Every time I come here, I am greeted by decent and professional technicians. I won't trust anyone to advise and change tires for my Tesla and these guys follow the right procedures and use the appropriate jack point accessories that Tesla requires. This is extremely vital as the high voltage battery is just next to the lift points on Tesla vehicles. I appreciate the tire rotation a week ago

I researched tires on my own before buying. I ordered my tires online and set an online appointment. When I got to the store there was a sign waiting in an empty bay that said, "Welcome Kelli Foutz". It made me feel like my business was important and that my appointment would be taken seriously. I was in and out with four brand new tires in 45 minutes. I was very pleased with the service given at Discount Tire. Having used them in the past I knew that they would give good service. This time I chose to use them again even though their prices were higher than I could get at Costco, because they had the tires I wanted in stock, and because I was confident that they would continue to give good service.

Been going to Discount Tire for decades at this point, and this DT location has the best service out of any I ve been to. Today I had my tires changed and they were extremely busy, and it was really rainy outside. The staff here didn t miss a beat. You can watch them from the lobby and see that they consistently work safely and efficiently, and everyone I ve interacted here has been super friendly and helpful. Today, I even saw the manager/supervisor working hard right alongside everyone else, and he made it a point to apologize to me (and other customers) about the wait time, even though he and his crew actually finished my truck well before the estimated time. Love to see the sense of ownership and accountability in a leader. Great job overall by the crew at this location off Eagle Rd.

My wife went in to get the free tire rotation while on a road trip. The manager took great care of her as he made sure she got new windshield wipers (at an amazing price, by the way!) because the ones she was driving with were about to fall off. I can't thank him enough for noticing that and for making sure she was safe on her trip.

Discount Tire is hands down the best around. They are always so friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and work quickly and efficiently with great quality. We ve purchased tires from them on multiple occasions and have always been happy with them and their service and recommendations. I m not very knowledgeable about cars so they are very patient to answer all my questions and I never feel like I m being misled or taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge (which has happened to me at other vendors). I truly believe they are honest, knowledgeable, and are willing to go the extra mile which is so greatly appreciated!

Greg is always so friendly and helpful. I have come to this location twice now and each time the store manager Greg has been there. He always has a smile, talks to you and explains what is going to happen and a time frame.Tirerack and Discount Tire will always have my business. Easy and flawless ordering and install.

Pouring rain today and got a screw in my tire 10 min before closing and they helped me. I appreciate these guys so much. I was terrified driving home 40 mins with my kid . So thankful they helped me. U guys are awesome.!!

Greg and his crew are the best! Our family has purchased quite a few sets of tires here. Everything from a Viper, a Prowler, our son's Chrysler 200, our other son's Ram, and our daughter's Honda. We'll soon be heading back to buy a new set of tires for our Dodge Charger. The prices, selection, service, and workmanship are always Top Notch. Take it from someone who does a lot of comparison shopping, save yourself some time. If you need tires or wheels just stop by Discount Tire off Eagle - you'll be glad you did!

This is the same company as America's Tires and addresses warranties from said company. I went there without an appointment to discuss 2 worn tires under warranty. The service rep ordered 2 new tires and said they would be in a couple of days. I got an email the next day saying the tires were in. It provided a link to schedule an appointment, which I scheduled for the next day. Great service; great value.

We love Discount tire for 2 reasons:1) customer service2) nationwide availabilityWe are on their tire program. Which means any flat gets fixed free. If a tire has to be replaced instead they will prorate the replacement.Customer service is 2nd to none! We had to replace a tire. They put on the spare until our tire could be ordered (1 day). As soon as we pulled in on the spare, a technician was walking out to meet us (yes!) Asked what the issue was. We had the new tire on, spare stored, and the car pulled out and waiting for us in less than 15 min.I will never go anywhere else.

Customer service is outstanding. Living out of State and asking question about tires and the service, they were able to meet my expectations. I bought 4 new tires and made an appointment with them for the installation. They communicated very well when my tires arrived later than my initial installation appointment, but they were able to get it done in one day and within an hr and 35 minutes at least. I was surprised how quick the service was. Aside from them forgetting 2 of my tire caps on my driver & passenger side, the problem was addressed easily and very politely. I'd definitely take my car here again when I visit. The lobby was pretty decent and you can watch the techs working on your car from the lobby too which was nice.

I had them put 6 new tires on a dually, got the truck back and the tires are out of balance, they did not clean off the dirt in between the dually rims, or the interior of the inner dually rim, I asked them why they wouldn't do that as that effects the balance, they curtly replied "they are not a detail shop". I understand they are not a detail shop, but it's ridiculous to expect the customer to pull off all the tires and clean them off before the vehicle is brought in. I have never had this issue with any other tire dealers, they all cleaned the rims as necessary and performed the balance correctly. I won't be back.

I have purchased I think 4-5 sets of tires from this location over the years and am continually amazed at the quality of service. I just left after a rotation that I scheduled online and was in and out super quick..Also, I have yet to find anyone who can beat their prices and selection. There's a reason I keep coming back!

Worst customer service ever!!!! I had an appointment to install 4 tires on my truck at 1:45. At 2:15 my truck was still in the parking lot. I inquired about the fact that it would take an hour to install the tires but my truck wasn't in the shop. The rude person behind the counter snapped at me and said that they will be installed by 2:45. At 2:40 my truck was still in the parking lot. I retrieved my keys, left steaming mad, and had Discount Tires on Overland Rd. move my tires to their facility and install them.I'll never do business with Discount Tires on Eagle Rd., Meridian ID !!!!!!!!!

Bought a set of tires that ended up being too big and the team helped me swap them out no problems and no questions asked. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend for tire services and now they do wipers too.

I called last week because the website wouldn t let me purchase tires online, and I noticed the price of the tires climbing in excess of $100 each in just 6 hours online. When I called I was told the tires I wanted would be ordered but that the system was down, so I should receive a call back shortly to set an appointment but that the price I was ordering at would stay the same (not climb). I did not receive a call back to schedule and tried today to call back myself but have failed to get anyone at the shop to pick up. I have been on hold a total of 20 min and tried to call a handful of times. The staff were friendly when I did speak with them but I don t have time to call all day.

I am beyond impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the team at this store! I had an appt but decided to do a walk in at 8AM-four new tires on and ready by 8:30. Highly recommend ordering online. Nice job guys!

I have been here three times in the last 6 months for unfortunate circumstances. I'm so glad I chose to get my new set of tires here. They have been helpful, professional and very kind through all my visits. I highly recommend them and their tire replacement package!

Jordan was great! Replaced my tire fast and got me back on the road with new wipers. Love discount tire. No idea how this damage happened though. That is the inside of my tire.

I have been a customer of this store for several years, unfortunately I noticed some scratches on my wheels when I got my street tires put on, I went to the store today and the Mgr Greg came out and looked at my wheels, he said that the damage was caused by me hitting a curb!! I told him that I have never hit a curb because I only park in a stores parking lot, he kept insisting that I did hit a curb!!! Well I told him don't accuse me, I didn't hit a curb!!! Finally I asked if he was going to pay to fix the wheels, he said no!! So I will never go to that store again!!!!

One of the best customer service experiences I ve had in a long time. Absolutely, without a doubt, zero questions asked. The store manager, Greg, was outstanding. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. His staff were all friendly and they all were working hard. I could not recommend this store more.

Very impressed with the customer services and how friendly everyone was. New tires look amazing! They matched a better price I found which was great. Texted me when they were finished so I didn t have to wait around. I was also impressed that they had shined the tires all up when I picked up my truck which made the experience even better. Something easy on their part but made me feel good about my purchase.

I rolled in with a puncture at 5:45, unfortunately it couldn't be fixed. I drove away on four new tires at 6:15! I've never been disappointed coming here, no frills just hard workers.

Despite a minor inventory mishap, I was well taken care of by the team at Discount Tire. They were polite and professional throughout the entire process and I would certainly recommend them. Love the new tires, and I couldn't be happier.

I took my car in today to get a new tire as I ran over a screw and it DESTROYED the tire. I called Discount Tire yesterday to see if they carried the correct tire since the other tires are brand new, they said they'd get it ordered and call me the next day to let me know it was in. They called first thing in the morning at 8:30am and by 11am I had a new tire! They were extremely communicative, very friendly, prompt, and the cost was so low, I called them after I left to confirm that I was charged the correct amount! I will never buy tires from anyone else!!!
