I will start by saying the sales team was very friendly and helpful in helping me a secure a loan at a reasonable rate once I added in the extended warranty for an additional $5k. However, ever since purchase it has been nothing but frustration in trying to book a basic "included" servicing of an oil change and tire rotation. I am writing this in hopes that it was some day catch the attention of the management team to consider implementing changes. I have been waiting over a week for someone from servicing to return my call. I've been on the phone and online chat with multiple employees all starting the process, asking me questions about the vehicle only to be told they can not help me and that the service manager or booking assistants would return my call... still waiting. I'm getting to the point of doing the servicing myself or finding another shop that values their customers and has a more streamlined booking procedure.

I bought a 2024 Ford Maverick from Kendall Ford and decided I wanted a spray in bed liner. I had a morning appointment and was pleasantly surprised that the work was completed before noon! They also took care of a minor recall and installed my license plates. Garrett was great to work with and made sure I was a happy customer. Love my truck and the liner turned our beautiful!

I took my truck into the Service Center for a Recall, Customer Satisfaction Program and another issue. All of my truck door locks had stopped working and was told they would be covered under a Customer Satisfaction Program when I scheduled the appointment. Upon arrival the tech did not believe all the door locks had stopped working and made me demonstrate it to him. He then stated it was likely something outside the Customer Satisfaction Program causing the issue and made me sign an agreement to pay $200 diagnostic fee if he was right. Turns out he was wrong and it was all part of the Customer Satisfaction Program. He made me feel very stupid by the way he treated me and definitely didn t feel like a valued customer. Glad to have the work done but wish they d stop assuming and treat people better. Don t feel like they appreciated my business and would definitely be hesitant about doing business with them again.

Long review but their worth it!!1st) we called in due to some issues with our SUV and they gave us an appointment for 4 weeks out. That was okay with us but not ideal. I know they can't control the amount of work they have.2nd) our car kinda broke down and we found ourselves in a pickle. We called them and Garrett said make it in today and we will do what we can. So we limped it in and Garrett told us they would look at it tomorrow but no guarantees on timing. Again something we understood.3rd) Garret called us the following late morning and let us know our SUV was looked over with XYZ as our issues. Our warranty however only covers X & Z are covered. Well that kinda sucks right. However, Garrett went to bat for us and hit a Grand Slam. (Thank the Lord for this man's dedication and all the people involved!) Garrett was able to get X Y & Z completely covered with the warranty company.4th) Our vehicle was done by Thursday morning. We limped her in only 2 days prior. I didn't get the techs name but he's also a rockstar and we are so thankful for your hard work!Thank you Kendall Ford Meridian Service Department for getting us our car back quickly and without the headache of worrying about money.

You can expect professionalism from this Ford Service Department. Brandon and Tom (service advisors) are squared away and are easy to work with. The current leadership (summer 2023) is good too. You can count on them to do the right thing which unfortunately isn t always the case with other Ford dealers

Used to think more highly of this service dept. Compared to Corwin, but now theyre about even. Had my truck in for two recalls, which turned into 4 and then it took longer than expected, into the weekend. Communication was fair to poor. Worst part of all, they blew my drivers side speaker while doing a door lock recall, and wouldn't help me out to replace it. They said it was just a coincidence. Now Im stuck w janky stereo all bc they initiated some recalls and I agreed to do them.

Absolutely the worst communication of any business we have dealt with. Took 3 days to do a 2 hour job. Never returned calls. Then took over an hour past pickup time to get vehicle. I hope it was just us but this location hives kendall, (which nampa location is excellent) a bad name. If you need service or upgrades DO NOT have kendall do it until they fix their service employee issues.

Dropped my car off early this morning to have it maintenance and have everything checked before a trip, by early afternoon they called to let me know my car was done. Kendall has been great to work with and everyone that has helped along the way! So appreciative

The customer service at Kendall is top notch they really care about the guest and Harry Rood was exceptional, even when he had to break the news that the cost would be over double the original quote. I own a 2017 Ford F150 with an extensive amount of miles for the year (out of warranty). My truck experienced a timing chain rattle which needed to be taken care of. I typically have my vehicles maintained at a local repair shop but the one I was using had no idea what was causing the noise.I took my truck in for an oil change and decided to talk to one of their service advisors, Harry Rood. Harry was very professional and took the time to explain the process and options.When I called a few weeks later Harry told me that if I wanted to make an appt then it would be a few more weeks to get the truck in for service. However, he gave me the option of leaving my truck knowing it may be there for up to 2 weeks. I dropped of my truck the next day and didn't expect to not hear anything for at least a week.Next day I get a phone call from Harry. They have diagnosed the issue and will be able to complete the work within 1 week. He then called me again as the work was near completion.This was an expensive repair but I know it was done right and the work is under warranty for 2 years, unlimited miles which is better than if I had the work done by a local shop. The experience I received with Harry Rood at Kendall Service was outstanding with respect to the service I received and the thorough communication while they had my truck!Service: Engine repair

I have always owned Fords and have a large fleet for both personal and business trucks. Repair has now become the issue where I see the competition outperforming this establishment. Routine oil changes take a minimum of a few hours. Major repairs are typically a few months scheduled out. Currently have 2, 2018 F150s down for repair with a 3 month wait for an appointment for a warranty item. Imagine buying a whole fleet of these like I have and have no other option but to wait 3 months for a warranty repair appointment. I now have to reevaluate my entire fleet of vehicles and search for a car company who can repair and service the vehicles they sale within a reasonable time frame. Something to think about for the large fleet buyers. Time is money and down vehicles don't make the business money. Can you afford to have your fleet down for months? I know I can't.

We bought our hybrid "Big Blue" Pickup back in late November and had a very big Red Ribbon. I couldn't resist it. My husband and I were there to buy an Expedition and we almost started the paperwork in the showroom building when I noticed th BLUE sticking out. I fell in love and my husband asked "Do you want the truck?" I said "Yes please" So we got the truck. I'm so so happy. Kendal Ford, you are the best!!! (couldn't find a blue emoji pickup).

Bought an F150 less than 90 days ago. My alternator is shot already. Took it in for them to fix it. Was told it would be done today, and now they re pushing it 3 days out. Very unprofessional, and not helpful. I am now out a car for 3 days (or more?). Would not recommend the Kendall Ford of Meridian Service Department.

So they were able to get me in early which was good but unfortunately they picked up my car for lights coming on abs track and hill assist during repairs they noticed water pump leaking so they started replacing water pump and broke my radiator luckily it was under warranty but then after a week of repairs that should have only took two days now they messed up my ac and so convenient the service writer and the manager are both not available I am not happy and would not recommend going there Corwin ford instead they would not have let my car go without everything working

Struggling today with oil change. Quoted 2 hours and it took 6. No car vacuum or clean for $75. They also wanted to charge me $145 for a software update. Pam was a super nice driver though.

I have called and used their online platform 4 times now about a recall, and other issues with my 2014 Focus, and they either don't answer their phone, or they tell me the parts are not in stock, and they'll call or email when parts are available. It's been 4 months since I first contacted them, their story is still the same, and they haven't tried to call or email. From other reviewers on here, I shouldn't be surprised.

The folks in the Service department are customer oriented. They listen to your needs and their technicians deliver. I will continue to look to them to take care of my truck.

Attempted to get my f350 which I bought there in for service. I've had 2 trips to their service department which have been negative and attempted other services but had to go to a different dealer. Took over 2 hours to get a phone call even returned.

When you bring your rig in for a problem they figure it out and they fix it and that's all good for me the only issue I have is sometimes their scheduling is a little out of line but I'm in there for the repair I get the repair and it's right and I'm out the door I don't mind paying a good price for the repair long as when I'm done it's fixed right.
