Everything was fine until I got my statement for my oil change. $30 for oil and $64 labor for 10 minutes. Nice staff and super quick service. In and out but you ll pay for it.

Very expensive. Can t believe an oil change costs $107.00. But I m grateful they accepted my coupon. The guys were great. Good and fast service.

This is my second experience using a 3 pack of prepaid signature full synthetic services. I used the first at a different location in Boise without issue. This experience in Meridian however was drastically different. Upon arrival I confirmed they accepted the prepaid certificates and like the Boise location was reminded I would have to pay tax still. They began the service, and found a rock chip in my windshield. They told me they could repair it free with most full coverage insurance. I provided my insurance policy number and the technician attempted the repair. I say attempted because what was a hardly noticeable chip appears more damaged and noticeable after he was complete. They didn t say anything about it, and when I reviewed my receipt there is no record of it. I plan on having it inspected at another business. Boise offered me numerous additional services and even provided written quotes for the one I was interested in and I found it very unsettling that the Meridian staff did not even make any record of the repair they did. Especially now with my concerns the repair caused more damage. When it came time to pay I was told my total was almost $14, compared to the $2 dollars I had paid on my first service at the Boise location. I was surprised as I had declined any additional paid services, and asked for clarification. The employee was suddenly very rude, and said their prices went up at the beginning of the year and I had to pay the difference and that s just how it works. I insisted on a break down and explanation of the charges and he just said no. I had to ask for a manager, the gentleman who came explained the other employee just rang it in wrong. And then proceeded to charge me almost $3 for the tax and sent me on my way. After I left I compared my receipts and saw that I was charged different amounts on the same prepaid service by the two different locations. Overall I m very unsettled with the experience, being charged different amounts and not indicating services with potential damage on receipts and the general customer service have left me not wanting to continue doing business with jiffy lube. It feels like they were intentionally adding money to the bill, and not stepping up to a mistake made during a repair and then covering their tracks by not even indicating the repair occurred. Haven t had time to attempt to contact the owners, but I feel like they should be aware of their employees tactics and practices and I hope this makes it to them.Update: less than 150 miles driven since oil change. Oil plug is now missing and car drained all of its oil. Really solidified that these guys don t know what they are doing and should not be working in peoples cars.

The staff at Jiffy Lube in Meridian (Fairview) far exceeded my expectations. They were more than helpful, they went above and beyond! I couldn't recommend them more!!!!! Thank you Caleb and Casey!

Super helpful this morning. My tire was low on air. Employee saw it from inside while I waited before them to open, came out to help me couple mins for. Super quick and got me on my way to work!

$119.19 bucks for an oil change!2 days later came out and oil had dumped all over my drive! Glad I wasn't headed out of town!But they were fast. LolIt's back to Walmart for me.

Pulled in three guys started working on my car. One changed my oil, one washed my windows, one vac my carpets. Very fast and professional.12-20-23 I really like going to the Jiffy Lube boil change. They let me know if something is needed, but don't pressure. I think I paid just a little bit more but it's worth it. No appointment necessary.

They serviced my vehicle quickly and thoroughly.But two things bugged me. I came in that day because for the very first time with this vehicle (I've owned over 16 years and meticulously maintained), while slowing to stop a low oil pressure warning came up. After the oil change as they reviewed the checklist, they said my oil level upon arriving was below the dipstick, and when I mentioned that they were the ones to last change the oil, they said my engine must be burning oil. I think that at the previous change, they just didn't fill it sufficiently.Second, they said my tire air pressure was off and needed adjusting. But then another worker, not at the screen, said, "WAIT you have green caps, you use nitrogen, so the tires need no air."My confidence in them is a bit shaky.

Fast friendly, but they will add on a bunch of other things without asking, and jack your price up. I specifically asked for just an oil change and ended paying for four other things i didn't ask for.*Edit.Turns out this shop didn't even put the proper amount of oil in, and because of that my engine seized.It is LITERALLY their job to fill fluids to the proper spec, and they couldn't even do that. Now I'm out one vehicle because of their incompetence.

If I could take these guys on the road with me, I would! Chris, Israel, Nathan and Dalton.. all great to work with and all happya nd friendly. I told the attendant that I had a prepaid oil change certificate and tried to show it to him, but he wasn't interested. So then he asks me what kind of oil I wanted (which is what I was trying to show him), and I read back to him, "High Mileage/Synthetic Blend Oil". Well apparently his non-interest extended to everything because they did a full synthetic oil change, which cost me an extra $22.50. I told the person that was checking me out that I had told the other guy it was the synthetic blend oil, but apparently not listening to the customer is the going thing here because he then tried to explain to me that there are three different kinds of oil changes you can buy. Inferring it was my mistake.Never had problems here before, but was disappointed today.
