Has had my car for literally 2 months and hasn't even started an estimate. Fast forward to months down the road. I finally have my car back after 6 months and these are some of the results. They should not be in business, and I have reported them to the BBB as of 5/12/2023. I'm almost certain they sabotaged my breaks and other internal components. Please avoid this place like the plague.

Had my AC recharge done here and was extremely impressed with how quick and affordable the service was. I did have a bit of a hard time finding my way around the lot between the office and shop just because they have so many campers/vehicles in a fairly small area, but I couldn t be happier with the fact that it was done in less than an hour and costed less than the amount I was quoted from them over the phone, and FAR less than all of the big chain repair shops I talked to when comparing prices. I really like the emissions testing part of this business and have always had good service there BUT the collision repair part of the business definitely raises concern over their prices.I recently had a fender bender and it popped the rear bumper about an inch out of place on the other vehicle. The other driver went to Rocky Mountain Collision to get an estimate which she sent me as we were considering paying them directly.The estimate included repairing some existing damage to the other vehicle that shouldn't have been included but even after that portion was subtracted I was absolutely shocked to see that the estimate from Rocky Mountain Collision was $1868.42 (approximately) MORE than what Progressive paid out ($511.75) based on either the estimator's determination or other shops' estimates.This seems shady. Why the drastic difference in price? It's possible I may have calculated a bit off as I had to make sense of all their costs then try to subtract the portion for the existing damage so it's possibly a couple hundred dollars off maximum, and that still leaves a huge difference.Is the owner of this shop a friend of theirs who was trying to drive up the cost so they could get extra cash? I don't know. I don't know any of that but what I DO know is their prices, at least on this estimate, are shockingly high compared to others. What gives?

Cheap and easy emissions testing. I've brought my car here for the past six years, and it has always been quick and affordable. Ive never had any problems with customer service and I highly doubt that I ever will. I think the price jumped up a dollar since my last emissions test, but that's no big deal.

Great workers and prices here. For years these mechanics have shown me great work! Want to get the word out for more people to experince good ol' fashion work ethics! Set an appointment today to see for yourself! You'll also love their prices! $8.88 for an emissions test! The BEST PRICE AROUND! Go there for THAT alone to see how they do business! Great!

I got a quote from Caliber Collision to fix a scratch on my mirror. After being told $200 I got a quote emailed to me for $600.I went to Rocky Mountain Collision and the gentleman tried rubbing it out with some rubbing compound which didn t work. He then put some paint remover on a cloth and like magic it was gone.I gave him my information and told him to send me a bill, the company I work for is paying. I didn t get anything and called back yesterday asking what happened to the quote. He lost my information. I gave it to him again and thanked him and told him I wanted to pay him however my company is putting in a claim. I gave him my information again and he told me what a stand up man I was. I kept checking my email and nothing.This place is honest and fair and go see Rocky or get ripped off somewhere else.Thank you, Cary Gifis

Very good business! The place has been here for 20+ years and has always been that good, personable business. Painter is very awesome, body man is great, emissions are $10, and they are super friendly fast staff. I ll always recommend them!

The emissions wasn't the problem. Mostly was the guy working there at the time? Not sure if they rotate or he was having a bad day. But he really didn't help me out as much as tell me what was wrong. Just kinda said you failed go home. So idk maybe in the future give people assistance in what you do everyday and tell them exactly how to fix the issues? Or in general have a better attitude!

Fast, friendly, helpful , and professional. And half the going rate for two years of emissions red tape, propaganda , BS that really is just another way for the government to remove money from our wallets forcefully so they can determine how best to spend our dollars on something that benefits their interests.

I wont go anywhere else for emissions testing. Cant get any better than 10.00 for a test. My boyfriend took his diesel somewhere else and when they ran the test, the rpms ended up at 3500 which I wasnt impressed with (that's in the red zone on the gauge) and it failed. Because of my previous experiences here, we brought it over to these guys and it passed no problems, and they didnt max out the rpms on the truck when they were doing the test. They've always been fast and friendly. When my Jeep didnt pass, they explained what I needed to do and gave me a printout with the instructions. Followed it step by step and then it passed no problem.

I went to pick my car up today, and was SHOCKED at how fantastic it looked ! The crew at Rocky Mountain did a superb job on repairing the damage to my car. Not only do they do great work, but they have great customer service being extremely friendly! They would not let me drive off in my car unless I was 150% satisfied ! Which I was! I will be sure to refer friends and family !

Terry always does a great job with our cars, the prices are always fair, and we now exclusively use Rocky Mountain Collision for all our repair needs. I cannot understand why others would have had a problem with Rocky Mountain Collision. Although we have never had our cars painted there, we have always received friendly service. I can only think that anyone who may have not had the best experience here must have been talking to one of the employees and not Terry himself. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of car repairs.

I loved this place! I needed an emissions test, the line was long, so I thought it was going to take a long time, but he zipped through everyone so fast! It was quick and cheap!

It's the best price to have your emissions done the wait usually is not too long and their staff is always very nice I wouldn't go anywhere else

I wouldn't give them 1 star nut but no optionTerrible customer service was waiting for testing and another car pulled up several minutes after me he started on other vehicle without even acknowledging that I was there let alone talking to me. I will tell everyone I know that they suck.

$9.98 for emissions test in no time (OBDII). $0.50 surcharge for credit cards. I'll be back next time I need emission testing. Thanks guys!!!
