I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive for all of your automotive repair and maintenance. Our truck had just hit 100,000 miles. The dealer gave us an estimate for each of the recommended services. It came to just under $4000! I contacted Michelle at the Meridian location and gave her a list of all the recommended services. She worked up an estimate totaling just under $2000 for the same services. I immediately scheduled an appointment to have each item inspected to confirm the work should be done at this time. Not only did Christian Brothers do all the work they quoted at the price quoted, they also identified another area of concern. Although not an immediate priority repair it is something we will watch. When time for repair, we will be back.Christian Brothers Automotive has earned our business for all of our automotive needs in the future..

Always a positive experience going to CB in Meridian on McMillan. Staff always helpful and accommodating. As with everything today costs have increased but at least at CB they stand behind their work and strive to make it a pleasant experience.Perry the manager is very knowledgeable about both new and older vehicles and my Go To mechanic is JR who is also a great resource for car issues on older classic cars.And now with the opening of their newest location in Star the Meridian location has some relief from the long wait times for repairs.

So far so good! Competitively priced, super clean. They even offered a courtesy shuttle just to make things a little easier on customers. Michelle was super friendly and helpful as well.

Christian Brothers is the ONLY automotive repair facility I will go to for help. They are professional experts who kept me informed every step of the way, no surprises. Their repair costs were well below what I expected and they delivered my pickup ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Always the best experience!! I have been ripped off in the past with fictitious car repairs. BUT NOT HERE. They are restoring my faith in the auto repair industry.I had fuel dripping off the bottom of my truck when I pulled in my garage. Fumes were horrible. I took it to Christian Brothers. They couldn't find anything wrong nor evidence of a leak. Come to find out that I had driven thru a fuel spill from a construction truck, leading to the smell and appearance of leaking fuel. Thank you Christian Brothers for not repairing something that didn't need repairing!! Highly recommend!!

Towed my vehicle here after it wouldn t start and several attempts to jumpstart. I was told by Christian Brothers my engine was the issue and would need to be completely replaced due to low compression. I asked the technician if there were any other possible solutions other than replacing the engine. I even asked him if the engine could have been flooded due to multiple starting attempts. He assured me that replacing the engine for $7000+ was the only solution and he would try to save me money if possible. Ended up towing my vehicle to another shop who promptly figured out the solution (fuel washed cylinders). They added oil to the cylinders, performed a clear flood procedure, replaced the battery for less than $500 and my vehicle ran fine again. I ve been driving my vehicle for several months and it still runs great without issues. Frustrating and disappointing experience with Christian Brothers overall.

Perry and his team are super helpful and very customer oriented. Michelle have me a couple of excellent referrals and Ryan was very courteous and welcoming. They all far exceeded our expectations!

Are you one of those people who find it hard to trust a car mechanic until you've done business with them? The folks at Christian Brothers give me a genuine sense of their competency and honesty. They've worked on two of my cars. They've delivered what they promised. And in the time promised. Meineke did a complete brake job (new rotors and pads) on my Lexus LS about 18 months ago. Pads have a "lifetime" warranty, but only 12 months/12,000 miles on the rotors. The rotor(s) warped so bad in such a short time period/12,500 miles, they had to be replaced. Christian Brothers replaced the rotors. The car drives like a dream again. And they provide a "Nice Difference Warranty" of 3 Years or 36,000 Miles - WHICHEVER OCCURS LAST. That is a nice difference.

SAVE YOUR TIME! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE!! Detailed review of insultive, unprofessional manager, Perry, and the promised service on my car that they neglected to even look at. (TL;DR at bottom)I went to Christian Brothers on McMillan for an oil change and electric diagnosis for a broken headlamp on 02/08. Later that day, I get a call that my car is ready to be picked up, however the key is stuck in the ignition."No problem" we think, could be fixed with the power steering trick. We arrive to find my gearshift button locked in place, able to move freely from Park, to reverse, to drive without any press of the button. Upon confronting Perry about this, he told us, "Well, that's funny. When I got in your car, it was already like that." Which is impossible due to us handing the key over the counter upon initially servicing my vehicle. His attitude was smug, and condescending, acting as if we were liars, attempting to scam him for a free repair. With the gearshift button locked, the key cannot be removed. His story didn't add up.(***Not to mention they wished to bill us 600$ for its repair***)We go home and call the next day. Perry wasn't in so he called me when he could. When i got the call, he said, "Now I got one question for you... Do you think we broke your gearshift on purpose?! Or do you think it was an accident.."Of course an automotive place wouldn't destroy my vehicle purposefully?? He was aggressive, stern over the phone, and I wasn't having it. We agreed to talk in person, and upon arrival, he was smiles and rainbows, asking me what I wanted to do, because he outright refused to pay for a used part. He claimed that, "Accidents happen, it was bound to break." which I recieved and gave a chance to.We agreed on an ultimatum to have my car kept over the weekend, and that my gearshift would be serviced first thing on Monday (08/12) with lubricant, free of charge. Regardless if it was still locked in place or not, we'd take the vehicle back.Monday rolls around (today) and I don't recieve a call. It was now 4PM and I've been waiting since their opening of 7AM. I give them a call, and they say they'll call me back about my vehicle in a moment.We wait 30 minutes, and decide to go there ourselves.Once outside, we finally recieve a call that our vehicle has NOT been looked at, and are requested to wait 1-2 days to simply lubricate it. TO LUBRICATE IT. We deny their request, have them jumpstart my vehicle, and when entering to recieve my paperwork, Perry is in the back office, visibly doing nothing.I tell him, "Thank you for promising to work on my vehicle, though you never did. And thank you for giving me a call this morning, which you didn't do either." To which he simply smiled and gave a thumbs up.Never again. I've never recieved service from such a childish, condescending, dishonest manager in my life.Meridian Automotive offered to service my vehicle for 125$ vs the 600$ that I was attempted to be charged.For your own time and sanity, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!Edit: We fixed the gearshift after 5 minutes of work. This shop truly is a rip off. They bug your car just to fix it later at an outrageous cost. Additionally, their 213$ electric diagnosis did absolutely nothing. They never discovered the problem and my headlamp is out after 5 minutes. Talk about a 260$ full synthetic oil change for what my money's worth..(TL;DR: They broke my gearshift, The manager Perry lied about my vehicles condition upon confrontation, kept vehicle over weekend to lubricate gearshift on Monday morning, they NEVER DID, told me to wait a few more days to lubricate a single part, and upon confronting Perry about his false promises, he gave a smile and thumbs up.)

Most trustworthy & honest place I ve taken my car. Gave me a detailed report & breakdown of costs. They completed my car within a day & couldn t be happier. Michelle was also so nice & helpful!!

Christian Brothers did a great job with my vehicle. They gave me a thorough inspection and pricing for me to decide what I wanted fixed in my truck. They completed the work in a timely manner and checked in with me the very next day to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It turns out we found another issue the next morning and Christian Brothers stood behind their work and corrected the issue fast and free of charge. They treat you right and are fair. Christian Brothers Automotive are honest and trustworthy. I won t use anyone else. They give me all the details on my car s condition(s) and let me decide with their help, what can be done now and what can be delayed a bit. Got a quote for an alternator replacement. They wanted $1200 for a remanufactored alternator. And that's just the part. Labor was another $600. Bought one from auoparts store $125. This is outrageous. They should be ashamed of such markups. Border line scam.

I had the best experience with Christian Brothers and I ll always bring my vehicles to this location.Michelle went out of her way to accommodate my vehicle that was having AC issues. My parents were coming into town on Friday and it was forecasted to be 105 on the weekend. Michelle had clear communication and went out of her way to make sure my vehicle was serviced. I took my vehicle in for an AC issue, but I love that they send a full detailed report with pictures after doing a full inspection of my vehicle. They ll follow up with an estimate and service your vehicle after receiving approval.Upon receiving a call that my vehicle was ready I asked if they had a courtesy car to pick me up in Star and Rory came to pick me up. We had an extremely pleasant conversation on our way back and connected over our love of shopping at Costco. :)My AC is restored and it ll make for a pleasant driving weekend. I truly appreciate the service I received from Michelle, Rory, and the mechanics. I ll be a customer for life. If you want the best service bring your vehicle to this location.
