Just got done with a very good oil change. It was a pleasant experience. They also changed my headlight out for me in a matter of five minutes! Absolutely great service thank you. Will definitely be back.

I have used this location for several years but Adam went above and beyond today. He immediately greeted me and we discussed all options for my vehicle service. He ensured my service was top notch! Appreciate his honesty and transparency and will definitely return in the future!

My oil light came on and I was in dire need of an oil change. The customer service provided by Adam Human was absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I was in and out in 15 minutes. This Jiffy Lube on the corner of Meridian Rd and Overland Rd puts other oil change businesses to shame with their fantastic prices and incredible customer service!

Very fast service, the crew pointed out preventive maintenance that should be preformed but we re not too pushy trying to sell the service. Technician Adam was especially helpful and friendly All in all a great experience and will defiantly return for my next oil change.

I believe I've serviced 6-7 different vehicles at this specific location over the years. Always great service. Technicians are always super nice. They've been running a free car wash coupon for months which is a nice perk. Would highly recommend this location, they get the job done quick.

This is much more than a "quick oil change" shop. Premiere Service from a family-owned business, these people run a quality operation and will service your vehicle Professionally. Excellent Shop offers a Superior, Well-Run Operation. My first time here today and my vehicle goes here from now on! They caught a problem missed by my regular repair shop and helped me avoid a potential problem. Bring your own oil and try to use their franchise owners coupon.... You'll see just how little they care about customer service. No service review was offered, recommended services weren't discussed, and I was belittled for asking them to leave my air filters alone. After denying use of the coupon several times I mentioned that they apparently care more about their average $ per car than customer service as the coupon had no exclusions. They only relented after they realized the argument would be heard by their next prospective victim. If you want to try to get hustled by all means head on down.

i started to change oil at this place 5 months ago and it's so good place to do that and them full service is awesome its always for 36 dollars and i got a 10 dollars discount it's will he 28 with taxes you got your car very clean and everything will be checked and the staff here are very friendly and they know what they are doing

Boise jiffy lube didn't have my oil filter so they sent me to this one. 5:00 traffic had no mercy and I didn't even make it there until after 6:00. They were supposed to be closed but stayed open for me so I could get it done!! Thank you so much guys! You are appreciated so much!

Eve, came outside to see what I needed immediately. I was in trouble with my car, she went inside to get her best guy working for help.Brett said let me pull it in shop and try to fix it, if possible asap.About 10 later it was resolved at no cost to me.This Jiffy Lube is so awesome and I will always go there for assistance with my car.Thank you both.I can't believe your professional attitude and compassion for customers.Outstanding for sure.

Asked for an oil change on my Fiat 500 and they said they don t work on European made cars. My brother works at a different Jiffy Lube so I told him about it and he said they do work on Fiats at his location.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Oil filter was not tightened. After talking to the manager, it happens a lot. Offerd a free service. No thank you! Won't be going back. Manager blamed it on help from another location. So, I wish I could say that it was just the location in Meridian. Training issues?Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was so shocked when I came in and asked for an oil change, walked in and talked to the main person running the counter. Asked him if I could get an oil change and he responded with a laugh (more of a syndical laugh though). And then asked if I was in line, I responded with a no because I just walked into the facility. Asked him if I needed to make an apt or how I could go about getting my oil changed. He rolled his eyes and told me I needed to wait. (Which is totally understandable and I get waiting my turn in line.). And I asked him the wait time and he responded it s 15-20 mins a car. And I replied back with okay so how longs the wait then ? He never gave me a definitive answer or an estimated answer. He looked at me like I was stupid I tried asking other questions to get myself set up for an oil change and he just seemed like he was irritated the whole time. Maybe it was not this persons day or he needs some time off work the whole interaction was not pleasant and I ended up just leaving and not moving forward with the process. I ll look at some other place to get my oil changed.

Always my go to for oil changes or maintenance, they did amazing work on my old mustang and never steered me wrong and also did great work on my boyfriends f150, even said it smelled super good . Just an all around great environment and fast. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

I like this location, good and honest service. Guy who rang me up was very friendly, but the guy who took my keys initially seemed annoyed. No worries, life happens. Over all very satisfied with my experience.
