This business is a total scam. We took our car there with an estimate in hand to repair the driver's side door for $2,100. They proceeded to tear the car completely apart and said it would cost over $8.000 to repair. At that point the insurance decided to total the car out due to the discrepancy in the estimates. Cope Collision refused to put the car back together and our only option was to tow it and take it to a salvage yard. Our car was a Toyota 4-Runner and according to our insurance agent this happens a lot with these cars because body shops can sell the parts individually for a lot of money. Cope Collision is an unethical business taking advantage of its customers.

My experience with Cope Collision Center has been stellar. The repair to my vehicle was relatively straightforward, but working with the insurance company required finesse and a great deal of patience! I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of vehicle repair.

I am insanely impressed with this establishment. Their updates and ordering parts ahead saved tons of time. Their work is flawless and they did no small job for me. Insurance or no, if ever I need it, I ll take my vehicles to them.Unfortunately, I had to take me vehicle back to them While it was nice to see them, it wasn t nice to see them They took great care of me again. Even made dealing with insurance easier on my end.

Do not take your Tesla to Cope Collision. We contacted Cope on March 19th about repairing our 2022 Model S. We sent them our insurance supplemental form the same day that clearly stated a labor rate of $68/hr. They accepted the form and we set up a tow for April the 3rd.. They received the vehicle on the 3rd. Our insurance sent them an updated quote April 4th with a labor rate of $75/hr. They began their diagnostics evaluation on the vehicle and we did not hear anything until the 12th of April. Our insurance sent us a letter saying they were unable to reach an agreement on the labor rate with the shop because they were requesting a rate of $185/hr (nearly three times the national rate for a tesla). We contacted another shop who works on Tesla (Caliber Collision on 5 mile) who immediately accepted our insurance rate and told us they would begin working on our car as soon as we could get it to their shop. April 12th we contacted Cope and told them we would need the vehicle released so we could tow it to the other shop. They told us it would be $6000 to release the vehicle for diagnostic and storage fees. We told them to talk to the insurance who would not cover the rate since no repairs were done. Cope Collision had from March 19th to April 4th to dispute the rate with our insurance and deny service on the vehicle prior to any work being done, which is normal practice for any body shop. You negotiate the rate and either deny the claim or come to an agreement with insurance before you even tow the vehicle. This is the normal practice and the way all competent body shops handle insurance claims. They accepted the vehicle with two separate quotes from our insurance clearly stating the rates they would pay and decided to begin working on it. They then tried to extort our insurance for an insane $185/hr rate and when that failed they tried extorting us for $6000 just to release our vehicle that they had done nothing more than diagnostics on. They argued with us for an entire week before we just decided to show up at the shop with all our documentation and demand the car. After all the negotiations in which they were incredibly rude and unethical they told us we had one of two options. Either hire lawyers and take them to court or pay $1500 to release the car. They only came down on the price because I showed them proof they accepted the car and started the work before notifying allstate of their rate. I asked them to show me one document they sent Allstate prior to April 4th with their rates attached and they could not do so. We paid the $1500 and took our car to Caliber who is now working on the car and will have it back to us soon. Needless to say we will be pursing a small claims to get our money back and they will more than likely have to pay for their mal practice. DO NOT GO HERE

Some unclear and mixed messaging during the process of how long my vehicle would be in the shop, ranging from a couple of days to two weeks, which created some stress making spring break plans. However, once I notified COPE of my need to have car completed on a specific date, they did a great job completing the job in advance of the crucial date, which was much appreciated. The fact that the job was complete in time was obviously the most important thing, but I wish there was a little better follow up/updates throughout. If I didn t call to ask for update, none was provided. They mentioned that I would not get normal text updates at the end of each day, on the days that I called. I felt like I needed to call frequently, because each time I called they would only say how many more days they expected to have the car (which again was very unclear until the last day they had my vehicle), with very little additional details or follow ups.The repair/replacement was superb! Paint and parts were matched perfectly. Looked just like it did before accident.

Having many opportunities to use Cope Collision I highly recommend them . I ve never had a problem or a complaint or a second thought about going here for service. They are organized and keep you informed of the progress of the work. Car is always returned in stellar condition and clean!

We discussed the initial job needs, probable parts needed and a loose time-line. Cope provided estimate for the insurance company and the checks covered the amount completely. I was kept apprised almost daily by text. The job was completed and everything was as I envisioned. Parts fit good, paint looks original. I would use Cope again based on my experience with this company.

We ve had our vehicles repaired by Cope Collision several times and they never disappoint. I m OCD so the daily texts we receive from them giving the status of our vehicles is super helpful. Would not recommend, the repair took more than 5weeks to complete. Not happy and would not work with them again. They don t follow directions on the repair and started my repair before my approval after I told them, do not start any repair before contacting me and getting my approval. Nope they just started the repairs without letting me know.Would not recommend and will take my car to another repair shop .

Cope was amazing. Not only did they complete the work professionally and with great skill but Cope s customer service went above and beyond. Everything went really well. My truck was fixed to look like nothing happened and I got daily reports on the progress. The amazing thing was that they completely cleaned the interior of my truck as well so the truck looked amazing.

My 2015 Jaguar XF was involved in a accident. Vehicle was a total loss. This Jag was my pride and joy. Needless to say I was very upset, due to the total loss of my vehicle.My wife posted a negative review in support of my anger. The review was posted in haste and I had it removed.Cope Collision wrote a faur estimate. I suspect the vehicle was total due to 126,000 miles.I will ask Cope Collision to install the "Leeper" on my new Jaguar with no hesitation regarding their work.JD Poss

Had to wait 2 months to get car fixed but that seems to be standard in Meridian. Very nice receptionist. Appreciated receiving updates every day on the car repairs. I would have given 5 stars except the replaced mirror would not move. When I contacted Cope to see if I could bring it in, it was ya . Turns out wires were not hooked up. It was fixed. My car looks fresh off the lot! I was skeptical about the damage thatd been done but they NAILED it! Looks like the accident never happened! They kept me informed as often as possible and were extremely easy to work with!

My husband did his research on where we could take my vehicle after it had been involved in an accident. Cope collision had GREAT reviews. We can understand now that Cope has made my vehicle beautiful once again! They were great to work with! Friendly staff, answered all our questions, and updated me daily on my cars progress. From start to finish, Cope Collision went above and beyond in all aspects of my repair. I received frequent updates on the repair status, and the customer service team was friendly and helpful answering all of my questions. I picked up my vehicle and was amazed at the incredible job they did on the repair and paint! The whole experience felt like working with close friends and family who wanted to ensure they returned my car in mint condition. They even detailed the interior and my car looks and smells brand new again. I m now a lifelong customer, should I need repair or paint work on my car in the future. Cope Collision repaired my 2021 KIA Forte after a slight collision with a cow in the road! My KIA Forte looks brand new, and during the repairs, they gave me daily updates on repairs by text messages, which was great. They were very friendly and have great customer service. The shop was awesome! They battled insurance to completely fix our truck. They did the fixes right and did not do bandaid fixes that won t hold the stress of time.
