I brought my car in for a check engine light they were very polite and helped scan my vehicle and then printed out a sheet with the codes that where wrong and gave me some recommendations and even let me know that I was safe to drive it if needed.Great experience!

I go to oreillys often every time I go there they are always willing to help me. There prices are very reasonable and if their product fails they always warranty it I m pleased to give these guys my business. I ve been an oreillys customer ever since 2012 and there products have always been good.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Mason at O'Reilly, and I must say, his expertise and knowledge were absolutely outstanding. I had been experiencing an unusual noise coming from my car engine, but I couldn't pinpoint the source. Mason immediately put me at ease with his professionalism and attentiveness. He thoroughly examined my engine, using his keen ear to identify the issue within no time alongside his flashlight.Mason's ability to diagnose the problem accurately was impressive. He patiently explained the cause of the noise and discussed the necessary steps to rectify it. My mechanic let me know one of the covers on my battery was missing. You could see where battery acid had splashed all over my air intake. I drove to this location to warrant my 4 month old Super Starter Extreme. Without hesitation the gentleman at the counter began interrogating me: Asking what I did to the cover and insisting there is no way that could ever come off a battery while staring at a photo of my engine bay with the car in the parking lot. Refusing to warrant the problem, repeatedly asking me ridiculous questions and putting me on the defensive for something out of my control. I was in work attire getting ready to visit a customer. Finally the manager came over and replaced it for me without question. Once this battery dies Duralast Gold from here on out! Never again.

Today, December 30th 2023i pulled in to O reilleys Auto Parts on Fairview Ave. near Eagle Road in Meridian, Idaho. This was right around 430 pm on New Year s Eve. My old Toyota Camry which has served me so very well for so long has developed a noise near or in the engine recently. I m not a mechanic, but I have done plenty of mechanic work. Enough to realize this noise isn t good, but can t seem to really pinpoint it enough to decide which part I m going to remove, purchase a new one and install it. Two Oreilleys Auto Parts specialists in the store listened to my problem, and offered to listen to my car and try to help me narrow down what could be causing this noise. They offered to read my computer to see if the check engine light might be of help with a code. They both came out, and one used the OBD II while the other gentleman used an old school trick I had forgotten all about, and this man is probably less then half my age. The backyard mechanic truck helped him narrow down the culprit very quickly and solve the mystery. Both of these very pleasant and helpful Oreilleys service reps then offered me the pricing information as well as availability of the part should I decide to order it. I was not pressured in any way, only offered great customer service at a time when I believe most of us can agree seems to be a completely lost art in business these days. I will be purchasing and replacing the part they identified for me very soon, and you can rest assured I will be going back to this Oreilleys to buy it. Thanks Guys!

Jeffrey was absolutely amazing. I just pulled into town with my family after a 5 hour car ride and we stopped and the car was having trouble starting. It was 100 degrees outside and I finally got it started and headed straight to O Reilly. Luckily I got Jeffrey to help me. He checked on the battery and first thought it was probably the alternator, and the. He said wait let me take the terminals off and clean them up and try to test them again. After doing that he said actually I think it is your battery. He gave me options for a new battery and I picked one and he went in and got a battery and installed it and made sure that fixed all the issues and it did. Thank you Jeffrey for going the extra mile for me and my family, saving us hundreds of dollars and from the 100 degree heat with our car not starting. You are the man!!!!

Typically have what I need and have found they are getting people that understand vehicles. It's really not a grocery store and folks want others that ha e worked on vehicles. I got lucky and found the older folks that knew what I needed. Thank you for hiring qualified personnel

100% recommend this location. Manager tested the battery and alternator. Told us we needed a new battery and installed with no issue. Took maybe 15 minutes . My idle was low but he instructed me to run at high rpm's for a moment and it would settle. 100% correct , he was polite, professional and even refused tip after he heard we were treated poorly at other location. Amazing what a little bit of knowledge and taking pride in your job do for the customer experience.

Steve saved my bacon this morning. He tested my alternator and battery, sold me a new battery, and installed it for me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. And he didn't judge me for my corroded, super old battery! Hubby loves this place too.

Highly recommend! Brake lamp warning light went out on my Honda Pilot. Wish I had tools and knowledge to repair. Called couple of auto shops and dealership but no one could get me in to service and needed my car dropped off. Went to O'Reilly Auto Parts after viewing a YouTube video how to replace. Bought lights and Abass offered excellent service and replaced the tail light on the one side, then suggested doing both sides!I wish I had the tools and skills but greatly appreciate the help of O'Reillys experts for women needing assistance.Greatly appreciated.

This is one of the cleanest stores I have been in. The employees are professionally dressed, knowledgeable about a wide variety of things pertaining to all that is car related, the store manager is very pleasant to his customers and employees. He , without hesitation stepped outside numerous times to help his customers with various things and unlike most parts stores thos location has a wide variety of parts so i never have to wait for the parts that i need. The employees never direct me to go somewhere else and are patient and pleasant to work with. The store is in a great location and the parking lot is clean and easy to maneuver. I will be shopping here from now on.

Really satisfied with the after market parts I have had to order for my almost 20yr old Jeep through O'Reilly Auto parts. They ordered the right parts the first time! I just had to pay for freight in advance, was the draw back.

Very helpful. To many question on what kind of car you have? When it turns out the parts could be used for all. Anyway. For convience I get my parts here if I can wait for a part I order it online for half the price. But they seem to be the cheapest for local

When you walk in the door, theres almost always somebody there ready to help you find what you're looking for. They have loads of stock in the back as well as all the basic necessities of your car. You can also have your items shipped to the store for free if they dont have it on hand if it is on the website.

Great service. Took our granddaughter in with her car. She bought new wipers and a headlight bulb. They installed both. We're going back for our car needs.
