Always impressed with the service at Lux AutoHause. They have a lot of availability, get work done fast, and are flexible on drop off and pickup. I always appreciate getting photos of things they recommend to replace and they make it easy to accept to decline different parts of the service. Will definitely be bringing my vehicles there for work in the future!

Lux saved the day for me! I m from out of town and after my car s suspension system unexpectedly and suddenly went out on me on a Sat night, Ken called me back right away Monday morning and got my car in 30 mins later and a little over 24 hours later, I was all fixed up and on the road, happy to be headed back home across the state. Thanks so much to Ken for being helpful, understanding and communicative and to his ace team of technicians. You did right by me and my car!

My Hyundai which I previously had to drive 90 miles for service could finally be repaired locally. Lux was super friendly, helpful and kept me informed with regular texts. Plus they were a better bargain than the dealer. They will be where I am taking my car from now on. Thanks Lux!

They fixed a bad coolant leak for me. It was a bit pricier than I initially expected, but they were very thorough and also notified me of a couple other issues with my vehicle I ll be taking care of later. Thanks for taking good care of my car for me :)

Cold Feb morning our Volvo xc90 left rear door window would not close. Ken, one of the owners cheerfully, came out and helped us, along with helping other customers coming in, Ken multi-tasked without a hiccup with a smile and his cheerful attitude never going away, one of the best businesses in moscow

Amazing customer service! Feels like you re going to an old friend s shop. They re all super knowledgeable and happy to explain repairs or recommended services. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to have their car cared for.

For German cars, this is the place.Relatively new, likely the only place in town where the owner and techs own multiple German cars. Saved me at least $1,000 and a trip to the Spokane dealership diagnosing a 2008 BMW, and willing to work on a 96 Audi Quattro when no one else in town was. Good work, very knowledgeable, fair prices, and honest.One question I ask myself is would my sister, wife or daughter get a fair deal from this business? and for mechanics, the answer is not always yes. It is yes for Luxe AutoHause.They re my go-to mechanic, even for my non-German cars.

Was greeted after normal business hours on a weekend by the staff. The shop operates on a appointment basis as I was told by the staff. Address was the same building as Erber auto which was confusing but easy to find. If you can get an appointment this shop has Knowledgeable and friendly staff and might be faster than other places without cutting quality.

I went to Lux AutoHause yesterday and got a second opinion on my front brake pads. They charged me less than half of the first quote I received! I was able to get the new pads right then and there. These guys work on European imports only and as a more exclusive niche market they are fast. Seriously fast. An hour and a half to diagnose a number of issues, write up an exact quote for the parts and labor and schedule the work.They are also very communicative, letting me know exactly what I would be dealing with every step of the way; I got texts with the breakdown of all the service and the respective prices.Only two issues: location and loaner. They re between Rosauer s and MBS on the Rosauer s side and it s a small lot. 8 cars here at the moment, not counting the two bays, and not much room left. With their somewhat peripheral location, walking downtown and back in August was less than pleasant. If you ve got someone to give you a lift it s not an issue; I didn t.Can t say enough good about them. I ve got an old Mercedes and these guys will get to know her.

We don't typically leave comments, but we are compelled to give Ken and Lux AutoHause a review. We've been so impressed with his work, his knowledge, and his communication that we almost don't want to spread the word for fear he's going to get too busy! :-) Our Land Rover was having various electrical and related problems. Ken was able to diagnose them quickly and give us a clear and fair estimate of work to be done and associated charges. He then proceeded to make the repairs. I had a problem after hours and Ken not only answered my calls (twice) he was able to walk me through the fix. If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable mechanic with a passion for more exotic cars, Lux AutoHause is the place. We are lucky to have this sort of service in the Moscow region.Service: Electrical repair

Amazing service! Our business is located in SLC, Utah and my workers were stranded in Moscow, ID when our Sprinter van broke down. Ken bent over backwards to help us find a solution for the repair. He spoke with two different dealerships to help us find out how to best help repair our van. He offered to help us transport our van to the correct location to keep it under warranty. He didn't have to do any of this but offered his help regardless. His service went above and beyond what was asked of him. I would highly recommend using his repair service. He is incredible!

Ken was super helpful. Not only was he fast, but he was friendly and professional. I had something small done but they proved their understanding of customer wants and needs. I know where I will be going in the future for any other problem I have.

I was traveling pulling a horse trailer when my check engine light came on and my fuel economy bottomed out. I called and got an appointment for first thing the next day. The guys were absolutely amazing from beginning to end- explaining what they were checking, showing me my spark plug plugs etc. Because I am not local, and it looks like my engine is going to need either some intensive work or a replacement- they got my truck working so I can get home again and to my local mechanic. On top of that- their pricing for the diagnostic and work they did was extremely fair. I would recommend them 100%. If I am ever in the area needing work again I will call them again without hesitation!Services: Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

I bought a 2002 Audi TT Quattro that needed a bit of work before I could drive it reliably. Normally, I'd have done the work myself, but without a garage I looked to Lux AutoHause to get my new car on the road. Ken was able to get me into their shop within a week to complete a ton of work. On the difficult to work on 1.8t I had a timing belt, brake pads, a cv axel, valve cover gasket, spark plugs, and all fluids replaced. Ken was able to do it all in about a week at a lower price than other estimates in the area. After about 600 miles, I can attest to the quality of their work as well! I know that if I have any other issues with the car while I'm in the area, I'll be returning to Lux AutoHause!

With a limping truck pulling into Moscow from out of town .we were promptly helped, our truck was diagnosed and we were sent on our way safely back on the road. Gracious help, fantastic customer service and legitimate expertise make this shop a luxury for Moscow residents. Wish we had a mechanic shop this good where we actually live.

I broke down on the WSU campus on Saturday night. The shop answered the phone immediately, listened to my guesses about the problem, and suggested a plan. There's no other auto repair open on Sundays in the Moscow/Pullman area, and these folks do fantastic work. The shop was able to make a mobile visit and replace my broken starter quickly and reasonably. I was back on the road Sunday afternoon. I would trust Lux AutoHause with any needed repairs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my Volkswagen there for a slight power steering leak, Ken not only guided me in the right direction for repair but also gave me a complete inspection on things I may need in the near future. Overall a fantastic experience, very transparent about repairs and pricing. Also they aren t scared of German engineering like every other shop in this town. I would say the price estimate at least in my case was a tad bit confusing, but I was quoted for every fix on my inspection so that could ve been the reasoning for my confusion. Ken answered my questions regarding the quote and confusion. Overall loved my experience there and couldn t be happier definitely will be seeing my face more.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Be VERY VERY CAREFUL! General Manager spoke with me and after sharing my vehicle issue with him, informed him that I had purchased brand new parts( brake pads and calipers). He assured me that the whole process would take 1.5 hours to complete. He said that he could get me in on Friday. Drove down this morning(Friday)from Coeur D'Alene and arrived. Young mechanic in same shop greeted me and proceeded to check me in. He then quoted me 2.2 hours of labor and an up charge of $125!!!! I shared with him the previous conversation with the main guy. He kept telling me that I must have been quoted for a different set up. Waiting for follow up. Get everything in writing. Never emailed me over the quote from earlier in week.
