These folks bailed us out today. We were driving through on a road trip, stopped for lunch just as the upper radiator hose popped on our Jeep. We called them up and they were willing to get us fixed up on short notice. Luckily it wasn't the radiator (initially thought that was what it was) we were in and out in a couple of hours. We were treated honestly and straight forward. 10/10 would use them again.

This business is awesome. They fixed out flat tire on short notice and shortly after closing the doors at 5pm. Dianne and Roger were courteous professional and happy at their jobs. I can not say enough about these people. Thank you!

WOWZER!10 STARZ!I'm a very well traveled 60+, recently retired fixed income individual.Quite frankly, in all my years I've never been treated better and so much like an old friend the entire, yet brief time I was here.A "Hello how are you" the instant I stepped in the door and a "Thank you" on my way out. Got me right in and right out for a fair price on new tires. They saw my Veterans license plate and mentioned it right away.A large, very clean shop and waiting area.Complimentary coffee and hot chocolate.Best automotive experience EVER!!!!!!!Service: Tires

While I can't say I'll ever be particularly excited about having to get new tires for my vehicle, I truly appreciate having such nice people to go to. A completely hassle free experience from the initial phone call, getting the tires delivered to the shop, dropping my vehicle off, the work was done quickly and picking up my vehicle and settling the bill was a breeze. McPherson's delivered a much better customer experience than I've ever had elsewhere when it comes to buying tires.Service: Tires

These guys are great!! My husband and I were up hunting and he ended up getting himself a little spike. We packed half of it out and we're on our way down to get help packing out the rest when his tire blew. Fast forward 4 days, we go into town in my suv and when we pull in, my tire was flat and the check engine light was on. We went to a different tire shop because it was closer. But then we went to point s because the tire shop we had gone to originally didn't have my husband's size tire (they were able to patch mine up). And I needed someone to run a diagnostic on my vehicle. Point S helped my husband find all available tires for him, online and calling around for him. Meanwhile, Jim the mechanic, changed a fuse and ran the scanner for me. We literally were there for an hour as they helped us through multiple problems and answered our bajillion questions. The whole time we were in, their attitude was one of kindness and patience. We ended up paying for a fuse when in reality we should have been charged a lot more. I didn't catch the woman's name at the front desk, but her and Jim and one other fellow were a blessing in our circumstance. Thank you, all of you, at McPherson's Tire Point S!!!

These guys saved my life! I was stranded in the canyon, and they not only arranged for a tow truck, but stayed after hours, on a Saturday to change my tires and get my car ready to drive. I would have been several more days not able to get back home and back to work if it hadn't been for McPherson Tires. Great service, and care! They are truly an asset to the community. I can't thank them enough!

Jamison and Doug were lifesavers! We had a major brake issue on our travel trailer while passing through town and pulled in 5 minutes before closing. They temporarily fixed the issue to get us to our destination so we can get parts ordered there. We are so thankful!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

My family and I were traveling through the area and we obtained a large nail in our tire. We called this place and they fit us in, even though they were closing soon. They fixed the tire and got us on our way at a fair price. We appreciated their kindness.

We are on vacation driving a rental car. We kept having a low tire issue. After adding air several times and monitoring the tire that was the problem, we went to McPhersons to see if they could fix the tire. They waited on us immediately and got the car in within 15 minutes. The tire had a screw in it, they were able to fix it and we were back on the road. The person who helped us was very nice, polite and professional. We would definitely recommend McPherson Tirein Montpelier, Idaho.Service: Tires

We got our snow tires from McPherson Tire. They got us the best tires for our car for an amazing prize. We also use the free rotation included with purchasing tires. They are always so fast to get us in and out. They are always friendly with smiling faces when I come into the store. We are definitely happy with our purchase and the excellent customer service we receive.

If I had been able, I would have rated McPherson Tire a zero. We bought 4 new tires from them and they didn't tighten the lug nuts. We hadn't gone more than 20 miles when we discovered that most of the lug nuts on 2 tires were gone. We had to take our truck to OK Tire to get things done correctly. I am just glad we were not traveling vdry fast so we did not have an accident.

After a week and a half and 5000 miles our poor old front tires were pretty worn. They replaced our front tires in no time and got us back on the road. So grateful!

Had a little problem while driving through town and they were the only people who could fit us in. They were prompt and professional. If I were from town we would definitely make this our go to place. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Rolled into town on a Saturday just as my tire pressure warning light came on. Pulled into McPherson tire who fixed it right away away. Gteat people, great service. Very impressed!

These folks were great I was driving home to Boise and had to stop because of a check engine light they got me in and out of there reset the codes for me couldn't ask for any better service thank you so much
