The water pump on my CAT 3406A bit the dust. I limped into the Love's in Ontario OR. Called Western States CAT and spoke with Nina Harris. She was amazing and luckily they had the parts. To top it off, they even delivered them straight to me, since I was in a pickle and desperately needed parts. I changed it all out and brought back the core. Amazing customer service, they really came through for me when I needed it most. Of course, it wasn't inexpensive, but CAT never is.

This guy's r awesome. Got $45k bill and still walked away with smile. Im driving here from WA for service.They stay behind their work! Bryan is my guy. Def recommended !P.S.Yo! please fix that GD antenna in driver's lounge..

I have one of the cat ct660 trucks,that was giving me a bunch of codes and putting me in limp mode, Ryan and his team got it straightened out.i chose the truck because I liked all the features that it has and what I needed it to do for work.every truck will have it's up's and downs,I'm just glad it was fixed correctly.i will recommend this shop to anyone,thanks again for the good job

Theses guys are terrible seems that the problem is that they don't fix what the actual issues are with the truck. Say it's fixed but basically just go around in circles ending up having to continually bring truck back numberous times. What a waste and a joke.... sickening

We take our early '00 diesel motorhome here for everything chassis/engine/generator-related. Quality of service is absolutely 5-star. Despite the large, professional (and a little bit intimidating) facility, the service provided is as warm as any well run family business. Every customer service agent is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind. They've always made us feel important, despite us being small-fry. The techs have solved some gremlin-issues seemingly without effort... clearly it's a very smart group out there. We appreciate them beyond measure and highly recommend Western States Cat to any RVer living here, or passing through. I hope the customer service agents and mechanics are well-compensated... they truly make this business beloved in our book.

Always shop very friendly VERY PROFESSIONAL.... came in late last night with a fuel leak after hours worked me in right away in the morning when the opened up. Had a nice driver lounge for me to wait in during business hrs the tec I had working on my truck was Ryan very fast very professional an would do business with them again thank you guys for helping me to make it to my delivery. More shops need to be as professional as yall.

Had an injector go bad,, they got me in and fixed no hassle, no problems. Big thanks to Ben, my mechanic, and to Stephanie at the front desk for being so helpful getting me in and out to turn those wheels again....

Very friendly they took us for a tour so we could see the equipment and take pictures of my son with them on his birthday. Made my kids day great.
