First time getting my oil changed at Kendall on my Ford F250. This is a "very" well organized and professional service center!! Special thank you to Rick Blakiston for the friendly, caring and professional communication & service. Rick is a fantastic representative for this company and why I will come back. Nice, clean & comfortable waiting area. Thank you for the great service and staff!!! FIVE STARS.

Outstanding service all around. Recently had my 2019 F150 in for oil change and general maintenance as I was approaching 100K miles and maint pkg was expiring. I spoke with Garret Rush and told him what issues I had and that my maint pkg was close to expiring. He said, "No problem We got you". He and a technician looked over my truck and figured out all that needed to be done. He called and said they'd need to order parts and then get it scheduled to be worked on. I was expecting 2-3 weeks but Garret called me in 2 days and said parts were in and they could get it done today. I brought my truck in and they got right to work. The technician literally took the keys from me and got to work on my truck. Garret said he'd keep me posted on the progress and when I could expect it to be done. Through out the whole process Garret kept me up to date and informed. The Ford Technician did a great job and my truck is running like NEW... ready for another 100k+ miles! The whole team at Kendall Quick Lane has always done a great job. This time they went above and beyond to get the job done right and make the customer happy. This is why I will continue to trust the team at Kendall Quick Lane to keep my F150 in top shape. THANK YOU Garret & Team I could not be happier with the service.

Came in for a full service oil change without an appointment and they got me in and out in about an hour, which I would say is pretty good for a Saturday in the afternoon. The service itself was good, except I asked them to set my ture pressure to the recommended pressure, and they forgot to do that part...other than that, everything went well.

I was approaching 100,000 miles on my vehicle, which signified that I needed to get a variety of proactive mileage based maintenance done. The dealership I usually get my vehicle serviced at didn t have any reasonable time frames to do the maintenance themselves, and instead sent me home with a multipoint inspection form that highlighted work that needed to be completed as soon as possible. With that being said, I called around to various popular shops and dealerships in the treasure valley to get quotes as well as established wait times as I had a great deal of work that I wanted done all at once. Out of the numerous businesses I contacted, Kendall stood out far above the rest for a variety of reasons. First off, the customer service was unmatched by their competitors - from the moment they answered my call I was treated like a valued customer. The service advisor (Jacob Swenson) put forth a great deal of time discussing the work with me, addressing my questions, and providing me with various options - showing top notch professionalism, customer service, and above all else knowledge and experience. Likewise, Jacob and other staff here worked with me to identify a feasible timeline for the work to be completed that suited my hectic schedule, and they were able to schedule me within the time frame I needed despite their booked schedules. The work was no different than their customer service. Jeff was the tech that serviced my vehicle, and despite having a multipoint inspection print out from the prior dealership, they did their due diligence and ran their own inspection to ensure the recommendations were accurate and appropriate to give me peace of mind. In all, Jason, Jeff, and their crew were able to complete the large quantity of work in a single day with the highest quality whereas other dealerships and shops could not. As such, I will very much be returning to this service department in the future.

I waited three weeks to get my 2019 Ford Edge oil change. I was reminded of my appointment several times. I was at Corwin Ford ten minutes early and was told it would be a two hour wait to get my car serviced. If you ve got better things to do than sit in a waiting room for hours I suggest getting your car serviced just about anywhere else.

One year ago I took my pickup in for service and they said the batteries were going bad. I had them replace both of them and when I got home I checked the batteries and they left the terminals corroded. All they had to do was say they need to be cleaned and I would have paid more. They had me bring the pickup back and they cleaned them for free. This time the mechanic unhooked one battery to test both and they said all was good. When I got home I checked the batteries and the terminal was very loose, just laid on the battery. I tightened it, called them and they said I would get a call back the same day. It's been 5 days and no call back.

We took our car in for an oil change, everything was fine with the car, passed inspection. After the oil change the engine light came on, we brought it back in to be checked and it had something to do with the oil system, they told us to pull over to the service center where we were told it couldn t be fixed today. It s our commute car because my husband works out of state and this is the last day he s in town. VERY disappointed in how they handled the issue that was caused by one of their own service members.

ASE certified mechanic here and I use these guys for quick tasks that I don't have time for myself, one of the only shops you can bring your own tires to to get mounted and balanced at a reasonable fee without the ridiculous up charges that Les Schwab, Discount Tire, and Commerical Tire have. They do my oil changes and other fluid changes on my F150 and tires on my 3000GT VR4 race car, no issues here, very nice and friendly employees, offer free shipping service home, love it so much need to give you guys a good real 5 star review. I read the other low star review, we're all human and make mistakes. Keep up the good work, as a mechanic my time is very valuable, it's a pleasure to take time out of my day to write this review.

I bought winter tires from this place. I got a good deal on tires with the rebate they offered. Unfortunately when i went to pay, they put my contact information in their system incorrectly, and I failed to notice it. When I submitted my rebate online it was denied because the information didnt match. I had to ask them three times to fix the information in their system and they finally did after this last time. Then I asked for a receipt with the corrected information to submit for the rebate and of course they said they cant. Im just getting the run around with this place. Im not impressed and will not be back here.

Very impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by the personnel working in the Quick Lane. They not only did the basic oil/lube on our vehicle, they also checked a myriad of other things that could possibly have a negative effect on our driving experience.

If you're going to get an oil change they have a coupon online for 19.95 you get up to five quarts and they will check all your fluids and tire pressure. Very nice people there as well.!

No one knew how to program a key FOB. I had to wait an hour. But they were very friendly and accommodating. And to be fair it was a Saturday when the shop is off.
