EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Being a big city girl I m really loving the super friendly nice, very competent and professional manager and staff at this location!!! Thank you Anna, Cat and Nate for your speedy and thorough service! Everything done in less than an hour from start to finish from the phone call, to the delivery and installation replacement of my dead battery YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME Thanks again!!!!!

Sam was amazing, he changed the battery and the windshield wipers on my car. He was courteous, professional and helpful. I came in upset thinking it would take hours and and lots of $$ and it didn't. Plus he did it with patience, kind words and a smile! Thank you Sam!

The lady that helped me was super friendly and nice. It was cold and I had my little girl with me and the lady went outside and did the diagnostic without me going outside again. Super helpful!! Thank you lady that I didn t catch your name!Love Auto Zone and glad this store kept up the good reputation they have.Totally forgot to take pics .next time!

I had just gotten a used car. The brake lights on one side were out. I bought the bulbs and all of the sudden the salesman came out with me and changed them for me! I was so thankful. I didn't catch his name, but he was super!

I brought Mt 1997 Jeep in to have the battery checked. A nice guy hooked up something to my battery over the top of my battery cables and said my battery was bad. A friend later told me after looking at it that it maybe my battery connections. With a little cleaning of my connections I haven't had a problem since. NO NEW BATTERY NEEDED

The service here is absolutely above and beyond. My fianc� and I have come here many times for various reasons from our over-complex Canadian-made car. Every time we ve come here, even if our problem wasn t fixed, we left the store feeling and knowing that they did absolutely everything in their power to help us - even going so far as to stop what they were do just to get on their knees on the pavement and help us yank out a rusted bulb that we were wrestling with for ages. The staff is very friendly and personable, they re educated on their products, and they clearly work hard. Very appreciated after a long few weeks of dealing with highly apathetic and unenthusiastic staffing at various businesses.

I hate to say it, but I'll never go to autozone again. Maybe it's just this store, but I'm done regardless. Working on an acura and nothing was in stock so I ordered parts. Next day a part showed up and it was the wrong part, had to order another part and it showed up, and was the wrong part again! If you want stuff ordered right, I suggest going somewhere else.

LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE STAFF! They are always willing to go above and beyond every time you walk in the door. It is my auto parts store for life. The guys always treat every customer with respect! My wife was overly impressed when I had her stop to buy a small part and the manager put it on for her as they always offer for basics. AMAZING!

I was staying at the hotel next door, woke to find a dead battery. Louis came out to my car, tested it, found out it was a REALLY dead battery. He then pulled the battery, put it on their charger. I returned 4 hours later, was assisted by Charlie who toted the battery out, put it in, hooked it up. Car started. When asked what we owed we were told nothing.Thank you guys again. Appreciated. Unfortunately, you don't have a store where I live, however, when possible you will have my business from here on.

First time customer. Bought rotors since they were the only ones locally who had them in stock. Remaining parts were delivered to their store the next morning. One of the calipers I bought had some issues, the manager bent over backward to replace the faulty component the next day and threw in new brake pads, brake fluid, and a few other items. Super friendly and helpful! They won a repeat customer because of how quick they were to make things right and even went above and beyond.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Just stopped in for a couple of tools and some windshield washer fluid, but the tool selection was recently impressive for a smaller store. There's a variety that lets you find what you need for most common jobs and select one that fits your desired price range. The prices seemed competitive with other places and they look like they'll last.Always a plus to have store branded things like windshield washer fluid so you can get what you need at a reasonable price.Clean store, easy to find things.

Sam helped me out today with my tail light, thought it was a bulb at first but it ended up being a short. Got on the ground, on the cold concrete, so he could tell me how to fix the short.Great service and great staff! Will be returning.

Excellent customer service from a young blonde fella we didn't catch the name of. The same battery we almost bought at O'Reilly's costed more than $30 less. Considering it's almost Christmas, this was a blessing. Many thanks and highly recommend!

I drive all the way to Moscow, just to go to this store.The employees are super helpful and always friendly. There's been times when I've needed help with something, and they just get their tools out and help. For instance, during mom's weekend (on a Sunday when shops aren't open), my mom's vehicle was having an issue with overheating. AutoZone was able to diagnose and fix the problem well enough that she was able to drive the 2+ hours home and get it to our family mechanic safely.

Sam is parts manager and a fantastic resource. He diagnosed my alternator problem, found my replacement and recommended some mechanic friends at meinicke who got me in on a Saturday! He also pointed out battery problem and fixed me up. He is smart, knowlegable and helpful!

all great workers. helpful. knowledgeable. and if they're not sure. they have no problem asking a coworker for hell or trying to look it up. they r more about getting u what u need than worried about what gender u r. or your age.

Chris was so helpful! I had been concern about my car battery but putting it off because life s busy! Leaving work one night it seemed to act really strange. I drove right to autozone where Chris attempted to test the battery. We discovered that it was definitely in need of a replacement. Chris talked me through my options and answered my questions! Then he went outside in 30 degree weather and replaced it for me! Whether it is part of their service or not, it was COLD out, and he was happy to help! I appreciate the service I have always received here and won t hesitate to come back or recommend Chris!!

My daughter went into this Auto zone to get help with her key fab. She just moved into her dorm and the person at the counter was so rude to her when she asked for help. There must be other auto places that are out there that has good customer service and people to help you when you are not always familiar with certain items. I would not recommend this store to anyone!!!!

Excellent staff! These guys make sure you're doing the right thing for your vehicle. The employee checked under my hood to see what could be causing my radiatior to leak. Ultimately he ended saving me a lot of money and stress! Thanks AutoZone!
