We got a 3" lift with wheels and tires for our brand new GMC Yukon. Ryan helped us find wheels that matched perfectly and the tires that look awesome! After 20k miles we had a tire that got a cut in the sidewall and needed to be replaced because it could not be repaired. They covered the new tire and labor to replace it under warranty! Such great service. Love these guys!

Great service! Everything was hassle free, and the techs made an assessment of my tires right in front of me. This displayed knowledge, honesty, and also a willingness to educate me about the concerns that brought me into the shop. Being listened to is a key factor to why I will remain a loyal customer!

Well all the great reviews say it all!. This place is awesome. Spoke with Melissa about some repairs and maintenance needed on my vehicle. She called me back that afternoon with an estimate and was able to get me in as soon as the parts arrived!!! The communication and the service was TOP NOTCH. I've got some more item on the to-do list and I will definitely be coming back! Keep up the GREAT WORK and thanks again!!!PS- thanks for going above and beyond!! My engine bay was slightly dirty, they cleaned it, made sure there was no grease stains or oil residue, etc. One happy Customer :)

Roger s Tire Pros did a great job with diagnosing and fixing the problem with my brakes, and they were able to fix everything the same day. I always have a great experience when using Roger s either for my car or my wife s car. I highly recommend them for their service and their people who are very friendly and helpful to work with.

The repairs on my truck were completed ahead of time. Staff was very courteous, professional, and was offering many different options.I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing tires,and any other services.

This is the second time I have left with my vehicle and the work I requested not being done. There will not be a third. About a year ago. I brought my truck in for front and rear brakes, I left with new rear brakes, and the front had not been touched because they looked good. I was told. I was aware of their condition, but I requested new front and rear brakes of a brand I wanted. Today I brought my car in knowing full well the condition of the brakes and requested new front and rear, I left with a inspection, telling me the condition and a quote for a new tires. None of this is what I requested be done. All I wanted was new front and rear brakes not a tire quote.

Damsel in distress found Subaru wouldn't turn over. Not only did they send out someone to diagnose but they were happy to help me with new battery just minutes before closing. Nicest people and you will have all my future business!

Looking for a new place to FULLY service your vehicle??? Look no further than Roger s Tire Pros. I wish I could give 10 stars! Brad, Chris and the entire team are the best! Honest, reliable, fair and provide great advice for keeping your car in good shape. They are a full service shop so, can have your oil changed, your brakes repaired and your tires rotated all in one simple visit. These are the folks to go to for tire and automotive services they truly are off-the-charts good. Huge shoutout and 'thank you' to Chris, for helping me with my new wheels I ve only had them for a couple weeks and I ve received probably 10 spontaneous compliments from random people. I can't say enough GREAT things about this place!! They are a locally owned family business and it shows. Their customer service is above expectations. Chris Smith knows his wheels and tires and anything automotive. He was so helpful and patient with me as we picked out the right tires and rims for my pickup truck. They are super efficient and always in communication with you on things. This whole team and staff deserves a huge thank you!!! Brought my truck in to get the brakes fixed. Got my truck back and now my check engine light is on, the Automatic Transmission light is on which I've never seen before, and my speedometer is bouncing all over the place.

As a business owner myself, I can tell you probably some of the best service I ve had at a service shop! Everybody was so nice and professional! I was greeted immediately as I walked in. Brooklyn took my service request. She said it would be handled in about an hour. The technician got to work on my tire soon after. In 50 minutes I had paid and walked out the door. Very good service .

Very bad experience, both ladies at the customer service counter were dismissive and rude. I came in to get one tire mounted onto a rim and they quoted close to $100

Saved my tire from a screw, same day no appointment. I don't know what it it normally costs but I was very pleasantly surprised with the cost and they even put my spare back up and my fixed tire back on.

Got me in quick, dropped my truck off and used the key drop. Called me right away in the morning to discuss what I needed. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it for way cheaper than what I was expecting. Awesome customer service answered every question and concern I had. They are very prompt, professional, and affordable. Will be bring my truck here again. Worse place I've even gone, i asked them to check my battery and they ended up doing a full diagnostic on my car and refused to give me car back until I paid them. I will never be going back here. Customer service also was extremely rude and unprofessional, over the phone I was trying to figure everything out with them, and customer service hung up on me.

Don t come here unless you want them to lie to your face. My whole family and I have been going to them for years and spent thousands of dollars never really had a problem with them until I went in for an oil change and it was taking longer than usual when my car was ready Chris came up to me holding my handle to my dipstick he tells me it broke off and my dipstick is stuck in my car and they tried for 30 minutes to retrieve it and even their lead mechanic tried and he couldn t get it out either then he tells me to be able to get it they would have to take apart my whole engine get it out and that would be starting at around $170 or more depending on how long it took them to get it , I went to my uncle who has knowledge about cars he was able to get it out in less than 1 minute ! Unbelievable on top of that I called to schedule an appointment with this place to get it fixed and the front desk told me well Chris needs to do some research because he says this won t be an easy fix can he call you back I said yes of course they don t even feel like calling me back a week later I really wonder what they were actually doing during those 30 minutes .Service: Oil change

I walked in there store to get an estimate on some new rims for my wife's car. To my surprise they were a lot less expensive then I anticipated. They also gave me a fair trade in for our stock rims. I highly recommend Roger's Tire Pro's very pleased with the results.

Took the car in for a brake job. Called and said we only needed part of the brakes done and did info us that our front tires needed to be replaced. Felt the after hours drop off went smoothly and we got our car back the next day. Made another appointment to get new tires on the camper and they will have it done this week all in one day. Great service and easy to work with.Services: Tires, Brakes
