I have had two great experiences with Brian and Snoway Customs Towing & Recovery. Needing to have a car towed is never a fun experience, but these guys made it as seamless as possible. Quality service, at a reasonable price!

Truly, one of the best companies of any kind that I have utilized. Brian went the extra mile for us, and demonstrated integrity, professionalism and a mastery of his trade. I would entrust my car to his care whether for towing or repair. You cannot find a better service anywhere in the whole Northern Idaho region as far as I m concerned. I hope many others will discover this for themselves.

Brian is one of the most kind and honest professionals I have ever come into contact with. In general, when dealing with mechanics and anything car related in the past I have ran into greedy and dishonest people, however my experiences with Brian have been top notch. Not only did he help tow my car, but he even fixed an issue with it that another mechanic caused and refused to charge us for it. If you are looking for anything towing or car related, why not give your business to someone who truly deserves it and will respect your time, money, and vehicle?

The guy running this operation is a wonderful guy. I ended up being in a rough situation with running out of gas on my motorcycle and he helped me out. The service is top tier and I absolutely recommend his services in your times of need. He will not disappoint!

My daughter called me, informing that her vehicle had gotten stuck in the icy roads. As we waited (2 hours) for our insurance company to locate and assign a towing service to assist her, the battery drained. I found Snoway Customs Towing & Recovery on Google. I called and was immediately able to speak to a representative and explain our predicament. Brian was very responsive and was quickly able to get to my daughter s location and jumpstart the vehicle and free it from the ice. The cost was very reasonable. In our time of need, Snoway certainly put my insurance company s roadside assistance program to shame. Great work Brian!! Your services were much appreciated!!

Snoway towing is awesome company to go through if you have any towing needs. Brian was able to come get my car towed within 30 minutes. He gave me a me a really fair price and was super nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them!

I got myself stuck in the snow and needed help with a tow. Absolutely wonderful. Prompt, reasonable price and professional! Very busy guy and I can see why. After calling around to compare prices and time I realized other services around here were quick to rip anyone off and take advantage of an already stressful situation. Thanks Brian.

Brian was polite, prompt, professional, and upfront with the cost. Most towing companies I've interacted with have been pretty angry, which makes sense given the nature of the business, but Brian was pleasant the whole way through. Ive known him for a long time good guy came and pulled me and my friend out of the mud we got stuck in for 4 hours only charged $250 way better than what Moscow towing was wanting $1800 and then said they could only knock down $100 will never call them again if we need help thanks Bryan we greatly Appreciate not having to leave the car there best friend you could ask for

Brian is very busy for a Reason! After getting lost and stranded in the dark last Spring, Brian was the only tow service that was willing to come out in such undesirable conditions. He is very skilled in managing hair-raising situations calmly and confidently. His price is more than fair, and he offers excellent customer service, especially those that need his service the most!

I needed an awkward tool chest moved. Its a top heavy unit that requires special handling. Brian arrived with his roll back truck right on time. The tool box was moved but not without drama. Brian's skill full driving and awareness saved the day. The box arrived without a scratch and he even helped me maneuver it down a treacherous driveway and into it's new home. Brian is helpful courteous and friendly. His price was more than reasonable. He is the only tow truck I would ever use. Good job Snoway CustomsService: Special vehicle towing

Can not say enough great things about Brian , we broke down coming home from Idaho to Oregon.... Ram 3500 towing my flatbed trailer and tractor he took the Ram to the dealership in Pullman and took me, wife and dogs to the hotel, he then held on to my trailer for almost 2 weeks while the dealership fixed my truck ... if i break down in the area again i will call Brian...super helpful and friendly......

Brian was a very nice guy. Came quick when others couldn't and had a better price.Wanted to add to my review. My truck broke down again, yes I drive junk. I contacted Brian and scheduled another tow. Brian Snow was amazing!! My van died in the middle of the gas station parking lot and a friend recommended Snoway Customs. He said he could come to me in 15 min, which he did! He was able to a diagnostic test right there and quickly found the problem. Thankfully he was able to fix it immediately in the gas station parking lot. I broke down on US 95 and Brian S offered his assistance. He was very friendly and gave me a great deal to tow my pick up Home. After sliding into a snow-filled ditch this morning, I waited all day for my insurance company's roadside assistance providers to help me out. No help came until they finally contacted Brian Snow, who went more than 80 miles out of his way and saved the day. He was a true blessing, and I would recommend him and his company any day.

DO NOT GO HERE. towed my car to the incorrect parking lot, wouldn t answer their phones, my tires were flat when the car was returned, then parked it not in the lines. Then just now come to find out my car was in REVERSE????? so I gave them a call to get this figured out and guess what? I get hung up. Worst service ever experienced, honestly I wouldn t be surprised when I find more problems which were not there before. Save your money and time. Find somewhere else

Brian is the best, thank you... he takes care of our boat spring/fall, replaced our engine in our truck, any issues he is always a call away. He pulled our truck out of the ditch. Helped us with our Motorhome when we got stranded a 100 miles away, when no one would even call us back...

My car wouldn't start or jump start. I was stranded in Moscow downtown.The persons who tried to help me gave up and drove away but off handedly said "call Brian Snow, he would help me." I called another tow company first and was shocked by price. Called snoway and Brian answered first ring. He arrived in ten minutes. He had my car loaded up quickly and offered to not only give me a ride home but diagnose my car not starting. He called the very next day said it was easy fix price was only $150 tow included the other tow company wanted $500 just to tow. In the end Brian demonstrated professional reasonable services he is highly recommendedService: Car towing
