Best experience I've ever had with a car repair shop. I went for an estimate and they could easily have convinced me to replace my bumper at a high cost. Instead, they were honest about the fact that it was strictly a cosmetic issue and gave me all my options, very clearly. It cost them this one job, but earned them my business for the rest of my life. I couldn't be happier with the service, honesty, and friendliness I received today. Highly recommend!!

They made my car look amazing and were sooooo easy to work with! You can even drop off your Enterprise Rental car there. My car was finished early and looks better than before the accident! They also made dealing with the at fault party's insurance super easy.

ABSC Moscow did an amazing job! I was hit by a suicidal deer who managed to take out the whole driver's side of my car. We took it in that morning and Marc was Awesome! I hadn't been 8n any kind of accident in 30 years and he handled everything with our insurance company. They got it done right on time and it looks great. They even changed the blinker bulb for me on the side not affected! I will recommend them to anyone needing body work. Thank you guys so much!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Towing: Auto Body Super Center efficiently towed my vehicle out of of a ditch! A passerby had suggested I call Moscow Towing, but they wanted me to sign an online agreement for $887 after they had quoted me $87 for the tow over the phone!! I'm glad I read the email before signing it! I was shocked by their altered quote, so I refused their tow, and called Auto Body Super Center instead! ABSC came right out and got my vehicle out for $150! Great service person pulled me out and even followed me home to make sure my vehicle was running okay! Very helpful and friendly service. 5+ stars from me!!!! I'll always use ABSC in the future and recommend them most highly!!!

I needed a window replaced in my car after the original was broken. These fine folks were able to order another window for me and have it replaced very shortly after it arrived. The price was fair, the service was friendly, and the work was high quality. They even vacuumed the old glass out of the car for me as a courtesy, a service that was very appreciated. I will use these folks again if I need a new window or body work done.

My trucks door latch was broken so I could not use by back door. Ordering parts was going to be fairly expensive, but they were able to put something together in only a few hours at a surprisingly low cost. Highly recommended.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Mark was my primary contact during my repair - He was extremely respectful, swift, and friendly. I would 10/10 recommend anyone to use this company for repairs. My KIA was damaged after being rear-ended and they fixed her up within 3 days! Mark and the crew at auto body super center went the extra mile for me. Came in Monday afternoon just before 4:00 with a shattered rear window in my pickup. Mark immediately got on the phone, found a window, had it shipped, and my pickup was ready to go Wednesday morning. And all at a very reasonable price!! My fiance has had to have a few tows. They're always great, this time Reece was the lucky one to have to tow my fiance. He was so pleasant and offered superior service. He arrived very quickly, was very diligent, polite, and professional. We're always pleased with Auto Body Super Center, they really go above and beyond to make a not so great situation much more enjoyable! Thanks for all your guy's hard work and service! 100% recommend all the time!!

While I can only speak for their towing service, its top notch. I've used it several times now, and never had to wait longer than a half hour, maybe. It's decently priced, and the drivers I've interacted with are easygoing, and very customer focused. All in all, if you need a tow, I'd call here first.

Very knowledgeable when dealing with the insurance company, Let me know when they expected the parts to come in and the procedure they would use to repair my my pick-up.Then Mark went the extra mile and provided the photos I needed to prove I had my Idaho camping tag!! I was very pleased with the quality of work done here at auto body super center in Moscow. I had a dent in my Jeep Trailhawk and they were able to get my car in and out in less than a week time total.I would recommend this auto body center to anyone in the Palouse area. The prices are very reasonable. They gave me the best price in the area.

When my truck was damaged, I took it to Auto Body Super Center because I had been there before. They, once again, gave great customer service and great body and paint work. Excellent body shop. Fixed my front bumper in a timely manner while communicating with the insurance company without any of my intervention. They sent me text notifications along the way during multiple points of the repair process. The final work looks like new and the paint was matched perfectly. Highly recommend!

Absolutely unacceptable. I had a busted headlight and minor dents, for that they tried to charge me over $4,000. The individual that worked at the counter tried to charge me for a new engine hood when it only had a small dent in it. He also lied when I asked if anything could be salvaged and what minimal repairs could be done. This guy is in fact after money because he spent several minutes telling another customer about his new boat. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I will also be writing my state representatives to demand legislation be passed to stiffen the punishment for mechanics performing unneeded repairs and overcharging. Mark my word, the state of Idaho will pass legislation in response to this! I found out the cost to replace the headlight case, light bulbs, and tools to fix the dents, all cost me less than $200! Please see Idaho law code 56-227 for information regarding how mechanics can be punished for performing unneeded repairs.

These people were absolute gems, took my car after a hit and run, they coordinated seamlessly with my insurance company, and worked with me to help have access to my car as much as possible.All the work was incredibly sound.When I got the car back, a turn signal stopped working, they had me bring it back in and fixed it for free.

Met me after hours so I could pick up my car, which was nice. The guy was patient while I found my paperwork. Only complaint is the cost which was over $300 for a tow of maybe 1.5 miles for a total of 3 hours time. I get an after hours fee but dang.

I've brought my car here twice and they've provided amazing service both times. They worked with me to get the price to something I could afford, and in unexpected ways they made the experience as simple and painless as possible. Plus, they're very friendly. I will never take my car anywhere else.

I had to have my car towed, and the tow man was very helpful and friendly. They were able to tow my car at 11 at night on a Friday. Outstanding service, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

TOWING: I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of ABSC s service and their professionalism. In the midst of a recent snowstorm, I recently slid my 2020 Outback off our driveway onto the side of a very steep hill. It was a precarious position which created the potential for significant vehicle damage with a less than optimal tow/winch. The young man from ABSC who came out (Ethan) carefully studied the situation and considered several options. However, he soon surmised that it would be much safer to exchange the tow truck he was driving for another ABSC vehicle that had 2 winches. 10 minutes later he was back, digging deep in the snow to attach cables around both the front and rear axles. He then carefully and slowly used the winches from side to side to slowly return our vehicle to the driveway, safe and unscathed. Throughout the entire process, Ethan was respectful, articulate, and careful. He was the consummate professional. This was my second experience with ABSC and I had a similar superior experience the first time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED LOCAL SERVICE! And Ethan rocks!
