The only place to get your oil changed! This place focuses on SERVICE! Friendly staff, clean working area, and you know they are doing a great job for you. You may spend a few extra dollars, but we ll worth it for peace of mind. They know what they are doing.

These guys are great!Very honest and informative.We did not need an oil change as we thought, and they still checked all our vitals and perfect for our trip back to Washington state.Highly recommend.Thank you Metro Express

Metro Express is by far the best place in town for all your service needs. The employees are fresh and clean cut, always hustling always have a smile on their face. If you're looking for fantastic old fashioned 1950s style service. You must check him out. The concept of fast friendly service is alive and well at the shop. It's truly refreshing to see this level of service still being implemented at this establishment. I highly recommend it.

Very fast and efficient work. I enjoy their customer friendly approach. It isn't over the top and it shows that they do care about the comfort of their customer while they wait. We have taken both of our cars there and received the same excellent service every time. I had a small oil leak after my last service and the team quickly replaced the oil filter with no charge, even giving me a free car wash to help clean off the bottom of my car. The guys that own this shop came from the local shop named Einstein's. The local shop Einstein's was known for providing an excellent customer service experience while providing a top notch service. When the company and its many locations were sold to valvoline the staff were mistreated, under paid and pushed out. Now many of then work here and you truly get the Einstein's level of service.

I would give Metro Express a 5+ rating! They stand behind their work and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The owners are caring compassionate, and knowledgeable. They treated me like I was family going WAY beyond what they needed.After an oil change we found a leak, we were questioning driving the car because it was loosing a good amount of oil so they sent an employee to the house to check the car. They got the car back to the shop, found the problem (nothing they did) went way beyond what they had to do to get the car fixed.You don't find service like this!Want quality, caring, knowledgeable service this is the place!AMAZING EXPERIENCE!Service: Oil change

I live in Payette Idaho, when I need my oil changed or my car needs service, I drive from Payette to Meridian to get it serviced. You couldn t ask for better service the Metro Express.Thank you and kudos to all employees and owners.

These guys are amazing! The owners should be proud of their staff. I NEVER write reviews, but I felt compelled to after SEVERAL visits of pure satisfaction. Whether it s an oil change or a noise that I am hearing under the hood, they are beyond helpful, honest, and professional. How many places have you ever been to, turn down work because they did not think you needed it? I leave this place feeling better about my vehicles every single time I come in. Well, it was a fast oil change! Faster than I could have done it myself. But I only went because of a coupon. "$15 off an oil change - reg. $42.99". But,when I arrived and they handed me a menu it turns out their basic oil service actually costs $52.99. And, of course, it had been so long since I had someone else do my oil that I didn't think of synthetic oil being an upcharge. So I was just taken aback by the service that I expected to be ~$28 ended up costing around $74.They do take the time to check everything out, though. I wasn't expecting to get tires and wiper fluid topped off or to have all the lights checked. And I did appreciate the list of recommended service times on various systems in my car. The no-charge coffee was good. The newspaper might have been a little unnecessary, but it was a nice gesture.

In and out very quick. We needed oil change, differential oil, transfer case oil, new wiper blades, new air filter and I couldn't believe how fast they did everything but still very thorough. Very professional and courteous. Best oil change experience I have ever experienced.

I had a chance to have my daughters car serviced there today. She had an oil leak and other issues. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was full. Gave me a list of things that could be wrong, that I needed to take to my mechanic. It wasn t a normal oil change, it was an inspection as well. I appreciate knowing that my daughter would have been looked after if she has taken her vehicle in herself. Best oil change EVER! I use another oil shop and always have. I am a long time monthly car wash customer. Out of convenience I tried your oil service this morning. After my experience with staff and mainly Jake, I was impressed enough to not only change my oil shop to you in the future but immediately sent my son down in his scion to get it serviced this afternoon as well. Everyone was friendly, informative and fast however there is something about Jake that is over and above anyone I have dealt with in my entire life of oil changes and I m 46, started at 14. He is just awesome. Went up and above for me getting information, proving information, making recommendations but all without a pushy feeling. There is something special about that guy and I thought I needed to share that. Don t let him go anywhere. Nice work overall.New customer.Service: Oil change

I have four cars. They've all been serviced at this location. Austin B. is "The Man." I just got home from having my car's oil and filter serviced. I meant to roll in their bay with exactly 45,000 miles on the ODO, but I was at 44,992 - close enough! At the 50,000 mark, I plan to have the oil, filter, rear diff and manual-trans fluids done then. In my opinion, one needs to not look anywhere else but this place for fast, courteous, professional, and convenient (open 7 days) service! I now make it a point to ask for Austin, and if I could do a 6 star review, I would. ;-) Oorah to you Austin!!!Service: Oil change

The service when I got there was amazing ly efficient. Their communication was awesome how to give them a five, except.... They told me of the filter I needed to change eventually and when I called three or four different times to find out if they had the filter and how much it would be I could get a straight answer. Then was even told they can't look in their system to see what I had been told that my appointment as far as my needs. So face to face they're definitely a five. Follow up questions or like a three or less. Very friendly even when they were unable to help.

Cars were so close together going through that brushes didnt make contact and car cones out with spots and bugs. Space the dang cars out. Cancelling unlimited because last three washes we have been unsatisfied for this reason.

Very professional and courteous service attendees and reasonable prices. When Einstein's Oilery changed ownership, I didn't know where I would go to find that level of service and trust. We all know people make a business, and the people at Metro Express Lube made me a repeat customer for all my oil change and related service needs. They treat the customer's needs from start to finish. They had me at "hello can I offer you something to drink?".

This place is AMAZING! Hands down the best service in the valley, I'll never take my car anywhere else! Quick, organized, professional, and a very clean shop! As soon as I pulled up someone greeted me and offered a price sheet, something to entertain myself with, and something to drink. These guys definitely care about you as a customer!

Super quick. Super efficient. When I pulled up someone came jogging out and offered me a pricing sheet,newspaper and offered a drink. They got the job done fast and well. Everyone was really friendly and cared about you and your vehicle it was a great experience

This place has quality service. The Einstein s near me closed and I switched to Valvoline, but they proved time and time again that quality is not their fort�.Metro Express did a great job, went above and beyond, were informative, and knew what they were doing. They re friendly, honest, and always willing to answer questions while thoroughly servicing your car. I m glad I found this place.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

This is the only place I'll go to get my oil changed in the Boise area! I used to go to Einstein's but ever since they were bought out by Valvoline, they've slowly been going downhill. Austin and his crew work fast and they're really honest about everything and won't push you to buy stuff you don't need. Austin used to work for Einsteins so he knows firsthand about that. These guys can also change out your headlights, reverse lights etc if your car let's them! I'd recommend this place to anyone!

This was my first experience at Metro and let me tell you everything was professional and quick. The guys go over everything with you and leave nothing untouched. Highly recommended and I will return. Update...just went in for a fuel system clean and they did a great job

Amazing experience! I wasn t pressured to do anything and I felt everything that was suggested was honest and I received quality service. Not your typical quick stop oil change. Sloan was super informative and some of the best customer service I ve come by.
