Camel Towing helped me out when I needed them. Tire popped on the freeway, and I was able to stop at gas station. They came to replace tire in under 30 minutes and I was back on the road again. Thanks again.

Got my car stuck in a ditch in thick snow, called them up and they got out to me in about 30 minutes (Called at midnight) and pulled me out and got me going for $75! Great deal all things considered and very friendly! If I ever need a tow again this is who I'm calling for sure! Thanks again you guys!

For the most part it was ok the people who work for this company were professional and curtious but i think they need to listen to the customer better and do what's asked by the customer. I asked three times for them to call a tow truck because my truck wasn't going to start just like I told them. Finally they got the hint that I was done asking. But overall it was ok. Even though my truck didn't get to my house until late that evening the actual people who was doing the towing were very nice along with the service people. Ya keep telling yourself that. 1998 dodge ram. Ya now you remember lol.

Gayle the Owner and Harley my transport guy were literally guarding angels today after one of the top roadside assistance programs left me freezing overnight. They handled everything quickly; proficiently and with obvious care about getting me back home!!! Our bike rack with the e-bikes attached fell off our trailer, landing on I-84. Camel towing was dispatched with Joshua and Stephen. They had a minivan for batter/flat tire repairs with only tow trucks for disabled autos. They were able to stack the bikes in their van, along with the heavy lifting of rack in our vehicle, taking extra care. They were so pleasant and helpful with a can-do attitude-much appreciated.Service: Special vehicle towing

Friday afternoon, May 12, my back right tire blew out, completely destroyed the tire and was sitting on the rim. Called AAA. They sent Camel Towing & Transportation; Gayle and Josh. They saved the day. Took off what was left of the tire - put on the spare and we drove together, me following them to Mtn Home. They took me to three tire dealerships before they found one that could take care of my needs! They cared and you could tell they did!! This is a small car - so they took the tires to their personal home for me to pickup today, Tuesday. Wow - what service. Really great experience. We were in the US on a trip from Canada and our vehicle broke down. We got quick service and everyone was super friendly. Our driver Samson was really friendly too and took the extra time to be sure our vehicle was safely winched up and well-secured before taking it to the repair shop. He even gave us some great advice too on asking the repair shop about engine recalls and insurance claims. While I hope we don t ever need this service again, if you re in the neighborhood and need a tow, I d highly recommend these folks!Service: Car towing

Harley was the absolute best!!! He was super helpful and very nice in a stressful situation. He went above and beyond. He went searching for about an hour just to find our car that was stranded on the freeway. He didn t just tow it he ended up helping us fix the hood of our car and helped drive it to a safe spot for us. We can t thank him enough. 10/10 recommend using this companyService: Car towing

I was traveling on my own in very cold weather, the sun was setting and I had been standing by my car on the highway for 2 hours. Finally someone gave me a ride to a gas station a few miles up the road. While at the gas station I was scammed by another tow truck company or intercepted by a scam company that took $300 from me. I was sitting at this gas station feeling pretty devastated when a tow truck driver from camel toe towing pulled up, I started talking to him and he said he would make a call to his boss Gayle... I spoke with her on the phone and she was very kind and told me that they would get my car and help me out. Not only did she tow my car but was able to fix the serpentine belt that had broken on it. The price was very reasonable! Not only that when I got a ride back to the town where my car had been worked on, I enjoyed talking with her and her family, she offered me a cup of coffee and drove me to my car. The overall experience was amazing I felt like I had met old friends, most importantly hard-working people that are not out to scam you.Service: Car towing

Me and my girlfriend was headed to Boise to see my family when her car broke down. I called Camel towing because I heard great reviews and they came and got us. And towed the car back to the shop. They were pretty quick about it. Gail and Josh is just the niceest people ever to help us. Made sure we had everything we needed to make us feel comfortable and safe. I highly recommend this place for you're needs. Definitely will call them again if we ever have this problem

This beautiful darling was driving her niece's tow truck and was willing to pull over and help me when I needed the most and she didn't even Know it she spent her time in a shut down traffic stop load in my car and got me home safely. Thank you so much to you your husband and your niece for having the best timing and the best customer care I could ever ask for

My car's low fuel light failed to light up as I was driving home along I-84 and as a result, ran out of gas on the freeway. I got a quick response to my need for fuel delivery and got me back on the road faster than I expected. Great service! Joshua was extremely helpful! I had a camper trailer that had blown two of its tires and was stranded miles from anything. He explained to me several different options on how to salvage my situation like, take the tires off and bring them somewhere to have them fixed. Infact, the towing of the vehicle was the last thing we talked about!! He even offered to come help me (70miles away!!) put on the new tires I was going to purchase from a different company same day. These guys are really bringing back that good old Midwestern family values nice neighbors vibe. Hopefully they will move to Boise so that I can recommend them to everyone!!! The driver Samson was very friendly and kind. He went so far as to bring along his girlfriend to help transport my family of 3 adults and 1 teenager. The service was excellent! I definitely recomend this company and driver.

Gayle with camel towing offers amazing services they are quick and easy. I've called them on multiple occasions for towing, tire changes as well as gas services.
