BEST IN TOWN. I have a 96 sable. I wasn't getting any fuel pressure to the fuel rail and he figured it out almost immediately. As for a customer service point of view top notch excellent job explaining everything that he needed to do. He is always keeping me up to date on what's going on with it. I highly recommend to anyone that has any mechanical issues to go there. He found the part that was needed it would have cost $240 for the part but he did some digging and found it for $130 gave me the option to wait a couple days or pay for the $240 part with the advice that he would rather me not pay that price. I highly recommend going to A1 Auto fix he's not in it for the money he's in it to help and most important of all to meHe didn't try to sell me on other things that didn't need to be done. He even showed me what was actually going on with the part that needed to be replaced and he was very friendly about it didn't talk to me like I didn't know what was going on or like I was stupid he would actually talk to me like I was a human being and that in a mechanic is hard to find

This was the best mechanic experience I ve ever had. I ended up stranded just past Mountain Home, and this was the only place open on a Sunday. Everyone was honest, walked me through everything wrong with my car, and the best way to fix it in order to get me back to Salt Lake ASAP. If I ever live in Boise, I ll drive the 40 miles to get my car serviced and fixed here. Thanks Ricky and team!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Excellent service and genuinely friendly staff. They were able to see me right away. Mechanic Mitchell was extremely helpful in explaining what was wrong with my vehicle and options for moving forward without charging me for diagnostics. Sam the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had never hauled a trailer before and he explained what to do step by step, gave me great tips, and helped hook it up. I was so grateful, while I was there I went ahead and got my car looked over and asked for an oil change. He was honest and told me what I needed before my road trip. When I got home, I realized the light wasn t working for one side. He met me half way with a new trailer after hours, only to discover it was a fuse on my hitch that was the problem! It was no big deal, he had the paper work ready to go, and I was gone within minutes! Overall super helpful, honest, and quick. He was all speed low drag, I highly recommend getting work on your car done here or renting a U-Haul!

I have never had issues with this shop before today. I went in to have a wheel bearing and hub assembly replaced. I was quoted a lil more than other places but was willing to pay it because I like the place. Was told to come back at a certain time. Came back and was told that the tool they needed to do the job was broken. I went out and paid $140 for the tool needed to do the job. Came back and the mechanic told me even though I was giving him the tool to do the job that he was still refusing to do the job for no apparent reason. Sam is a good guy but some of his mechanics are just plain rude.

These guys are amazing, my journey was just starting, heading to OKC and my car broke down in the afternoon. Very bad start. They gave us a ride to the hotel and picked it up the next morning and the car went 100% until OKC non-stop. Shoutout to David for looking into it a bit more when I asked. Really friendly people. Recommend it if you have an emergency stop around this town.

The gentleman here where super friendly and fast, efficient. Help me with my car needs with low cost. I really appreciate all of the help they gave me and how kind they where. Not a very professional place. I had tires taken in and it took them forever. They had said they would be done within a hour but then that hour kept on getting pushed back. Went to go pick up the tires and no one helped to put them in the back of my pick up. 2 tires had wheels in them while the other two did not. The employees watched as I put the tires in the pick up. The only thing that was said to me was that I could have moved my pick up closer, not a, can I help you out? Will not be coming back here againService: Tires

I have an emergency repair done at this establishment. I went in to get a alternator replaced they charge me over an hour more than what it would take to get done at the dealership and they broke more on my car than they repaired. They did not take responsibility for all damage done to the vehicle which included a radiator and a tensioner pulley try to blame it on me after all that broke was an alternator, When it was quite visible that they had dropped the part and damaged it. Tried to hide it then told me they did not do the damage and the only way I could get the car was to pay half of the work a total con job

This place has the best mechanics I've seen in 5 States I trust them more than anybody in the Treasure Valley . They are Beyond fairing price and I'll tell you honestly what's going on. I can't go to them I would consider making the trip to Northern California or 1st Avenue in Burien Washington.

Traveling on Hiway 84 (from Minnesota) on Tuesday, Sept. 17th when low air in tire indicator displayed. We pulled into the Ford dealership but were turned away as it was 4:30 pm and the one mechanic on duty was leaving at 5:00 after completing an oil change. We were directed to go to Les Schwab but passed A1 AutoFix on the way so stopped in. They looked at our tire immediately though it was obvious they were busy on other jobs. The mechanic found a large screw in the tire and repaired it within 15 minutes. He charged us only $10 but we gave him $20. I only wish I could remember his name.

My hubby got stuck in the mud. Which caused a rock to get stuck in the dust shield and was screeching very loudly. We pulled into A1 Autofix to see if they could fix it. They said the mechanic shop was closing, and they were in the middle of another project, but they would jack it up and fix it for us! Mitchell had it fixed in less than 5 minutes! They were all so friendly. I highly recommend A1 Autofix.

This review is for the UHaul portion only - doesn t reflect the auto repair shop as I have no experience.First off, a huge thank you to Sam and David for everything. We totaled our car in a snowstorm right outside of Glenn s Ferry and were stranded with no idea what to do. We were towing a 5x8 UHaul trailer that survived the crash (and nothing broke inside except a ceramic flower pot). Since we had no vehicle to tow with anymore, our best option was to rent a box truck and transfer our belongings to it to continue our long move from Orlando to Seattle. Sam was AMAZING and helped us by going above and beyond his duties and is one of the nicest people I ve ever met. I really appreciate everything.If you re considering a UHaul rental, do yourself a favor and go here because you ll receive the best service ever. Hopefully you aren t going to be renting under the same circumstances that we were!

We were passing through when our truck overheated. Someone suggested A1. Mike was quick to take a look and resolve the problem. He got us back on the road and was honest and helpful. Lucky to find him!

Outstanding service! We ran into car trouble and called right as they were closing. They stayed open later than usual just to help us out. They took a look and quickly found the problem and got us going again. Great service, very friendly, and very knowledgeable! Thanks again A1 Autofix!!

Was on a long road trip and our car had a bunch of scary lights come on, we were able to get it to A1 and Mitchell helped us figure everything out without any stress or cash. Good down to earth people.

OMG... where did Mike, Ricky and Mitchel go??? The place isnt the same without them, Mike is the only one Id ever let do anything to my vehicle, Ricky and Mitchel was amazing and nice too... can you please tell me where they are?? Thanks
