Awesome staff members.They took their time to explain things to me.My car needed break fluid. They helped me check with the kind of break fluid that is compatible with my car.Though they forgot to put sticker with information about the next due oil change service on the day, we did the oil change. I sent the van back at a different time, and they did it for me .I usually do my oil change at the time I am doing groceries.Most times, they finish before I get done with shopping.They keep you posted via text messages when they start working on your car.

Called Walmart Auto Center to price some tires. The guy on the phone gave me a quote (very competitive) but then prompted me to look into Walmart + where I would get benefits far exceeding the cost of the subscription. Bought my new tires online (discount) and Mounting Service (Free), and scheduled my appointment.I was met by the nicest guys, car was pulled in and taken care of, and I am quite pleased with the customer service.Would definitely recommend!

Took my car there today to remove a tiny screw off in one of the tires. Thanks goodness, the mechanic was able to put a plug and patch combo and I didn't have to purchase a brand new tire. Shona at the front desk was super helpful and patient. Thank you, crew!!

The auto repairing workers are friendly and responsible. They spent 2 hours changing my spare tire. And no charge.

Came in at 1:30pm to patch a tire. Was told it would take between 1hr to 1hr30. Seemed like and oddly long wait with only 1/3 service bays full so maybe they re short staffed? Car is finally brought into a service bay 1hr20 later. I ve now been here for over 2hr and haven t yet seen a tech working on my car. Service was friendly enough but there is zero sense of urgency among the entire staff. At least keep your customers updated if you are running behind and explain why. This is disrespectful of their time.

Most staff was extremely friendly and helpful but when a tech came out to let me know what needed done to my car they kept directing their questions to my husband rather than myself, the owner of the car. Even after I continually answered the questions they kept directing them at my husband. Very frustrating.

Steve the Service Manager and Rick the cashier were both so helpful for helping me and my Husband back on the road. It was a little later at night close to closing and we were in need of service as we were traveling out of state and punctured our tire. Prices were very reasonable and service was fast and friendly. Thanks to all the crew that was nice and willing to help us get back on our road trip.Service: Tires

Actually did a good job. Got my jeep in and out pretty quick, although I did go during a slow time not too long after they opened. A couple years ago they didn't change the oil filter so I check every time before I leave. They did a really good job!

Friendly staff, quick service, and great price! Able to get my shopping done while the oil is being changed, which is great when you have a toddler with you!

My sister took in our car to get one of the tires switched out because I had a warranty on them and they had told my sister that the warranty won t cover the situation when I told was told different when I purchased the new tires along with a warranty! I now feel like we were scammed out of money. Never again will we buy tires from Walmart Auto care ever again!Service: Tires

Hands down the most stressful situation I ve been put in. I showed up around 8am for an oil change, another guy was there explaining to the guy how another associate told him on the phone that it was first come first serve. I told the guy that the same associate told me the same thing. The only time they make appointments is for tires I guess. They had two appointments ahead of me an 8am, and a 9am. I told the guy I needed my oil changed and asked what time it d be done. He said 11am. I called at 11:15 after not hearing from anyone. The guy told me that he tried calling to tell me that they drained my oil but then realized they didn t have anymore of the kind I needed. Then he told me to go to O reillys to purchase MY OWN OIL AND FILTER and that they wouldn t charge for anything but services which was $20. I went and paid $34 for oil and a filter to find out two minutes after I left that I needed a different filter because the guy at O reillys sold me the wrong one. The guy told me I needed to go back to O reillys and purchase the right filter so they could finish my oil change. I got on the phone with the manager and demanded he go and get it himself. They are an AUTO CENTER. They couldn t even tell me what kind of oil my car took let alone the filter I needed. It was an absolute joke. DO NOT go to Walmart for any of your car needs.Service: Oil change

I brought two cars in for oil changes. 1 car had a low tire when I brought it in. No problem, right? Part of the service is that they check all fluids and top off if necessary, and inflate all tires to the right pressure. When I picked up that car, the tire was still low. The technician said on the receipt that he inflated all 4 tires and even specified the pressure. Clearly a lie. Then just now my other car that I brought in seemed to be running hot. I checked the radiator fluid and it was really low. How do I know these guys even changed the oil if they didn t do the other services that they claimed to do? Will never go back!

We were told our car would be ready in 30 minutes so we did our grocery shopping, came back 45 minutes later to find it had not even been pulled into the service bay. Nearly an hour later, someone finally looked under the hood and said they would not be able to do the battery install due to the location of the battery -- despite the fact that the old battery was also installed by Walmart Auto. This was 15 minutes before closing. We have always had helpful, yet slow service at this location in the past, but they seem terribly understaffed and now have lost our trust. We will not be returning.

If you decide to bring your car here, expect to wait an hour for something simple. Every time I have come it seems like the auto center is understaffed, I have waited at the desk for 15 minutes before somebody was able to come out and help me. They get the job done at a decent price, just remember to bring along your grocery list so you can kill some time.

The Manager and all the crew are awesome. I wouldn't hesitate to trust this location to perform any of the auto services they provide. The other locations in the area could learn from this location.Service: TiresService: Tires

I received help from an employee whose name was Jonathon, I believe. (He had a nose piercing.) The service I received was excellent! He finished my oil change and tire rotation within an hour and was very kind. Because of his great customer service I will be coming back again! Thank you.

I took my 2013 Honda Civic in because it wasn t driving smooth. Turned out that my tires were unbalanced and that I actually had a nail in one of them. They took great care of me and my car. She drives great now!

I went there with a nearly flat tire. Thanks to the integrity of Shaina my tire was able to be repaired rather than all four replaced.I received excellent customer service from Steve and will definitely return for future service.

Went to get oil, there were approx 10 people waiting to get checked out. No associate in sight, went to the sporting department for them to call for help in automotive department. The associate in sporting goods checked us out, very nice older gentleman. Going out the automotive department there were still 5 of the same customers waiting as we left.

I bought a set of tires and a battery... I sat the battery in the truck went back in the auto center to pay came out and went home... Battery wasn't there I called... They said it wasn't there... So I called twice looking for a manager... Waited on hold for 25 mins and 27 mins finally a gentleman said that he'd get my number and a manager would call me.... Still waiting...I wanted management to review their cameras to see who took the battery..Auto center is under staffed, customer service is non existent...

"Auto techs" are not trained or helpful. I was scared to get tires here because I had to explain to them that trailer tires are different than car tires. Incapable.

Overall good & extremely quick service from mechanics. The front desk team on the other hand was pretty incompetent and kind of rude. Probably won't come back.

I was the only car in the shop at the time and they told me my standard oil change would take 45 minutes. Ended up taking an hour and a half and ruined my plans for the day! :) also, every time i went to look, there was no one working on it and there were at least 6 servicemen there, but no one working on my car
