I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional customer service at Heritage Auto Repair, and I must say, it was the best I've ever encountered. From start to finish, the service was seamless, with every step being easy and hassle-free. The staff were incredibly helpful, addressing all my concerns with patience and expertise, and at no point did I feel pressured or hassled. Great service. I got a pre purchase inspection done on a vehicle and they actually included photos of everything. They even put a dab of good transmission fluid and a dab of the cars fluid showing me that it was black and maybe not a good vehicle to buy. I really like how they included photos of the issues it had.

I found heritage Auto repair after the Bronco Motors Mitsubishi dealership told me they will not work on Mitsubishi cars my age. I have a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder Turbo convertible with 45,000 miles. I bought it new. Heritage Auto accepted my convertible, ran diagnostics, and found a number of things to be replaced, 25 years old, to get it's performance back to the top. The costs were very reasonable. Scott and his crew are tops.

Heritage did great work on my car. They got it done quickly, followed up with me when I was concerned about how much I was billed, and were very professional. I felt like they genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I had a great experience. The complimentary shuttle service was also very nice. I d definitely recommend them if you need work done and you any it done quickly, conveniently, and professionally.

Absolutely amazing. My brakes were squeaking when they were not in use. I brought my car here because of the high review score. They fixed the squeek, but a new intermittent sound started. I brought it back, and they jumped through every conceivable hoop to figure out what was wrong. They fixed the new sound at no extra charge. I know, it sounds like something they were supposed to do. But they really did go above and beyond. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you Heritage!

These guys are awesome. Took my used Mercedes in that was having some trouble and they diagnosed it and got it running better than it s ever ran in two days. The pricing is okay, but not cheap. Worth it for great service and good work imo. They recommended a lot of maintenance/repairs outside of what was causing the immediate problem, but were informative, respectful, and not pushy about it.

My family s Christmas road trip was upended with a blown head gasket. The mechanics at Heritage were able to get us in quickly, provided a detailed estimate so my mechanic back home could review and confirm the cost, and the guys at Heritage had my family safetly back on the road despite a major repair in 2 days. They even checked up on my family the next few days to be sure we got home okay!

Got some warranty work done on my truck here, Justin and the guys were friendly and kept me updated through the entire process. They addressed my primary concerns and now my truck is back to life. Would recommend them and will be back with any issues I don't want to tackle in the driveway! Thanks guys!

Because this company is close to my residence, my girlfriend and I made the mistake of using them in October of 2023. My problem was a bad alternator. Her problem were two non-working headlights. Both relatively simple and easy repairs. We were both forced to endure a $170 electrical check of each vehicle. An unnecessary charge in both cases. My bill was $1100 and hers $500+ (TO REPLACE 2 HEADLIGHT BULBS!!!). Though after my irritated phone call, her bill was drastically cut. I had to use another shop 1 week later to redo some of their work. At a much more reasonable price! In my opinion this company needlessly over inflates your bill. I would never go here again and am urging everyone who will listen, to do the same.Service: Electrical repair

Awesome Job. Had a Issue with my Jeep.A 09 Jeep Wrangler X, rock climber. I work for ACHD and Im on Snow call. I called Heritage told them about my problem with my Jeep, they got to my Jeep, got it fixed and it runs so much better now. Their services were priced well and there was a fast turnaround to get my car out of the shop. They were very informative about what was wrong and what needed to be fixed as well as other options that they could handle for me if I wanted. I ll definitely use them again

Heritage did a great job on my 30 year old GMC K1500 pickup. It's hard to get parts for vehicles this old, but Zack pulled out all the stops and found what I needed. They replaced the clutch and flywheel, put in new exhaust manifold gaskets, replaced serpentine belt and did several other tuneup items. My truck purrs like new now!

Heritage Auto has taken great care of us for years now. They're always on their game, but completely fair and humble when a situation calls for it. Update! These guys have always been wonderful in the past. My power steering gear box recently broke twice. Started calling around and everyone was booked. Called Heritage and they said get it to us and we'll get to it ASAP. They currently have my truck and I feel it's in honest, trustworthy hands. I know I'll be able to drive away safely. The integrity of all the staff and professionalism is on point. Thank you Heritage Auto. I too appreciate you.

We had a great experience with Heritage Auto Repair with fixing a stalling issue with our 77 Chevy Silverado. They were able to quickly assess the issue and find all the parts needed. The team there did an awesome job walking us through the jobs. Bonus is that they have a stellar mechanic who specializes in classics. It looks and runs great now. The Customer Service is Excellent and the Work is Great as well. They even Sent me a text the next day to see how things were going. They even saved me some money by double checking to see what services were not needed right now that could wait until next time. I will be back for all my maintenance needs. This company has had My car the entire summer and 2400 later they still don't know what's wrong with. They charged almost 700 just for testing and they still have no clue. Now after the entire summer they want to charge me block Time which is 1200 for 8 hrs of work. I feel they just keep putting my car off and doing others in front of mine. They have no solution and instead of giving a discount or something they want to charge more. In total they have reached out to me a handful of times otherwise it was myself reaching out to them. Only rated 1 star because zero was unavailable. I finally got my car back and was told it was fixed. The very next day and 2600 later it's still doing the same thing. I called them and told them and they did say I could take it back but they aren't sure how long they would have it for this time. I had to work 3 jobs just to pay the first time I cant afford to pay for more trial and error. I wish they would just give me back some sort of refund so I can take it elsewhere and have it back before months. A refund would wash their hands of my Chrysler.Service: Electrical repair
