Took about an hour to show up, but was extremely nice and friendly. The guy who helped get my car unstuck was fast, and we were able to avoid damaging my car! It was a scary horrible experience but it ended very good, and my car made it out alive too.

I told them my car was really low to the ground. They didn t scrape it or anything. They gave me a really nice good deal with using a flatbed. And was able to get my car towed up to a shop in liberty Lake In the same day

UPDATE-they have just threatened to sue me BY EMAIL over my negative review and told me they are going to take legal action against me if I don t remove my review. I still have not had anyone call me directly.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They charged $1488.23 to pull us out of a ditch and leave -we later learned other companies in the area would charge $200-$300 for this! We could not reach anyone by phone, and the message states they will try to get back to you in 2 days but if it s been longer than 7 days to email them.

DO NOT USE I continue to hear nothing but horrible things about this company , they are PRICE GOUGINGALSO, the only reason people give five star reviews is because they send a $25 gift card if you do. Just bribing people for good reviews, not even earning them.

This company was ridiculous to work with. I had an experience with them on January 1st, 2022, where they charged me over $700 to tow my pickup from just outside of Lewiston, ID on the grade up to my home in Moscow, ID. Unfortunately with it being a holiday, nowhere else was open that I could find for immediate tow service, and the ones who claimed to be open online either weren't or didn't answer their phones. In hindsight, I should've left it to the highway police to have it towed to Lewiston tow lot, and then come back a day or two later and scheduled another company to tow in the meantime. Not only did they take over an hour and a half to arrive to pick up the vehicle, which led to an Idaho State Police officer calling me with the threat of towing my vehicle after I'd already paid these guys, but they took an eternity to get my vehicle to my home in Moscow. Egregious charges and really should be considered illegal activity, as it's predatory behavior.

UPDATE: I have been threatened with a law suit for this review. I will not be taking it down. This is what Google reviews are for to warn other people. I was just quoted by two local companies no more than $200 for the service we were charged almost $500 for.This company is predatory. They will require you sign an agreement on your phone while you are on the phone with them to pay an outrageous amount of money for a tow. We were charged $500 for a five mile tow from just outside Moscow to a shop in Moscow. Our insurance company was very sorry we used them and can only pay a fraction of the cost even with roadside assistance because we couldn t find a company who would work with insurance late on a Saturday night, this is the first company that pops up because they pay to be first on the list and prey on stranded drivers needing help.

I recommend this towing service to anyone in need of prompt, reliable assistance. They really helped me out in a pinch and got me to a shop same day with an amazing driver and great customer service.

$250 for a lockout in Pullman. Slow to answer, then put me on hold for 10mins, then got my info, put me on hold for 10 more mins, then got a $250 qoute. Person on the phone was mumbling and had a hard time hearing them, wasn't great customer service/interaction. Decided to try and break in again and got my truck open. Just need a sturdy wire, wedge and patience to pull the inside and outside handles. Hopefully you don't have to deal with this company.

Avoid at all costs. They will rip you off and price gouge you and leave you on the hook. I cancelled the service I called for and they said to call their billing department for a refund so I did. I called several times over a week and never got a response. Email doesn t work either. They charged me 288$ for a service they never provided. Do not give them your info. They will take your money!!

$387 for 10 miles I wasn t even off a secluded dirt road or anything, I was just off the highway. I wasn t wrecked but just had the transmission go out. Gave 2 stars because the driver was nice and did a good job but not worth the money. I would recommend autobody super center, they have way less paperwork as well and much cheaper. Do not recommend this company and will never use again. ALSO, the only reason people give five star reviews is because they send a $25 gift card if you do. Just bribing people for good reviews, not even earning them.

I hope I will never have to use this company again. I was charged $288 for a 2 mile tow. I needed to get my car to Pullman to be worked on. I called Snoway towing, he charged me $150 to tow my car from Moscow to Pullman. Who would you choose? The reason I left 1 star is there was not a zero option, and the driver was polite and efficient.Service: Car towing

They were kind and efficient but they charged me $388 for a tow of less than 2 miles (1.58 miles to be exact!). I was in a pinch and didn't really have much of a choice but beware- they charge WAY TOO MUCH! I have had something towed from Genesee to Moscow a few days prior and that cost less than $250 so there are companies that do the same thing for a fraction of the price (about 35% less than Moscow Towing actually...)Service: Car towing

They are not a real company, their address is the local post office, they do this in other towns too. They are a middleman and they ripoff both the customer and the tow truck they hire to do (or not do) the job. DO NOT give them your card number. Beware

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Way over priced and will leave you waiting for hours when there are tow companies all over Moscow that will be there much sooner for much less. I have a lot of experience with this company and can tell you, this one is not the one to call in Moscow.

We were 22 miles from home with a truck full of camping gear after hours and on a holiday and they were able to get someone out in about an hour. Everyone was super nice. The dispatcher was patient and efficient as we gathered info and processed the transaction. The driver, Adrian, was professional and proficient towing our truck. We where visiting our son and ended up with 2 flat tires. Our main tire went flat and then the spare went flat on our way to get the main tire fixed. The young man that picked us up was very friendly and very fast. He took the car and my husband and I to get the flats fixed. It could of been a stressful situation. But it was not.
