business to a more reliable place in the future. Nick Warila

Driving my semi down I-84 to get home before Christmas, the trailer tire busted. Trying to save cash for Christmas, I didn't want to call roadside service. so I Drove slow to the shop, and they was super quick. He fixed it fast, and when I asked the cost, he said nothing. I'm really thankful not often you find folks like that nowadays. Many heartfelt thanks!

Had a brand new set of tires I wanted mounted on my truck ,they were my tires and I wanted a alignment, they didn't want anything to do with my business because of the tires,quoted me some crazy price to mount them ,I said ok no problem, went down the street to a local small family owned out fit they mounted and balanced them in 30 minutes for 140.00

These guys were awesome to work with!! Our vehicle broke down and we had to get it towed somewhere on our vacation! They were able to get it in right away get it diagnosed and fixed! They promptly referred us to another place that could fix a wiring issue we were also having!! 5 stars for taking care of everything and were pleasant to work with!!

I would just like to say that I m totally impressed with the service I have received from commercial tire here in Mountain Home Idaho . After 22 years of living here I decided to give them a try and buy some Cooper tires . The price they quoted me was cheaper than anyone in the valley for a set and the service was prompt and courteous. Today my wife brought the truck in for the tires 1st rotation, Charlie and crew treated her very well. We had recently came back from a trip to Michigan where we had lost a wheel cap. The wife asked them if they wouldn t happen to have an extra laying around , sure enough they did and they hooked us up . I love this small town and how we watch out for each other . Support local businesses if you can ,it pays off in the long run . Tom

My daughter and I were driving down the 84 and blew a tire on our travel trailer. We called the store and told them what happened and Jose was there super quick. He was friendly, fast and got us back on the road. So happy with the service. Thanks bunches!

I had a flat tire coming out of Boise last week. Knowing I had to act fast on a Friday morning, I called the local GM dealer in town. They were booked up and recommended Commercial Tire. I am so grateful they did and understand why they have earned their trust.The staff was excellent and got my tire fixed up in 30 minutes. I had a bad valve stem and they were so professional about getting things taken care of.I would give them 6 stars if I could. Thank you for your great service!

These guys saved my tail. Got a nail in my tire on a cross-country trek and lucked out being close to this place. Incredibly fast turnaround, let me hang around the shop with my dog, kind and professional staff. Wish I lived near here cause they d be the only tire shop I d go to. A+++

I had an amazing experience with them I had a shop replace my starter and I thought I had a week battery from trying to crank and getting to start their tech came out to jump start me then he was able to tell the shop had grounded the wire to the solenoid and fried it. And that starter was replaced two day before hand. He was able to get a picture for me to send to the shop and everything was resolved. Amazing service highly recommend.

What a great experience!! I had trouble with the jack I was using to get my two wheels off of a low profile car. They came to my house with the right equipment, took the wheels, replaced the tires, and were so polite during the work. I full heartedly recommend Commercial Tire of Mountain Home for any wheel, brake, tire service!! Thank You Ron, Dillon, Jared, and Keith!!

Had a very unpleasant experience there. The rep. who helped us was an older gentleman and hard of hearing. He told us he would order our single headlight (bc they didn't have it in stock) and we could return in 45 minutes. Simple enough. We returned at the agreed time to have one bulb relaced, instead he removed two xenon light boxes and charged us $60 for 20+ min. Of labor, and instead of just installing the single light, intsalled 2 original headlights (lowbeams) for $80 for 2. So the total was $153.11. For work that we did not consent to at all. Very frustrating.

Good service good tires I have to wait till Tuesday but that's okay I have a special tire that I need this Friday so that's not too long I just won't go on the highway in this heat hope you're all safe thanks again Commercial Tire

We were traveling back home and stopped at Mountain Home for the night. When we got up in the morning, we read the tire pressure on the rear passenger tire at 17 psi instead of 45 psi. It was clear that we had a slow leak with this tire. After checking for tire stores in town, we saw this store (Commercial Tire) and it was nearby. At first it appeared it was going to take awhile but the manager bumped us up and they started right away on this tire. They found a slow leak from a rock that had penetrated the tread. They did the patch, making sure it was right, and got us on our way. Their attention to detail was among the best. These folks were kind and understanding about getting us going. I've paid a lot of other stores a lot more for a patch job. If I lived in Mountain Home, these folks would be my tire store.

What a great experience, on a Sunday morning leaving for a thousand mile trip to Montana had problems with tire balance.Called the after hours number where they got a hold of the manager and he found a way to make sure one of his guys could get there to help me out. Honestly, great price for emergency service on Sunday. I appreciate you spending the time away from your family to help me. What a great crew!

Recently used Commercial Tire here in Mtn Home, Idaho to have my 2003 Chevy Trailblazer front end realigned after having extensive front end work done by my son. They also mounted and balanced two new tires for my truck. Courteous and friendly, was ready when I showed up for my appointment to get started on my vehicle. Nice guys. Much appreciated. I ran over a screw this weekend and found out Monday morning when I was heading to work. After getting the donut on I headed here and they were able to get me in right away and had the tire patched and on my vehicle in just about fifteen minutes. On top of that they refused to let me pay for their outstanding service. I m currently nine months pregnant, due any day now, and this act of kindness meant so much to me. I would recommend them for their professionalism and kindness and will definitely be back here for future needs and my next set of tires. It s hard to find service like this anymore and that to me is priceless!

What a great experience we had today. Jarrod, the manager, was very personable and professional. Nathanael changed/repaired our tire quickly. First rate service. We would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing tire service, front end alignment, or wanting new tires.

i really like the service my trailer tire blew out i had spare one they changed just in 30 minutes nd price is so cheap i highly recommend to visit this place if easy parking for commercial trucks

Made a road trip that turned into a 13 hour drive away from home, and thought I needed an alignment but instead my wheel bearings were going bad. They didn't have time to replace the assemblies but they went out of their way to tighten the bolts and replace missing bolts to get us home safely. Charlie B didn't even bat an eye and took care of us immediately. Very grateful for hospitality and service we were given today!

We had a blow out on our boat trailer tire in Bliss, found these guys had the ones we needed. They had us in and out in 30 minutes, changing 2 tires and our spare! Highly recommend!!
