I took my FJ Cruiser to Trax for a 3" suspension lift, 17" wheels, 33" tires, and new running boards. When I walked in the door, I had a basic idea of what I wanted but really didn't have any specific ideas with regard to style of wheels, tires, etc. Ryan was extremely helpful and patient. He gave honest opinions and after listening to a description of what I wanted he literally pulled up the perfect set of wheels on his first attempt. Then we moved to tires, where once again he nailed it on the first attempt to show me a set of tires. He asked great questions about what I wanted to do with the vehicle and then suggested the right suspension. After all that was set, I mentioned that I didn't like my existing running boards, so once again he asked a few questions about what I needed and then pulled up the perfect set of running boards online. He quoted a price that stayed within my price range and set a date for the work to be completed. I was so impressed with the quality of work, along with the fact that they stuck to the original price quote and timeline. They did exactly what they said they would do, for the price they said they would do it, and finished it on time. I HIGHLY recommend Ryan and his team at Trax Customs.

I needed help with my dropped 09 Tahoe sagging in the rear from the drop not being installed correctly . I spoke with the guys there at Trax they ordered up the parts, got me back in and taken care of quickly ! Tahoe is looking great and riding even better ! No more hitting my bump stops!!! Great service , friendly and professional! Very good with their pricing !

What a great experience...Ryan was easy to work with, I have never done business with a custom shop. Everything he promised he did! From the quality of the seats he customized for me, to the timing to the price...Everything was as promised. I am now thinking of new stuff to put on my truck and will go through TRAX. Great job Ryan!

Went to there shop for a full stereo replacement. They said they would call back in a few days. 2 weeks later no call. Called back another week no call. Called back Ryan was at lunch. I was told he d call after lunch no call now about a week later. IM DONE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I GUESS $2400 is not work there time.

We recently bought a lifted 14' Silverado LTZ primarily to tow our travel trailer. But to make it trailer friendly and more efficient, it needed new wheels, tires & suspension. Knowing this, Ryan recommended a wheel/tire set up that runs extremely well on the highway but still aggressive enough on the trails. And performance suspension that he dialed in to keep everything level and smooth. Ryan listened to our needs and recommend the best components for our particular needs from the beginning. Super knowledgeable, great service and awesome follow up as well. Best experience I've had with upgrading any of my vehicles.

Reliable experienced shop! I came in with my 2011 Honda CRV, my headlights were in bad shape, super yellow, can t even see anything when it s dark outside. It is now super bright, feels and looks like a brand new car :)

Absolutely the very BEST customer service I have seen in years!I needed a Kenwood Head unit installed and a couple of front speakers in a 1988 Land Cruiser and Travis did an excellent job, very pleased. And the price was less than expected. I took the vehicle in for them to look at and give me a quote, made an appointment for the following day and it was finished by noon. Forget about the Goof Squad at Best Buy, take it to Trax in Meridian, you won't be disappointed...

Had a suspension problem where a u-bolt nut came off. They don't stock u-bolt nuts or sell them but Ryan took the time to look through spare parts, happened to find one and handed it to me, free of charge. Was really appreciative of that and he sent me on my way. As I was leaving, he came back out and had me pull into garage so he can install and torque it down. He went WAY above anything I asked. Top notch team there and when I need work done, I'll be coming to Trax Customs for work.Ryan made a return customer today!The showroom is sweet, too! That Soltice LSX build is a awesome!

Been going to Travis for several years now and done multiple projects on two vehicles... the Lord's work is done in that shop. Creative, custom, and just flat-out BADASSERY. I can't tell enough people to get something done at Trax and I have amazing results to show off as proof.

Travis installed stereos and speakers in multiple vehicles for me. The work was top notch and the sound was amazing. He has also installed upgraded headlights for me and they look and work perfect. I trust Trax for all my vehicle upgrades. Thank again

Ryan at Trax Customs is a great guy to work with, I've had him work on my truck 4 times now and am 100% satisfied with the work. Extremely responsive, completed the work within hours of dropping my truck off, and very reasonable prices. From custom aftermarket work to general repairs, these guys are hands down the best shop I've ever dealt with. I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest shop.

Ryan and his team at Trax Customs are knowledgeable, considerate, and take the time to help understand what their customers are looking to do. During the many times I have been in, Ryan has offered lots of his time and advice without any pressure to purchase anything. I am thrilled I found this company. My experience with Trax Customs was about as positive as it could be.The owner was honest and helpful. One of the items I wanted them to do he talked me out of by explaining why it would not be a good idea. His honesty saved me money, but in turn caused him to loose out on work. I appreciate when reputation and doing the right thing out weigh making an easy buck.I would recommend Trax to my closets friends and familyMike W

Kind of rude people. I stopped by asking for price to install running boards to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The guy at the front desk did not even stand up. He made a quick guess and said, mmmhhhh $150 bucks; I replied saying, don't you need to see them to check how easy or difficult it will be to do the installation? He said, that is my price, sorry.....

The guys at Trax were awesome to work with. Ryan was super knowledgable and always quick to answer any questions I had. He even came in after hours so I could drop my truck off. Good guys, great service, and a fast turn around. And I couldn't be happier with the work they did. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. A+++ company!

Had my headlights replaced on my 2010 Tacoma. I went with a newer style and what a difference in appearance and quality! I would highly recommend Trax and their friendly crew for any service on your truck, Very Pleased!

These guys are awesome, super friendly, and very good customer service! The price is good here and the work is done fast! They even said they would stay open later for me to come get my truck! Normally I do not write reviews but they did such a phenomenal job, I needed to recommend anyone to go to Trax for ANY work. I have a 2008 Toyota Tundra with a 12" Bulletproof suspension lift. They were able to install rear air bags (with a sweet blue tooth remote) and wheels with a -76 offset. I went to several companies but no one wanted to sell me wheels with that offset because it wouldn't fit. Trax not only snagged the last set of wheels I wanted in the country but trimmed the front so I could achieve the 'look' I wanted with those wheels. You can't even see where they trimmed the fender. They also installed AMP steps and tinted my windows. They would reply instantly and provide any accommodations necessary. Professional and detail oriented. I will bring my truck back for sure. They are now my go-to company for all work!

Quality work fair price excellent customer service but fair warning it may take awhile to get into the shop these guys keep busy but thats a good thing. Travis was knowledgeable friendly and helpful with getting custom headlights installed.

Ryan was awesome and super accommodating! I contacted him the night before, dropped my truck off and had it back the next day. You can't beat the price he quoted, or most importantly, the customer service. I'd highly recommend contacting him before getting any work done on your truck!

Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He answered every question I had, and definitely knows what he is doing. Over the last 2 or 3 months he kept in contact with me until we figured out exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Trax to anyone looking for an honest and reasonably priced place to bring your vehicle. Keep it up guys!

I will continue to take all my cars to Travis and Ryan. Hands down the best fab work I have ever seen. The lighting and audio install by Travis is top notch and the knowledge and expertise of Ryan is unmatched. This is the second time I've done business with them; once for my Porsche and now new tires and wheels for my truck. Both times the service was outstanding, they know their product line, and they have the best prices. Compare them with a discount places including that one that begins with L.S. and you'll see that they have the best value for your dollar.
