I called to get my brakes done. They were able to get me same-day service. They gave me front brake pads. I also want them to flush my brake fluid and flush my power steering fluid. They did a great job at reasonable price. I highly recommend Meineke.

I went to this particular Meineke as my roommate had a great experience here.I needed the synthetic oil change on my 2001 Cadillac ETC.Great customer service. Great humour from the Gentleman that wrote my ticket.Excellent job, great price, all of the mentioned extra services were performed plus I noticed later that a couple of battery lines had been relocated for safety plus various clips etc, had been reattached.These folks go above and beyond. Highly recommend.Will be calling tomorrow for a fuel filter replacement as these folks have totally earned my trust.Thank You!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Went in because check engine light has been coming off and going on. I told the guy I wanted a diagnosis and how much it would cost. They did just that. When I asked if they could have it done that day they said yes. Gave me a loaner car and had it fixed in about two hours. It was super cool. Super nice people as well.

The workers and services were incredible. They were very professional and had quick turn around with great communication. I brought my SUV in on a Saturday and they were able to repair it in an hour at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

On our cross country move our vans alternator and battery went out. We were stranded and the few places we tried to get help were booked so we ended up at Meineke. They were able to get us in immediately and have it done in less than 5 hours. Very thankful for their promptness and helpfulness.

Dropped in, they had an opening for an oil, filter and tire rotation and it was done in about twenty-five minutes. Was yreated very good like a valued customer and no high pressure to have additional things done. A couple of items were suggested but very politely turned down without Any hassel. I appreciate how well I'm treated when I come into this shop and have been a very long time customer. Thanks to theeineke Car Care Crew.

Called in the morning for an appt. to get front brakes done. Dropped off truck 45 min. Later, picked it up 3 hrs after being dropped off. Get a quote 1st. for repairs.

We were traveling and our check engine light came on at 4:30 on a Saturday. Scott looked at it and told us we would need a tune up. Normally they are closed on Sunday but Scott was amazing and worked on our car so we could get back to USU on Monday. Would give Scott 10/5 starts the service here was amazing!!

I brought in my van that I recently bought to have them check it out and bring anything that needed to be addressed to my attention. Everyone that worked with me at the Fairview location were very helpful and they sent me over a thorough estimate within a few short hours and it was very easy to approve only what I wanted to have done at the time directly from their email.

Customer service was excellent, price was reasonable, and the work on my truck was completed quickly. I've had bad experiences with franchise auto shops in the past and I'm happy to say this was not the case. Will definitely bring my vehicles back in the future if/ when needed.

I had to get my Jeep's thermostat replaced and scheduling the repair with these folks was quick and simple. As I didn't have the luxury of being without a car during they week, they were able to work with my schedule. They clearly communicated the diagnosis and repair cost and I was pleasantly surprised when they completed the repair late in the afternoon, I hadn't expected it to be ready until the following day. Absolutely great and friendly service! I will definitely be returning for my routine maintenance needs for all my vehicles, as well as for any major repairs that I may need.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great team. They had my car on and out really quick after diagnosing the problem.Really can't complain, it was kind of expensive but we rely on our car. :-DWe live close enough to drop off the car and walk home. Happy to have them close.

Got brake pads and rotors replaced, meineke did an excellent job, in a timely manner, and provided me with a rental car while my vehicle was being worked on. Definitely recommend.

I called meineke asking what it would cost to get a brake issue fixed. The guy gave a very upfront answer and told me that the best option is to have them look at it. Which I took in they showed me the issues my car had offered a reasonable price and let us use a loaner car. The customer service was great and mechanics are very knowledgeable. On another note they report work done to the vehicle to car fax I m very happy with the people at meineke

Fast and efficient!!! I dropped my car off and let them know I was leaving town that evening and they had my car ready in 30 minutes (included rotating my tires). They also didn't try to sell me things I didn't need or want, which I completely appreciated!!! I will definitely be going back again!!!

Very unorganized. Have an appt for a lube but he could not do as scheduled and HE did not know when he would be able too. I have used them for over 10 yrs. They have new management that I am rating them very poorly. Not a good place to do business with!�

Very pleasant experience. Nice , helpful and knowledgeable people there. I did not know much about Meineke and what they offered but will definitely go back there. Very fair price for the service i received, fast also.

I was driving by this location and my engine light came on for right tail light was out.I stopped in immediately and they were able to get me in and fix my truck light within 20 minutes.I am a local business owner I don't have a lot of time so this was perfect I was super grateful!

Terrible, terrible place. Will give you many reasons why you need to go to another establishment for your car needs.My appointment was at 4:00 Pm Today (11-9-2023) I showed up at 4:05 PM, yes I was late and I take full responsibility on that. I walk into the establishment with a gentleman at the desk on the phone. I sat down hoping to at least be acknowledged or even greeting with "be right with you." I got no acknowledgement, and I sat there for 20 mins, while the front desk man was chatting away as if he was chatting to his buddies. The men in the car repair area were just sitting around and not one of them came over and said "hey have you been helped?"Mind you this, I am the only customer in the store. no cars, no people, just myself and these gentlemen. After, 25 mins I decided to stand up and get ready to leave when now, the manager (who is the man on the phone at the front desk) wants to now acknowledge me and try to defend him being on the phone for so long.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.The overall sense of these guys not even having customer based human actions is way out of line. Decided to try another place that hopefully can get my simple service.

Due to an automobile accident. My insurance company required me too pick a drop off location for my vehicle. I chose this place due to how close it was. My accident was on Saturday. They are closed on Sundays. I had to wait for the insurance adjustor to have it towed too another location. The guy at Meinke informed me that my vehicle was in the way of his customers, when it wasn't. Then he said I need to remove it within half a day. Very unprofessional and rude

Meineke did an excellent job with diagnosing and fixing my car All on the same day. They have always done the job right when I ve taken my vehicles to them and I trust that they actually are able to target and address the real mechanical problem.

My grandmother and I went here to get our break pads changed because my boyfriend looked at them after a long car trip and said they needed to be changed soon. There was no squeaking coming from them just yet but we didn t want to damage the rotors. Once we got there we expected to only need to change the front break pads and it would be a simple fix. But the man at the front desk insisted the we have to change the break pads AND the rotors. I quote You never ever change the break pads without changing the rotors. He then went on to talk about other things that just confused my grandmother. Completely taking advantage of her lack of knowledge of cars. I know for a fact that you can change break pads without having to change the rotors. I asked for to take a picture of the rotors afterwards and besides a scratch on one of them (that looks like it was damaged as they were taking off the old rotors) there was no immediate need to change them for new ones. This is completely not okay, taking advantage of an elderly women with a very limited income is completely unacceptable. We will not be going here again.Service: Auto brake replacement

I was able to get an oil change appointment for the following day and they got me right in when I arrived. The service manager Adam was both knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My car recommends using full synthetic oil and Meineke was offering a $20 off special -- always nice to get a discount!The full service oil change includes checking several other items such as the air and cabin filters. Adam showed me the filters (which were a bit dirty, but not bad) and he wasn't at all pushy when I elected not to replace them. Total wait time was less than 1 hour -- in conclusion, it was a pleasant experience.Service: Oil change
