They use cheap glass here. Got a windshield replaced and 2 months later it literally cracked from a lollipop getting throw at my car while I slowly passed a parade. They couldn t repair the crack either just wanted to charge me for another replacement. Best to go somewhere with higher quality glass that actually holds up.

We were driving down the freeway and our windshield moulding came off. Stopped in at Ace Glass and they quickly glued it in at no charge!!! Fantastic service! Can't thank them enough!!

They are an outstanding family owned business. They can do just about everything you ask. I've used them for all my glass needs. Both my house with new windows and att glass too.

I had my windshield repaired from a rock chip. I have had repairs many times. They always drill at the very end of the crack. These guys missed the end of the crack by half inch and they only filled the crack in about 1 inch even though the crack was a 6 inch crack. I ve always had them fill the whole thing in. It continued to crack within the first week it cracked the rest of the way up because of where they drilled, which was not at the end of the crack. These guys need to learn how to fill in a rock chip. I recommend going somewhere else and not wasting your money.

Had to get my windshield replaced recently and the folks at Ace were super friendly, inexpensive, and had a really quick turnaround. They said it would be about 1.5 hours to replace my glass, and they called me 40 minutes after I dropped my truck off to let me know it was done. I highly recommend them!

I called in to see whether they would honor their warranty for their window tint, and they did even though it had been over 14 years. The owner was very accommodating and even went in on his day off to get it taken care of. The previous owner had done the service, but they still honored the warranty. I am very appreciative of their customer service.

Gotta give out a great review for these folks. Staying at the RV park in town with a couple month old chip in the windshield. They don't normally do mobile repair but understood the challenge of coming to them. So after a couple phone calls and me screwing up site number, they were able to fit me in and come out in the morning. The repair was flawless and at a very reasonable price! Sounds like they're pretty busy too, so clearly word is out about the quality of work they do.

I was desperate for a local company to install new windows on my house and shed. Ace Glass was willing and able. I got service beyond what I expected. The replacement windows match the original in looks but perform better. No damage or alterations to the house. I recommend their services and would use them again,

Ace Glass in Mountain Home is the place to go for windows, storm doors and glass replacement. Friendly employees, installers very knowledgeable and extremely reliable and honest. Prices are reasonable and quality is outstanding. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Chad and everyone else.

The only place in Mtn. Home to get glass window panes. They cut them to your spec's. It took a couple of days to get the panes cut after ordering....but it was worth the wait. The precision was flawless, as was the quality of the glass. The staff was professional and courteous... especially for smallness of my order. I would recommend this business for anyone.

Very poor work. In may I was visiting family in mountain home and needed a windshield replaced so I went to ace glass to have it replaced. They replaced the windshield only to find out two days later it leaked in three spots. Took it back for repair and they said they fixed it again only to find out it still leaked. Couldn't go back because I had to head back to California. Piss poor work. They claim quality work.

Picked up my vehicle and window still leaked air. Took back too them and they immediately took me in and corrected the issue. I appreciate good customer service like that.

Couldn't give me a receipt for Window tinting. Really put me into a predicament.. told me they would rip it off before giving me a receipt.. just needed it for personal reasons.. dude did a good on the tint and was friendly.
